• Juliana (10/5): Hotel muito bom e vale a pena pros parques - O quarto era muito bom, espaçoso, com frigobar, mesa e sofá. Vista pra piscina e mesmo assim não tinha barulho. Banheiro com banheira e a pressão da água muito boa pra tomar banho. O que mais valeu na verdade foi o unlimited pass pra universal, sem ele não teríamos conseguido ir em muitos brinquedos dos parques. E o transporte gratuito pro parque de barquinho foi maravilhoso. O preço é bem alto, mas é o que se paga pelo unlimited. Estacionamento pago também.

Nous y étions un jour classé jaune (peu d’affluence), en semaine, hors vacances scolaires américaines, sans les Pass nous n’aurions pas pu faire les 2 parcs, ils sont vraiment nécessaires! L’hôtel est assez vieillot, mauvais rapport qualité prix!

( very apologetic) but still did cause frustration

The buffet restaurant wasn’t great and is a poor offering for how good the overall hotel is. The queues for the water taxi is the morning got quite long.

• Paul (10/5): Great stay expect for a small problem with the beds and pillows - The location was great with only a 5 min boat ride to the parks The express passes that come with the room is the reason why we picked this hotel and it didn’t disappoint The beds were too soft for me And so were the pillows Maybe have a selection of hard and soft pillows so the customer can choose which to use Also an option of smaller pillows for the children as the ones provided where too big for my 4yr old little girl and she found it too high to put her head on it to sleep

• Jean Pierre (8/5): bom para visitar o complexo universal - paa quem vai visitar os parques da universal é excelente, vc acorda e pega uma barco que te deixa no city walk em 5 minutos, ou se preferir pode fazer uma caminha de 10 minutos, quartos grandes, com boas camas, maquina de café nos quartos. por se tratar de um hotel de luxo, colocar um pequeno café da manha para os hospedes seria um diferencial quando comparado a outros hoteis da região. a falta do café da manha incluído na diária é um ponto negativo deste hotel

• Aurelie (10/5): - Loved the look of the hotel. The facilities were good. The water taxi was amazing. We didn't wait long to check in at all. The staff was pleasant, some more than others. Only water available was Fiji water. At least that is the only one I found in the Espresso (Starbucks) and the one already in the room. The tap water was not cold enough to drink. Issues with the key cards which kept not working. It was resolved but it was still annoying.
• kkfaria (10/5): Ficaria novamente! - O bom de ficar em hotel Premier da Universal é sem dúvida o Express Pass Ilimitado para os parques Universal Studios e Islands of Adventure. Em janeiro/26 ainda não é aplicável para o Epic Universe, mas dá acesso 1h antes para este parque também, o que nos deu vantagem para ir a atração do Harry Potter e a Batalha no Ministério. O hotel é enorme, com piscinas (não usamos), transporte para os parques, banheiro grande, camas confortáveis. A limpeza do quarto é feita diariamente e é possível mandar entregar as compras dos parques diretamente para o quarto. O valor do estacionamento é muito alto (36 doláres mais taxa), não tem café da manhã (compramos no Walmart e tomamos no quarto mesmo). O aquecimento não funcionou bem na primeira noite, mas eles logo resolveram.
