- James (9/5): - Location is fantastic right at the Rialto bridge. The rooms facing the canal are fantastic. Could people watch all day long if you wanted to. Also a main water taxi/ferry stop is right there also. Included continental breakfast had several hot items too. I thought the areas around the bridge for shopping, restaurants, etc was way more interesting than the main square.

The hotel has an elevator, but there was this one part, where we stayed, that had an additional flight of stairs. I'm traveling with my mom 83 year-old mom. Do not lose the key. There is a 50 euro fee for it. And it was an actual key.

- Endo (10/5): 便利、眺望良し！ - リアルト橋の目の前、水上バスのリアルト駅からも階段なしの徒歩1〜2分と便利な立地です。 あと目の前にゴンドラ乗り場もあります。 ホテル1階はレストランが併設されていますが夜うるさく感じることはなく、快適でした。 朝食は種類が豊富で、カプチーノも美味しかったです。 街中で「リアルト橋はこちら」があるので、調べずともその案内板に沿っていけば自然とホテルに着きます。 ホテルの屋上？みたいなところにパノラマ広場があります。迷路のように入り組んだ館内なので頑張って辿り着いてみてください。いい景色です。 スタッフが荷物を部屋まで運んでくれたらチップを渡しましょう(というか渡さないと部屋から出て行きません) ホテルに対してではなく水上バスについて。 帰りは多くの人がサンタルチア駅に向かうので リアルト駅から時間に余裕を持って水上バスに乗るようにしてください。満員で乗れないことがあるので。

The room was a big disappointment. Extremely small, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the pillow was as hard as a rock, and the shower wasn't much bigger than a phone booth. Very difficult to move around in such a small room. The biggest disappointment was opening the window curtains and seeing a wall. At no time did we even know if it was day or night due to the lack of light in the room. I was expecting so much more - especially for the price we paid.

The breakfast was great and the added bonus of being able to sit outside and take in the views from.their own terrace was so special The room is extremely dated and in need of an upgrade. The power went out twice when we used the hairdryer and phone charger at the same time!
- Sukhnandan (8/5): Very good location and property, service was ok - Nice, clean, well located Custody staff was unhelpful e.g. the guy is just standing there while a female customer who is checking out is struggling with her luggage trying to get it out the door of the hotel. He made no attempt to hold the door or help w the luggage. Asked for extra tea bags but they didn’t send them up to the room like they said they would.
- Helmut (6/5): Super Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal aber doch einigen Einschränkungen! - Toplage direkt an der Rialtobrücke mit schöner Aussichtsterrasse! Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Auch die Nähe zur Vaporetto-Station ist grundsätzlich super… Die Platzverhältnisse im Buffetbereich des Frühstücksraums sind sehr knapp bemessen und führen mitunter zu Irritationen mit anderen Gästen. Außerdem ist das Angebot am Buffet ebenfalls seeehr überschaubar! Wie oben geschrieben, ist die Nähe zur Vaporette Haltestelle einerseits zwar super, betreffend Lärm, auch Nachts ist es allerdings alles andere als toll!!

- DMITRY (9/5): - Специфика гостиницы, как и многих других в Венеции, это отсутствие вида из окна, если вы не готовы платить за номер люкс. У нас окно было всегда закрыто ставнями, т.к. из него можно было дотянуться до окна соседнего дома рукой. Завтрак - типичный итальянский завтрак: яйцо, салями, кофе, круассан. Для разнообразия - йогурт, фрукты, мюсли. Гостиница имеет очень интересную архитектуру внутри - вы как будто живёте в лабиринте. Очень хорошая панорамная площадка. Не было такого.
- Ware (3/5): Very disappointed. - Breakfast lacked variety. The inside breakfast buffet was crowded and too small. The location of the hotel was excellent. I had to introduce myself first when I checked in. There was no initial greeting or welcome when I entered the front door. There was a person inside the front lounge who offered to carry our bags who did not work at the hotel. The place is all pink and I felt like I was inside a Pepto Bismol bottle. The hotel was scary. As I walk the hallways, I felt like I was in the movie The shinning. The showers is too small for a 250 lb man. The place needs a serious remodeling.

