• laurarogers (10/5): Super hotel, perfect location - Absolutely great hotel! We loved staying here. All the staff were super friendly. The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and cozy. There was plenty of space and the beds were really comfortable. The location of the hotel is great - so central and easy to get to everything with lots of options for the Metro. There are heaps of lovely restaurants nearby, with lots of options for breakfast if you don’t eat at the hotel. Great value for money - we had two rooms as a family of 4 and although they were not interconnecting (the hotel doesn’t have any), the staff put us in a corner, so we were right next to each other and away from the main corridor. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

• 130maggief (10/5): Great place to stay in central Paris without breaking the bank - Brilliant place to stay, it’s like a tardis, so much bigger than it seems. It was near everything, metro and buses 1 street away. It was bakingly hot in Paris (49 degrees) but the hotel was blissfully cool. The room was a good size for Paris (unless you spend thousands!). All the staff were so lovely

O mais próximo fica ha 10min de caminhada e custa 42,30 euros. O quarto é pequeno, porém confortável, vale pela localização.
• Jiabao (6/5): - The drain in the shower was not working. We stayed for 2 nights and for both nights we couldn’t take decent showers. The water goes down the drain very slowly, causing overflows to the bathroom floor. We had to take many pauses during the shower to allow the water to go down, so that the bathroom don’t get totally flooded. We spoke to the concierge after the first night. The concierge staff was very friendly and accommodating, but they couldn’t resolve the issue as the plumber was not working that day. Overall the hotel is good quality with very nice staff, but the issue with the shower drain really soured the experience.

The complementary coffee tea and cold water were convenient. The location was steps away from pastry shops. Cafes and other nicer dinner options. The metro was also 2 blocks away. Very pleased with property and stay.
• Thomas Lee (8/5): - Bed was too big for a small room. Difficult to maneuver around and made getting to bathroom annoying. Tub was stopped up for my first use but very kind maid fixed it for me and was fine thereafter. Staff was very good and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

• MTS-82 (8/5): No air con, but amazing location - I was disappointed to be told that the air con is not switched on over the winter; wasn’t a massive issue in the end as we left the windows open to get fresh air in. But certainly could be a problem on very warm spring days. Staff were very friendly and really tried to help. Rooms are very small. In one of the rooms (610), the door barely opens as the bed is very close to it. The sixth floor rooms we had also have very low ceiling, anyone over 1m80 will struggle to have a shower. Breakfast selection was ok but the cooked breakfast really wasn’t very nice. Overall they try but the primary advantage is the location, it’s amazingly central and well connected in a great neighbourhood. Otherwise it’s a 2 star hotel that’s massively over priced.

We had the pleasure of spending three nights in the top floor apartment at the ibis Paris Grands Boulevards Opéra 9ème and cannot speak highly enough of the accommodation. The apartment room was amazing!!! Lots of space and the facilities were excellent, clean and comfortable! Great value for money! And an ideal location in the heart of Paris. Staff were all so lovely and friendly! Especially Adele who was so welcoming and made my stay extra special with a birthday surprise! Thank you so very much!!! Highly recommend!x

• Karen (10/5): Delightful! - Delightful! Everything about our stay at this Ibis Hotel exceeded expectations. It felt more like a boutique hotel than a large chain. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast Buffet was amazing! The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Paris.

O nosso quarto era bom, o dos nossos filhos horrivel. no segundo dia conseguiram um quarto melhor para Eles. Peçam para ficar no primeiro prédio, o elevador do outro predio é muito velho e minusculo! Precisa urgente de uma reforma. O café da manha é bom. E o pessoal da recepção bem atencioso. Mas pagamos caríssimo por uma estadia que não compensou o valor pago! Pelo conforto que oferece. De forma alguma. Não gostei da localização tbm. Bairro esquisito.Não me seti segura andando por perto.

Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary hot beverages throughout the day. As my check-out was very early and had to miss breakfast, the staff packed a light breakfast for me.

• mmlucia (4/5): Dirtiest Ibis I've ever been to. - Pros: - great location - decently silent - polite staff Cons: - dirty -smelly I came for a conference near by and picked Ibis as I could always rely on them for simple and clean rooms. Imagine my surprise when the room I got (302) was smelling like a mix of sewage and moist carpets. It was pretty cold at night but given the nasty state of the AC I didn't dare turn it on. I skipped the shower as the towels had hairs on them. I could only change the room (503) the next day and got a smaller one that didn't smell, but the AC was in a similar state and don't get me started on the showerhead (moldy & gross).

The only issue I had, was the hanging rail was too low for dresses. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. There is no tea / coffee facilities or fridge in the room. However, reception did give us ice to take up.

Benim kaldigim oda tek kisilikti, biraz dardi ancak balkonunun olmasi cok tatliydi. Tuvalet oldukca genisti ve temizdi. Odanin en buyuk eksigi bence kasa olmayisiydi. Calisanlar guler yuzlu ve yardimseverdi. Kahvalti da continental kahvaltidan fazlasiydi, madeleine guzeldi. 7/24 free kahve & cay olmasi da kibardi.

