- Jos (5/5): Prijzig met een slechte service - De kamer was erg stoffig en door de drie-personen voorziening niet erg ruim. Door niet goed reinigen van de eetzaal zat er een grote koffievlek in een broek van ons. Er werd geen passende oplossing geboden of iets gecompenseerd. Zeer teleurstellend!

- Juma (8/5): Good value for money - The staff were lovely. Our flight was severely delayed getting into Dublin 5plus hrs. I kept in touch with them via email and reassured me they were still happy for me to check in late. The rooms were well stocked with stuff to make hot drinks with and enough water. Bus stops were just outside so very handy. The b/fast, mu girls enjoyed a lot. There was enough variety and it was made well. You could also order pizza at odd hrs until 5 a.m. which is a service we also utilised. Thought it was rather pricey tho at €18 for a 12 " but my girls loved it. I felt the rooms could be cleaner. Quite dusty. Didn't notice on 1st day as was nearly midnight and we just wanted to sleep. Next day, saw a lot of dust on surfaces and the windows were the worst. Looked untouched for a while, with bird poo on the outside which messed with the view of the sea as deliberately picked this room to enjoy that.

- Thomas (8/5): Liked it - The staff were excellent - friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. Maybe these are too American, but we can't be the only Americans who stay with you. 1. The single, extremely thick blanket on the bed was too warm! My wife loved it; I had a lot of trouble sleeping. Multiple thinner layers would have been much better for me and, I would guess, for some others. Unfortunately, it seems to be an industry standard in the US and Europe. 2. It would be nice to have a workout center. This is very American, and maybe not part of the Malldron business model, but I would have used it. 3. A luggage rack (or two) on which to open a suitcase at hip or waist level would have been very helpful.

I was not asking for it to be delivered to my room but I imagine a lot of people going for surgery early in the morning would request something light and it must be possible to leave a kettle and toaster in a communal area for this facility

- Amira Bryan (8/5): - Everything was good, staff great, location good, price decent, great room. You can tell the place was not properly cleaned, but a quick clean was done. The single bed was easily moved and there was tiny pieces of rubbish on the floor when my child accidentally moved the bed. There was no high touch surface cleaning done at all. The over bed counter, the bathroom counter were so dusty my sinuses started acting up and i was on a sneezing galore. The skirting boards, also very dusty. The toilet had some weird brownish stain on the wall and im not sure if it would have been blood or make up.

- Amy (7/5): Comfortable stay just unwelcoming - Excellent room, great shower, clean and yummy food The receptionist who was also the duty manager, was unwelcoming, rude and didn’t even ask did we enjoy our stay, which I’d say is standard practice in the hospitality business. Breakfast staff were nice and restaurant just the receptionists, awful!

- Le.Fr (8/5): Fuori dal centro ma tornerei - Stanza molto silenziosa, pulita, bagno grande. Davanti ha le fermate 4 e 7 che portano in centro. (Pagamento a bordo solo con monete). La dart è a 10 minuti Il cuscino è molto alto e ci si sveglia con il torcicollo. Ho chiesto subito di cambiarlo ma non era possibile

- Robert (9/5): Bardzo udany city break w Dublinie - Hotel ładnie położony nad zatoką. Ciche i spokojne miejsce w ładnej dzielnicy nieco na uboczu centrum. Hotel nowoczesny, przestronny z przyjemnym wzornictwem. Bardzo pomocny i miły personel. Pożyczono nam kartę TFI, aby naładować ją do wykorzystania w transporcie miejskim oraz przygotowano śniadanie na bardzo wczesny wyjazd na wynos. Kilka metrów od hotelu jest przystanek linii autobusowych 4, 7 i 7A jadących do centrum. Około 300 metrów przystanek pociągu DART. Obok hotelu pizzeria i pub z jedzeniem. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone. W hotelu jest także restauracja. Jedzenie jest smaczne a personel zaangażowany. Pokoje są ładnie urządzone i czyste. Jest cicho. Obok hotelu są dwie małe stacje benzynowe, gdzie można dokupić drobne rzeczy spożywcze. Na śniadanie można było bezpłatnie domówić pancakes i świetną owsiankę z owocami. W hotelu można też rozmienić banknoty na monety, co było potrzebne w autobusie. Jeden duży automat do kawy, to za mało jak na tak duży hotel. Trzeba było czekać w kolejce do automatu, co zabierało nieco czasu i irytowało.

- anna (10/5): I stayed 3 nights. Just visiting a friend - The location is perfect, well connected to Dublin city centre. Very silent and clean. The staff very friendly and the room view is wonderful. Very close to a train station and to the sea.

I was told by staff they couldn't refund or open it. instead I would have to send an email to some seperate company the next day. Not a practical or easy solution as your just not going to bother sending emails. The amount isn't the issue but it needs an easy solution for guest.

Fakt, że hotel znajduje się kilka kilometrów od centrum nie stanowi żadnego problemu. Przystanek autobusowy przy samym hotelu. Hotel usytuowany przy samym morzu. Obiektl nowoczesny oferujący ciszę i spokój. Wyposażenie na najwyzszym poziomie.. Świetne i urozmaicone śniadania. Idealny na krótszy i dłuższy pobyt. Brak minusów.

- Sevde (9/5): - A great option for a stay, I stayed in other Maldron locations prior to this, but this one by far was the most comfortable one! The room was clean and spacious, the amenities were great, and the location is a bit far from the city centre, but frequent buses made it manageable. Overall a great experience! There was no fridge inside the room which made it a bit difficult for me, otherwise everything was good!

- Skelly (10/5): - Staff were friendly. Special mention to the young girl working on Friday 24th in the dining room and her manager that was on. Nice to see bubbly friendly staff, a lot of places lacking this now adays especially in big city’s. Only feedback on this would be housekeeping knocking on doors. Our door was knocked on before 9am and again at 9.55am. Checkout is 11am and reception should be able to communicate if we have checked out early or not.

- catherine (8/5): - L'emplacement super : arrêt de bus devant l'hôtel pour se rendre au centre de Dublin très rapidement avec un très bon cadencement mais également le train "dart" "à 10 minutes à pied et arrêt pour se rendre à l'aéroport pendant la nuit. Grande chambre très propre et un personnel très sympathique. Juste un petit bémol sauf erreur de ma part nous avions réservé une chambre avec un lit double et une salle de bain classique. Ils nous ont attribué une chambre avec une très grande salle de bain adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite ce qui est très bien en soit et cela est nécessaire mais du coup pas adaptée pour nous. Hauteur et taille du lavabo, douche ouverte sans cabine pour retenir l'eau, néanmoins la chambre et la salle de bain était faites tous les jours.
