• Zeynep (10/5): I recommend it - We stayed in this house for 7 nights. There was a bed for my 8-year-old daughter, and we found it very comfortable. The kitchen was very useful for us. There's an Edeka supermarket and a bakery nearby, so we were able to enjoy wonderful breakfasts. We easily arrived and returned from the airport by S-Bahn. We traveled extensively on the S-Bahn and transferred to the U-Bahn. It's also well-located for transportation. We loved the neighborhood. It's surrounded by business centers and offices. It's very quiet and classy. Overall, the house was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for your hospitality. There is nothing we don't like.

• Fred (9/5): Gute Unterkunf für einen längeren, oder auch kürzeren Besuch in München. - Für Besucher die ins Zentrum wollen ist die Lage hervorragend. Ob Tram, S-Bahn, oder Bus alle Haltestellen schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort aus sind es nur 5 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Parken in der Tiefgarage ist ebenfalls möglich. Lebensmittelgeschäfte ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer, sowie die Küche sind gut ausgestattet. Alles sauber, ruhig, so wie es sein soll. Wir können es weiter empfehlen.

• Julia (2/5): Would not recommend - Laundry facilities The windows were locked and the apartment has poor air circulation so you feel like your are hermetically sealed in. There is no AC or fans so it's terribly uncomfortable in hot weather. The lighting is poor and ill-suited to reading or doing work in the apartment. The tap water tastes disgusting.
• Anonymous (8/5): Great location for Munich transport - Very spacious apartment. Basic but has everything you need. We would stay here again. We needed better information about the air conditioning. It took ages to find the wall switch to turn it on!

Nice sized room with kitchenette and bathroom. Washing and drying facilities (2 euro each) downstairs. Shops and train station nearby. Office only open in mornings but the staff friendly and English speaking. There was nothing to dislike.

• Nikola (10/5): Nice and cozy place - Check in was super easy, lady at counter welcome us and she explane us everything that we have in the area in case we need to buy groceries. Cleaning stuff was super nice, super fast and they keep whole place super clean. Place is also conected with city train what makes is really accessible directly from Munchen airport. When we come back to Munchen in future we will definitely try and stay here again. Thank you.
• Anton (9/5): Quite clean location - Easy check-in. Good location 20 mins to Hbf. Very quiet and clean. There is a market nearby There are washing machines and options for car parking. Good wifi. There were some doubts with a number of towels, but it was easily resolved with reception.
• Anonymous (3/5): Bad experience, no hot water for half our stay with no refund or other form of compensation. - Close to an S-bahn station that will get you pretty much anywhere very quickly. There is also a supermarket around the corner and a few cafes and restaurants in a 15-min walk radius We had no hot water for the first two days (out of our 4 day stay), could not reach the property because we arrived on a Sunday and the Monday was a public holiday. When reception was finally open on Tuesday morning we notified them, only that afternoon did we get a solution: a new room. No other compensation was offered. No refund or anything. While the new room was bigger, it had numerous other small issues: the bathroom had an unpleasant smell that wouldn’t go away, the extractor fan was loud and on at all times, and the kitchen water tap was loose. Also, both rooms we had seemed clean at first glance but we quickly noticed that it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained properly: stains on the walls and side of the bed, dust and crumbs underneath the bed. In addition, this location is not for you if you like to sleep past 7AM, that’s when the noise outside starts. Construction and deliveries to the supermarket, all very loud. Closing the windows helped but there was no A/C which made it warm and stuffy without A/C. Kitchen was also missing essentials like fitting lids to the pots, a strainer, a dish drying rack. Overall, this apartment was way overpriced for what we got, even if you wouldn’t take into account the fact that we didn’t have hot water for half our stay.

View of square out the front was nice, lots of light. Great grocery store around the corner. Easy access to S bahn to centre of town and airport. Not much in the way of restaurants near the boarding house. Grocery store around the corner had great options for easy meals.