• Cruiser00269351482 (6/5): Central ly Located - As an Accor Plus member, on this Paris trip decided to check out the Accor hotels, most of which are in the Paris central area, to sample and compare the stay experience at different tier accommodation within the France and European context, as compared to similar tier accommodation in Asia Pacific and Oceana. The most noticeable and distinguishable features are most hotels are generally in small existing buildings, hence do not have many rooms, which generally fall into the compact category, and other than a breakfast area which doubles as a general use area at other times, there is no restaurant since there are many restaurants and fast-food outlets, nearby or adjacent. Layout and finish of the rooms are typically ibis. However, there is no bar fridge or a safe, and no coffee/tea making facilities or drinking water (one has to go to the general area adjacent to the hotel reception) in the room, or bedroom slippers as is the case in ibis throughout Asia Pacific and Oceana. Conveniently located on Rue du Faubourg, amidst restaurants, convenience and other retail stores, rooms on lower floors may have some street noise. Entrance is via the sliding doors operated by the 24-hour reception, for general security, since it opens out to the busy sidewalk. Check in process was straight forward and fuss free. As the room was not ready, they took the bags for safe-keeping freeing one to go about. The reception staff whom I dealt with were friendly and helpful, thank you Josephine and Marie. Accor Plus members are accorded the privileges in general, excepting the complimentary breakfast on weekends in Europe for the top two membership tiers. And a thank you to manager Kenny (who was about to leave for the day), for the pleasant conversation and extending the complimentary breakfast. The room was an upgrade on the top floor with the doors opening out to individual balconies at the roof level with the street scape and city views. It is sufficiently spacious, quite clean and tidy, though some areas not sufficiently lit. Bed was comfortable enough for a reasonable rest. The glass screen of the shower could have done with another 20-30 cm width to prevent the floor from getting wet. The breakfast spread was expected of this level, adequate with scrambled eggs and bacon as the hot items and a selection of fruits, breads, pastries and cakes and cold cuts and cheeses. Seating was a little tight between 08:00-09:00. Beverages include juices, coffee and tea…. Express check out was just as easy, drop the card and go.
• claracS4390LW (8/5): Location is perfect, hotel is nice - The hotel is very well located and in a lovely neighborhood. There were several metro lines in walkable distance and convenient places nearby, just like supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and shops. The room was really spacious and the hotel had a lift, which is not so common in Paris. My room was at the first floor facing the street, but still very quiet at night. Somethings I think the guests must be aware though. The air conditioning is not an “individual choice”. Even though we visited in may and had some warm days, we weren’t able to turn it on, because the whole system for the hotel was off. We asked at the front desk and they said it wasn’t “air conditioning season” yet. But the only thing that really bothered a bit was the height of the bathroom ceiling. Specially into the shower, if you’re tall, it might be an inconvenience. I’m 1,80m (5’11) and I was a tight squeeze in the shower. Would honestly say that someone 5cm taller would not had been able to shower properly, because for me it was already a bit uncomfortable. I don’t know if there are different kinds of bathrooms on the building, but it’s definitely something that you should keep in mind. Over all, it was a pleasant experience and I would absolutely stay there again.

The room itself was small and didn't have a ton of character, but it worked for what we needed, and was clean. They even had a water fountain that served sparkling water for you to fill your bottles - a big saving when travelling as you go through so much water and have to buy it all. The breakfast was great, the staff so helpful - a travellers every need was anticipated. They even had a fridge of heat and eat food if you came in late. Far from a budget feel - it felt homey and you felt cared about. One of the best economical hotels I’ve used!

• Simon (10/5): Perfect base for our city break - Very comfortable hotel with everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free use of the water and coffee machine in the restaurant was a lovely bonus. The hotel is perfectly placed for easy access to the Metro and lots of the popular sights Paris has to offer. Would definitely recommend!

• Jayne (6/5): - This hotel is tired. It’s needs updating. The electrics on the 4th floor kept tripping. The staff were great and swiftly dealt with it. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location but it definitely needs refurbishing.

• PADMAL (2/5): - Breakfast has the same menu options. We stayed for 6 nights. They had apples that were rotten. It is better to not have apples rather than having apples that are rotten. Includes some bananas. They are cheap. The flap board under the shower kept falling down. Water was leaking from the shower into the bathroom floor. A very poor experience. Some staff members were helpful while others were not. There is no safety box in the room. For the amount charged, they should include a safety box in the room instead of asking us to use the community office room with safety boxes on the first floor.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good choice - Really good experience, hotel is well positioned and staff were very helpful. Rooms were a little warm for us and air con was not working. Very clean throughout.
• Vinod (4/5): Improve the service - The hotel was well located in the city centre but our room was very small and water from bathroom got settled in the adjacent area and the hotel staff didnt ger it cleaned even after repeated requests for the entire stay.

Location was also near restos making it convenient for us to find a place to eat right away. I would stay here again and highly recommend this reasonably priced hotel.

The street is busy but I barely heard a noise with the windows closed. Great air-con. Big TV, easy to plug in a Firestick.

• Santos Alberto (10/5): Good place to stay - Great location, 100 mts to the metro station. Room was just fine ok size for Europe standards. Breakfast is very good but every day the same this could be improved. Staff is very helpful.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The hotel is located in a lovely area of Paris with lots of small shops and plenty of places to eat/buy food and drink. There are metro stations nearby and it is only a 20 min walk to the Sacre Coeur. The breakfast was superb and the beds very comfortable. There were some renovations going on at the time of our visit but we were not affected by this at all.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Great location and overall not bad. Though the air con and fan weren’t working, which was annoying that we couldn’t control the heat in the room. Would have also appreciated separate soup shampoo lotion etc, didn’t like the all in one bottle. Would have like to have been warned there was building work planned I’ve rour stay, it left the place really dusty and smelling weird

• JH (10/5): - the hotel is under construction at this moment, so that it looked not easy. however, the location was so good to go anyway by train or even by walk.
