• MARTINA (6/5): Bene ma non benissimo, sufficiente - Hotel comodo per arrivare in fiera, fornito di parcheggio affiancato, coperto e sorvegliato con anche possibilità di far lavare l'auto. Personale gentile. Non particolarmente silenzioso, camere non insonorizzate. Il phon non funzionava, ma il receptionist è stato gentile e me ne ha portato un altro in sostituzione molto velocemente. In doccia non avevo il rubinetto con miscelatore ma i due distinti. Per colazione mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio dato il prezzo.

• Nadiia (9/5): - Очень любезный парень был на рецепшене. Все рассказал , у нас была пересадка с одного автобуса на другой и этот отель был не далеко от автовокзала. Цена такси 10 евро. Парень с рецепшена помог в 6 утра с такси, спасибо вас.

• Arman (1/5): Scheiẞe - einfach nichts Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel ein sehr unangenehmer, muffiger Geruch auf. Der Raum war insgesamt in einem äußerst schlechten Zustand: stark veraltet, deutlich verschmutzt und kaum gepflegt. Die Ausstattung war praktisch nicht vorhanden – vieles von dem, was auf der Website beschrieben wird, konnten wir nicht vorfinden. Auch die Fotos entsprechen offensichtlich nicht mehr der Realität und wirken, als wären sie viele Jahre alt. Zudem funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht. Als wir diese Punkte ansprachen, reagierte das Personal äußerst unhöflich und abweisend. Uns wurde sinngemäß mitgeteilt, wir hätten bereits bezahlt und die Zimmer seien nun einmal so, wie sie sind – wir müssten das akzeptieren. Insgesamt ein sehr unangenehmes und respektloses Verhalten. Unter diesen Umständen war das Zimmer selbst für wenige Stunden nicht akzeptabel. Wir haben den Aufenthalt daher sofort abgebrochen und das Hotel gewechselt. Insgesamt eine äußerst enttäuschende Erfahrung – wir würden dringend empfehlen, sich nach einer anderen Unterkunft umzusehen.

• Jetta67 (9/5): Merem ajánlani, legközelebb is szívesen szállnék meg itt. - Minden szempontból megfelelt az elvárásainknak. Kicsit távol a belvárosból, de tömegközlekedéssel könnyen elérhető. Tiszta szoba, hűtő, kávé, tea, vízforraló,pipereholmi, lift. A személyzet kedves, segítőlész volt. A képek és a leírás megfelel a valóságnak. Svédasztalos reggeli, bőséges választékkal: sós és édes péksütemény, felvágott,tojás, müzli, gyümölcs... tej, gyümölcslé, kávé automata. Az idegenforgalmi adó nem volt benne az árban. De ez jelezve volt. Csak az egyik ágy mellett volt konnektor, a másik az íróaztalnál, de nem okozott problémát.

• Laura (3/5): Unica cosa accettabile il prezzo - Il prezzo Manutenzione assente. Stanze abbandonate a loro stesse, e dire che basterebbe un minimo di cura, invece il disinteresse è tangibile. A parte il fatto che è tutto da mettere a posto, i muri sono talmente sottili che è come dormire in una camerata unica per tutto il piano.
• Dario Bacci (5/5): davvero mediocre - bah.. non saprei il posto non è curato, lo staff è perennemente scocciato e scostante. nella mia stanza mancava perfino la tenda della doccia, quindi per ogni doccia dovevo allagare il bagno. colazione non compresa nel prezzo e quindi poi è stata addebitata ad un costo ridicolo, qundi ci ha costretti ha chiedere di non metterla.. la tv aveva 5 o 6 canali e mancavano tutti gli altri. insomma un posto davvero così e così.

• Zimmon (5/5): Mediocre. Cheap but you get what you pay for - The rooms were spacious The reception worker was incredibly rude and not happy to help. We requested extra pillows and towels because there were only enough for one person (we were a couple) and they gave us a very hard time about it. The power also went out for a few times and it was difficult to turn on the light switch (you had to play with the switches a lot to get them on after returning to the room). There was also no air conditioning in the rooms which is not advertised well.

Aggiungerei qualcosa di più proteico a colazione, come tacchino o uova strapazzate. Il caffè era ottimo.

Snídaně byla pestrá, kde si můžete dát sladké, slané formou rautu. Jediné, co bych vytknul, byla vůle dveří od pokoje, které se hůře otvíraly.

• Benjamin (7/5): Value for money! - Stayed for 3 nights and it was quite comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. They clean the room and change the linen every day. The property is close to public transport, with connection to all parts of the city! There are restaurants and shops nearby. A simple breakfast every morning from 7-10 am! There is a kettle in the room and we could make our own early morning coffee/tea. The room was a bit stuffy as the air conditioning was not working! Could be because it was the period between winter and start of summer! We had to keep the window open though it was a bit noisy, but we managed to sleep well! The same can be said about the toilets.. Clean but no ventilation or exhaust!

Също така не ни позволиха да ползваме тоалетната, която е на рецепция, защото се ползвала само от “посетителите”, а не от “гостите” на хотела, ако решите да ползвате тоалетна, трябва да се качите до стаята ви.

• Astolfi (1/5): Orribile, non consiglio per niente sia per la posizione, sia per la qualità scarsa (stanza sporca e cose rotte) - Nulla. Siamo arrivati in hotel e il receptionist non era per niente accogliente. Ci ha dato la stanza al primo piano, entriamo e troviamo puzza di chiuso, lenzuola sporche, doccino arrugginito e sopratutto la cosa peggiore era la tenda in plastica per chiudere la doccia totalmente rotta. A questo punto chiediamo di cambiare stanza che ci è stata gentilmente data da un’altro receptionist sicuramente piu simpatico dell’altro. Per tutta la notte abbiamo sentito i rumori poco gradevoli dei vicini di stanza.

• maria (7/5): - Il Buffet per la colazione era molto curato e vario e soprattutto ottimo. Poi io avevo dimenticato una cosa in bagno dopo aver lasciato l'albergo e ho chiamato immediatamente la struttura. L'addetto alla reception si è recato nella camera per cercarla e mi ha scritto un sms per confermare il ritrovamento. Gentilissimo! La vasca da bagno era troppo grande per le misure della stanza, forse era più comodo un box doccia. Poi la camera era poco illuminata dal lampadario a causa del colore scuro dei muri e dell'arredo del locale.

• Helmut (4/5): Unbefriedigend, weil Zimmer deutlich älter war als auf den Fotos auf Booking.com - Was ich wirklich schade und etwas unfair finde, ist, dass sich das Hotel auf booking.com bezüglich der Zimmer nicht fair verhält. Ich habe das Hotel aufgrund der ansprechenden Zimmerfotos ausgewählt, die Realität war aber anders. Bei Rückfrage bei der Rezeption (war ein freundliches Gespräch) wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Diskrepanz zwischen den Fotos auf Booking und der Realität bekannt sind. Man kauft bzw. bucht aber nicht ein Foto-Zimmer, sondern das was vorhanden ist. Wie gesagt, das Zimmer war wirklich sauber - ABER es war anders als auf Booking.com dargestellt :-(