- YUMIKO (9/5): とても心地良くすごさせめいただきました。 - 船着場リアルト、の目の前なので、雨でもほぼ濡れずに船着場まで行き来できます。荷物があると助かります。 お湯も潤沢に出ます。早朝チェックアウト時には、とても広い館内を警備の方がまわっていらっしゃいました。お部屋も、2人にはとても広く、可愛くて のびのびできました。受付けの男性もとても親切でした。 奥のお部屋だったので、帰りはスーツケースを持って階段の昇り降りが少しだけ、あったこと。

If I am being picky the shower head was crazy, water shooting in every direct you needed to move around ti follow the water, but trivial problem.
- fr (9/5): Hôtel idéal pour un séjour réussi. - L'emplacement central de Venise (vous pouvez vous balader à pied et revenir rapidement à l'hôtel vous reposer), les navettes bateaux arrivent au pied de l'hôtel (y compris celle de l'aéroport). La vue (si vous prenez une des chambres qui donnent sur le canal) . Le personnel est au top : pro et sympa. La terrasse panoramique est un vrai plus avec vue sur le pont... Le petit déjeuner est très complet et de qualité. Cela bien sûr à un coup....

- Sara (10/5): Beyond my wildest dreams. - The location was perfect, staff were great, breakfast wonderful and great value for money. The Vaporetto stop is right at the door. I came by train, got straight on Line 2, two stops and I was at the door of the hotel. Easy walk or ride to everything Venice has to offer. The first photo shows the view from my room! I was travelling on my own and had a single room. It was faultless.

Henkilökunta huomioi myös erityistoiveemme syntympäivän johdosta. Hotelli on todella hyvällä sijainnilla. Aamupalan aikaan olisi ollut mukava jos pihalla olevan katoksen seinät olisi avattu.

- Maria Roxette (5/5): Convenient but… - It is next to the bridge and the ferry station. The staff are nice and welcoming. Breakfast has good selection too. Bathroom has a smell, toilet and shower stall is too close to each other and it is a maze to get in to the room assigned to us. It definitely needs an update. On our last day, electricity and water was off because of city maintenance.

We did open our windows but the noise level was very loud and all throughout the night we could hear the barges and boats docking and unloading. So very interruptive sleep.

To make matters worse, the hotel failed to inform us in advance about a scheduled power outage, which was a significant inconvenience. Adding insult to injury, guests are not permitted to use irons in the rooms, so the hotel charges €7 to iron a single t-shirt. Rather than offering a practical solution, they’ve turned a basic amenity into an unnecessary expense. Overall, poor value for money.“

- coxgregg1987 (6/5): Bedding is bad - This is our second time staying at the Hotel Rialto. The staff has been great. Breakfast is very good as is the location. However, the Hotel needs to focus on finding comfortable beds and pillows. It was very firm to the point of HARD. The pillows were so thin and firm it was difficult to sleep. We were in room 119 and when opening the window you see a wall and pigeons roosting and dropping everywhere. You have to open the window to cool the room down (no AC is available until June or July). If the hotel would upgrade the bedding I would recommend this location. If you like a rock hard bed and no pillow this is your location.

- NirmitN3 (2/5): Just don’t book there - Horrible experience. They provided me a room and when i came back from the tour in the evening, bathroom was flooded with poop. They tried to fix it but couldn’t so gave me option to take bath in another room which was on the top floor with cramped space and not cleaned. They also told me to sleep into the earlier provided room with the flooded bathroom with smell of poop. They didn’t have any room and i had to sleep in the top floor cramped, uncleaned room. Another bummer was their Air conditioner was operational as per some government guidelines as we have to sleep in 27 Celsius hot boiler room. They don’t have solar panels so their Air conditioner is dependent on government’s direction so just don’t book with them. Next day upon request they provide me another room which was also not cleaned properly and without air conditioner as well. Honestly, i wasted my 2 nights sleep and 556 euros. Just stay somewhere else.

- Barbara (9/5): Ottima esperienza - La gentilezza e la cortesia dello staff, la posizione, la camera bella, grande, spaziosa, ben insonorizzata con vista sul ponte di Rialto, il bagno nuovo, grande e ben organizzato. Il servizio offerto dall'albergo che ci ha portati a Murano con un motoscafo e abbiamo visitato una autentica fabbrica del vetro. Mi è piaciuto tutto ma se posso dare un consiglio la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata con prodotti freschi e torte fatte in casa.
