• May (6/5): - 1st night they gave me a very small room not same as we sow it on your page and the other day they change it.
• Alejandra (6/5): - La cercanía a la estación de trenes es buenísima. Pero la habitacion extremadamente chica, sin frigobar ni lugares en donde poner la ropa. El colchón era fino recubierto de plástico, insoportable el ruido q hacia al moverte. No me alojaría nunca mas en este hotel.

• Gianluca (6/5): - Hotel semplice e senza troppi fronzoli. Stanze non troppo grandi, ci sta un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto, non esistono armadi e il posto a disposizione è limitato. Appena arrivati in bagno c'era odore di fogna che risaliva dagli scarichi, per fortuna successivamente non si è più ripresentato. Qualche caduta di stile come i dispenser per i saponi e il mancato cambio dei bicchieri durante tutto il soggiorno (5notti) oltretutto questi bicchieri di carta non erano neppure sigillati. Buona la regolazione del clima e la posizione dell'albergo anche se nei dintorni si trovano parecchi clochard. Il letto era strano, fatto con due strati per il materasso. Non so come definirlo. L'unico appunto una macchia sul copripiumino. Per finire la colazione, sempre uguale, posto angusto e non c'era neppure il latte senza lattosio. Direi poco fornita, oltre a questo a volte è capitato di dover aspettare per trovare un tavolino. Visti i prezzi di Parigi, penso sia passabile come rapporto qualità prezzo, ma non ci tornerei se non per la posizione comoda alla gare de Lyon.

• Kya (10/5): - Great property, staff is friendly and helpful with local knowledge (such as directions and navigating the metro) accommodations are clean and with an elevator in building and location close to Gare de Lyon it’s perfect for those traveling around Paris or coming in from a regional train from another city. Did not try the breakfast but it looked good from what I saw. Overall if I were to stay in Paris again will probably stay here.

Personnel très sympa chambre spacieuse et très agréable vraiment , avec des équipements neufs (sdb) un couchage super . Grande propreté des chambres. Tranquillité, isolation tres bonne et confort +++ . Un grand écran dans la chambre , enfin vraiment tout pour passer un excellent sejour . Le rapport qualité /prix est vraiment bon . Félicitations. • Daniel (8/5): - Positive: The Hotel is located close to the Metro Station Gare de Lyon from where one can go to all the sights in Paris. Walking distance to the Seine, but for some of the sights to far for walking. Negative: Personal at the reception sometimes not very friendly. We booked a 3 bed room including breakfast over expedia and when we arrived they explained us that only one person's breakfast is includee and that the 2 others need to be payed extra in the hotel. When we tried to explain that the booking portal did not mention this a person at the desk reacted angry and told something to her colleagues which we did not understand. We felt really unhappy in this situation and not welcome.

The guy at the reception looked like he's annoyed that we're there and was very impolite. I am not sure who gave this place 4 or 5 stars. Would not recommend.

Positionnement géographique au top. Le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner qui est rudimentaire. Dommage c'est le seul point négatif.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Nul - Je me suis annoncée silver ayant droit à une boisson en tant que client accord il m'a dit non que j'ai le statut Classic puis la chambre qu'il me proposait étant toute petite j'ai demandé à la changer la seconde très froide on grelottait je demande à ce que le chauffage soit vérifié il paraît qu'elle n'était pas louable celle ci et qu'on ne comprend pas pourquoi on m'a mise la bas alors je demande à changer de chambre ce qui n'a pas été facile je suis restée décidée et j'ai été mise dans une autre chambre service nul et pourtant j'ai toujours été à cet hôtel quand je descends sur Paris très déçue cette fois
• Daniel (8/5): Bon séjour - Il y a une condensation importante sur la fenêtre que je n’explique pas vraiment (chambre 212). La réception devrait savoir que lorsqu’un client se plaint que la carte d’ouverture présente un signal orange, c’est simplement que la personne restant à l’intérieur a mis le verrou. C’est pas la peine de réactivité la carte puis de monter avec le client pour comprendre le problème.

• Ian (10/5): Lovely Hotel - I'm rather shocked at the negative reviews for this hotel. We had an absolutely lovely time. The amenities are plentiful, the staff was very kind, and the rooms were immaculate. The location is phenomenal, right by Gare de Lyon, perfect for taking the train. We had a great overall experience and would recommend.

• mohamed fazal (2/5): Wrong room allocation - I booked a room requesting to have two beds as we were two males. But when we arrived they had allocated a room with one bed. At the end we had ti get another single room from a nearby hotel. I find this is very bad and it has costed me double the amount.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Nice cute little hotel - Very clean and cute hotel with good view. Close the big train station very convenient for traveling to other country by train. The staff at the hotel were very nice and professional.

There was nowhere to put suitcases so we kept falling over them. It reminded me of a caravan! It's a great location if travelling to or from Gare de Lyon and the bed was a good size and very comfortable.
• Daryl (8/5): Close to Gare de Lyon - The Hotel is convenient for Gare de Lyon. Reception Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were small and amenities weren’t as good as hoped: two thin towels per room (no hand towels), no facial tissues, and multi-use face, hair and body wash which wasn’t very good for any of its advertised purposes. It wasn’t possible to regulate the room temperature, and leaving the window open to cool the room proved to be very noisy. WiFi was available everywhere in the hotel and was very good. The included breakfast was very good, with croissants, crepes, breads, meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurt, juices, and a variety of coffees and teas. Neighbourhood had a good variety of restaurants and proximity to Gare de Lyon, Metro and Airport buses.

• khor (10/5): Good reasonable hotel to stay in Paris - Located near the Gare de Lyon stop for the direct bus from CDG airport. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned everyday. Friendly and helpful staff with good breakfast and tea/coffee facilities all day long

• Barry (8/5): An overnight in Paris - It was fine as a one night stop over on the ,way to Provence. Conveniently located close to the Gare De Lyon and in a relatively pleasant area close to restaurants and a secluded walkway over the arches near the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

Walking distance to train, metro and even Notre Dame. Good places to eat around. The boulangerie across the street is really good. The only bad thing is that when checking in the recepcionist insisted that the room was't already paid. I strongly replied twice that it was the case and finally recanted. However, everyone was really friendly all the time. We could communicate in spanish and english.
