Приятный персонал. Полное отсутствие шумоизоляции. С 5 до 7 утра невозможно спать, вывозят мусор под окнами. И это у нас были премиум аппартаменты. Ремонт и мебель в номере требуют реновации. Номер с кухней, но посуды нет абсолютно, непонятно...

Hotel pulito e silenzioso su corso Buenos Aires... Da lì puoi andare ovunque... Bella reception e hall... Camera spaziosa pulita e silenziosa. Bagno ampio e pulito camera 560 . Non ho provato la colazione quindi non saprei, per il resto stra consigliato. Molto professionale lo staff alla reception. Ha dimenticavo ha pure un parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento vicino se siete in auto. Nulla

Le finestre della camera che danno sulla strada non sono super insonorizzate e il rumore della città a volte si sente molto. Ma nel complesso una super struttura, curata nei minimi dettagli.

- DENIS (9/5): Agréable - Très bon emplacement et service complet, RAS. La déco de la chambre 204 date un peu. Nous n’avons pas eu de chance car il y a eu des travaux bruyants sur la piste cyclable toute la nuit .
- Sunny Booker (8/5): Great service and amazing breakfast. - The hotel is conveniently located with several transportation choices near by. The service in the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was amazing, really. Our room was very large with a very comfy bed. The hotel was recently converted to an UNA hotel property and it still had a Best Western (I think that was what it was) feel. The rooms really need to be renovated and updated to raise to the level of a UNA property. Also the rooms were very expensive due to the Olympics, which is understandable.

- AT2112 (8/5): Comfortable Stay in a Fantastic Location, with Room for Warmer Hospitality - We recently stayed 5 nights at UNAHOTELS Galles Milano in a Junior Suite and overall had a comfortable and convenient experience. The suite itself was modern, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of amenities and a nice variety of in-room essentials. A few small issues came up during our stay, but to the hotel’s credit, they were addressed promptly each time. The location is definitely one of the hotel’s biggest strengths — very lively, well connected, and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and everything you may need. It’s not secluded at all, which made it easy and enjoyable to explore the city. Having a supermarket downstairs was especially convenient. Breakfast was good overall with a decent spread, though I would have appreciated more vegetarian options. One thing that surprised us was that only one bottle of mineral water was provided at the beginning of the stay, despite staying for 5 nights. Thankfully, buying water from the supermarket downstairs was easy. We used the spa facility - the swimming pool was nice with the water being clean and the right temperature. The housekeeping team was genuinely warm and friendly and made us feel welcome throughout the stay. However, the front desk and other staff members often seemed tired or uninterested, and a warmer, more engaging attitude would have made the experience feel more hospitable. Overall, this is a nice, modern hotel in a fantastic location with comfortable rooms and good amenities. With slightly friendlier service and a few thoughtful touches, it could easily become an exceptional stay.

Given the amount we paid when we asked for additional milk for 2 more drinks we felt it should have been supplied. We ended up having to buy some ourselves.

The spa was great, It had a pool and great sauna and steam room included in the price. We had a quiet room which was very good. We had a superior room and our single beds were stuck together due to the small space and the hotel needs an update, it is a bit dated.

- Till (4/5): Ziemlicher Fehlgriff - Die Lage war gut, U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür. In wenigen Minuten ist man damit im historischen Zentrum. Das Zimmer war winzig und direkt an einer sehr lauten Straße gelegen. Bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen, war somit unmöglich, weil viel zu laut. Überhaupt ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Im Bad stand eine winzige Duschkabine, in der man sich kaum um die eigene Achse drehen konnte. Das Frühstücks-Angebot war Standard, allerdings war der Frühstücksraum viel zu klein für die Menge an Gästen. Dann wird man schon mal in eine Art Abstellraum geführt, der total eingestaubt war, um dort zu frühstücken. Die Tassen für den Kaffee waren nicht ausreichend, so dass man Kaffee aus dem Pappbecher trinken musste. Alles in allem niemals vier Sterne würdig, eher zwei. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis äußerst mangelhaft.

- Stefanie (10/5): - Lage ist perfekt, direkt bei der Metrostation Lima und am Corso Buenos Aires mit vielen Läden und Restaurants. Ich war mit meinen Kindern im Hotel, wir haben es sehr genossen, das Frühstück war sehr fein und alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