• Kevinia (9/5): Great location, spacious and well equipped - 1. Location - a few minutes of walking to the tram stations and metro station and a large supermarket EDEKA is just around the corner. 2. Space and facilities - the room is big and the kitchen is well equipped with kitchenware. 3. Cleanness - overall very clean with some mouldy spots in the shower. It would be handy to have a freezer for ice cream.
• Arianna (9/5): Superb - The flat is in a quiet and nice location, 15 mins from the central station and 20 mins far from the city centre but really well connected with s-bahn and trams, there are cafes and a supermarket nearby. The flat is small but complete, the bed is a decent size (not too small) and really comfortable, there is a kitchenette with kettle microwave coffee machine and a stove top that we didn't use. We were working for 1 entire day and the internet connection was super stable. Late check in and late check out was possible. Definitely recommended. It's a bit pricey for the position but I guess everywhere is expensive in Munich.
• Core (10/5): Modern Nirvana - It would be hard to tell the difference between this apartment and a four-star hotel. The room was a good size, heating/cooling worked great, nice kitchenette with the necessities, and very nice views from the large floor to ceiling windows. Close to public transportation. Neighborhood was great with tech-centric businesses (Google, Salesforce, Cancom, Citrix, etc.) so lots of young professionals. Once I put in the code to get the room key, I was stuck because I had no idea which room the key belonged to and there was no mention of a room number from the host. Luckily, I noticed the key ring had a tab. I flipped the tab over and the room number was printed on it. Issue solved. Also, there was no place to set the dishes to air dry once you washed them. Someone had to wash while the other dried.
• Jennifer (10/5): Fantastic - Excellent location, close to public transport and a supermarket. Very quiet area. Clean and modern. There were a few minor issues, but they were sorted very quickly.
• Simona (10/5): - Super soddisfatti, a soli tre minuti dalla stazione e a cinque minuti dalle varie fermate dell'autobus. In un paio di minuti si è in centro. Supermercato e panificio a pochi passi. Ambiente tranquillo e sicuro. Parcheggio disponibile in loco e con diretto accesso alle camere d'albergo. Lo consiglio a tutti.
• Aditya (7/5): Excellent location and room - The location was excellent, the size of the room was good, the bathroom was spacious. The hotel agreed to delay the checkout by an hour. The washing machine in the basement was an added positive. Be prepared for the lack of support staff after 1 pm.
• Ing.var (7/5): Good apartment, unprofessional staff - The apartment is quite nice, suitable for singles or couples. Neat little kitchen, has more than you need for a short stay, fridge, microwave, coffee and tea vessels. I didn't really like the bleak Mercedes building surroundings, you open the curtains and have a full view of floors and floors of offices, but on the other hand it was fairly quiet, so every cloud, etc. The only real complaint I have is the housekeeper who decided to first knock at 9 AM on a Friday morning (Good Friday btw), and then after I was slow to get out of bed, due to being woken up, proceeded to unlock the door herself (there's no lock from the inside, just a knob). After this uncomfortable meeting, a similar thing happened also on the day of the checkout, when she did the same thing 30 minutes before checkout time. There's no "do not disturb" sign, and the whole affair was effing unprofessional.
• Doris (10/5): - Within a couple minutes to S-bahn service. Excellent medium size grocery very nearby. The property needs English instructions to operate washer and dryer. Otherwise, very nice property in aparment bldg. Would recommend.
• Felipe (7/5): Worth it - Location is perfect. Close to supermarket (50m), restaurants and subway (100m) as well as a gym and a park good enough for a run in the morning or in the afternoon. So in that regards it is perfect. Also, the kitchen is quite well equiped with a small fridge, so good enough to cook a quick meal and or breakfast. It is almost the same as an Airbnb, with the diference that there's staff to help during working hours. However if there's any problem with anything they won't be able to help, either during working hours or after, and will have to call someone to stop by and fix it. So as long as it all runs smoothly, you should be alright. However if anything malfunction, it can become a pain.

• Susan (6/5): Good for transport and near nice neighbourhood for shops and restaurants. - The apartment hotel was an excellent location for transport and shops. Adjacent to a lovely neighbourhood across the main road. The apartment was well equipped, light and bright and the bed and pillows were comfortable. BUT the shower leaked and there was a smell of drains. They were quick to do a temporary fix of the leak and the smell was gone. However, after that the shower only had intermittent hot water and after running the water one evening for 10 mins we gave up and boiled a kettle of water. Also the description on booking.com says it’s a quiet area, but there is an events establishment nearby which was busy up until 3am on 2 nights so we had very little sleep over the weekend.
• Dmitrii (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the apartment; it had everything we needed. We traveled with a small child. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. There is a large store nearby, as well as a playground and several cafés. The train station is about a 20-minute walk away.

