- Marc (8/5): Acogedor - Es un hotel con encanto, todo es pequeño pero bonito. Las habitaciones justas de tamaño pero el baño de las superiores es grande. El desayuno pequeño pero exquisito. La ubicación muy tranquilo y bien comunicado con metro. El personal de recepción, solo hay una persona. Quiere hacerlo todo a la vez, y atiende sin orden . Te deja a medias, atiende a un huésped y luego sigue contigo. El check in duró un buen rato.

- Emma (2/5): Déplorable - Lors de notre séjour la chambre était dans une état de propreté déplorable. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés nous avons du déjà tuer 3 mythes qui volaient. Puis nous avons découvert des taches sur la moquette et sur les murs, des trous dans le rideau et de la moisissure dans la salle de bain, il manquait même de la robinetterie à certains endroits... pour 200 euros la nuit dans le 16ème pour un hôtel soit disant 4 étoiles je trouve ça dérisoire... Heureusement que le personnel était agréable.

The location is excellent—just a short two-minute walk from the consulate offices, and set in a quiet, beautiful residential area that felt safe and welcoming. The hotel itself, along with the staff, were truly lovely. From the moment we arrived, we felt well cared for. We were traveling with our dog, Joanna, and the staff immediately showed her kindness by bringing her water as soon as we entered, which was such a thoughtful touch. As this was my first time staying in Paris, I don’t have much to compare it to. Coming from Canada, where hotel rooms tend to be more spacious, I did find the room quite small. However, the three of us—myself, my daughter, and our dog—managed comfortably. The bathroom was a good size, which was appreciated. I also want to note that having a lift available was very important for me due to my disability, and it made a meaningful difference in our stay. If I were to offer a couple of minor suggestions, it would be that the room carpeting may soon benefit from being refreshed, and the electrical outlets seemed somewhat loose, making it difficult to keep plugs securely in place. Overall, we had a positive experience and appreciated the warmth and attentiveness of the staff.

- Leny (7/5): Het was een redelijk goed verblijf. - De sfeer in het hotel, liggen t.o.v. de metro, goede bedden De kamer was goed, bedden prima, douche en toiletruimte ook goed. Je kon ook je spullen goed kwijt op de ruimte naast de wastafel. Wat jammer is dat je geen zitje had, slechts 1 niet echt gemakkelijke stoel, geen tafeltje om iets op te zetten. Ik vind echt dat je voor 2p kamer een zitje moet hebben. Het ontbijt was goed, niet overdadig, een beetje kleine ruimte met te veel tafeltjes. Personeel was erg aardig. Kamer was voor wat je kreeg aan de prijzige kant.

L’établissement est très beau, moderne et donne une vraie impression de luxe. Tout est neuf et très bien entretenu. Les produits mis à disposition dans la chambre sont de très bonne qualité. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, professionnel et accueillant. L’emplacement est également excellent pour profiter de Paris. Pour ce niveau de confort et de service, le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment très bon.

Wnętrza w tym hotelu są piękne, zrobiliśmy nawet kilka zdjęć w lobby i Pan z recepcji chętnie pomagał nam w przygotowaniu miejsca. Ceny posiłków na miejscu oraz drinków również miło nas zaskoczyły. Recepcja jest czynna 24/7 i gotowa do pomocy w każdej chwili. Pokoje są śliczne, a łóżka bardzo wygodne.

Lorsque l'on vend des petites bouteilles d'eau à 3€ et que l'on règle les robinets pour ne pas avoir d'eau froide ...au cas où l'on aurait envie de boire gratuitement...il faut être plus rigoureux, j'ai eu la bonne surprise d'avoir les distributeurs de gel douche vide pour ma douche le matin.

Рядом есть метро, но можно и начать свою прогулку прямо до Триумфальной арки. Сам номер не большой, но уютный. Плитка в ванной холодная. Нет цен на мини-бар. Странные светильники над кроватью, мы постоянно задевали их головой.