Parking is not there for bigger cars. Laundry is avbl for extra payment but those machines take only 1 Euro coin so we had to go out late evening to change 2 Euro coins to 1.
• Hagai (10/5): Clean, comfortable, well located. - Basically but well furnished and sparkling clean. Very well located near public transport, free parking area, and a big supermarket. The place is perfect for a short or long stay. The city center can be reached by foot or train, and there are free parking spaces at Hirschgarten, about 15 minutes walking. Paid parking spots (for free from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and on Sundays and holidays) are available just in front of the building.

Seems like there was a problem with the booking as on our 3rd night two males tried to come into our apartment even unlocked the door and said we were in their apartment??!! Glad we were there to let them know we were there, or else they could have been in our apartment with all of our things?? Very scary this happened that they gave out our room key?? Also no contact or apology from management. Definitely not good enough!

• Marius (8/5): A location in a quiet area with cheap parking, ideal for families traveling by car. - The apartment is located in a quiet area and is very close to the S-Bahn or U-Bahn, about a 5-minute walk. It is 4 subway stops away from the city center (Marienplatz), and all subway lines pass through there. The location does not offer breakfast, but there are several cafes and a supermarket in the area. Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) is a 30-minute walk away. The one-bedroom apartment is fine, equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, and coffee machine. The location is ideal if you're traveling by car (own or rented), as it offers underground parking for only 10 euros/day. The area where the apartment is located is not a tourist area, but it is safe and quiet. Whether you use a car or public transport, you can easily reach any location in Munich or the surrounding areas. The garbage chute is located indoors, on the path between the garage and the building's access staircase, and there was a very strong smell when passing through that corridor.

No hay cafeterías cerca para desayunar. Al lado de una parada de metro y un súper. Y lo más importante a destacar es que se aseguren de tener un código para la llave!! Por qué cierran la recepción a las 12:30h del medio día. A nosotras no nos lo mandaron y nos encontramos con varias personas en la puerta los días que nos alojamos que estaban en la misma situación!!!

Walking distance to local train station and tram lines, supermarket around the corner Hot water in the shower shutting off when showering. TV remote control not working. Difficult contacting office, which has limited opening times (08.30 - 12.30). Office closed at weekends. No cleaning or changing of towels, even after 4 nights.

• Anton (8/5): This is a good option for its money. - - Self check-in/checkout - Close to S-bahn - Supermarket 1 min walk - Couldn't hear the neighbors - Kitchen has absolutely everything 1. The main problem was the lack of air conditioning. It was hot at night and I had to sleep with the window open. On the first night, a truck arrived to unload goods (apparently for the supermarket) at 5:30 in the morning. From Friday to Saturday and from Saturday to Sunday it was loud at night due to people drinking in the street. Unfortunately, during the entire stay I was not able to get enough sleep. 2. The pillows were too soft (but this is a matter of taste).

• Michael (9/5): Wonderful and quiet place to stay - The rooms are spacious and in a quiet area perfect for catching up on sleep after exploring Munich. I also loved that it is close to the S-Bahn lines for easy travel to Marienplatz and the Airport. It is also close to an Edeka grocery store which helps with saving money on food and coffee. I didn’t like that there was a coffeemaker but no coffee pods. I had to wait until Monday to buy coffee pods because the grocery stores in Munich all close on Sunday.

• AiSian (2/5): - Worst hotel I had ever booked. On the day of arrival, Expedia emailed me to inform that my confirmed booking at Pandion Boardinghouse was cancelled. While on tour and traveling to Munich, I had to speak to Expedia, and find another place to stay on my own. I understand from Expedia that the only excuse was system error. This was very puzzling to me as I was liaising with Pandion Boardinghouse on late check-in and was even given the password to enter the premises. The very late cancellation by Pandion Boardinghouse resulted in a lot of stress trying to secure a place on the day of check-in and it was made worst as Munich was hosting a big event. The hotels that I tried kept getting unavailable with the connection issues I faced trying to book while travelling. This is no way to treat a customer who booked and was confirmed a room for 4 nights! Where does Pandion Boardinghouse expect me to stay the next 4 nights if I could not secure a room! Pandion Boardinghouse gave me a very poor and thorough unprofessional impression with its handling of my booking.

Having an elevator made it easy to move luggage around, and the location was very close to the subway station with a supermarket very nearby, which made grocery shopping convenient. And it was great that the communication with the host was very fast.
