- Markus (4/5): Nicht die beste Wahl, aber okay - Die Lage zum Westbahnhof ist perfekt. In drei Minuten ist man an der U-Bahn, von der im Hotel nichts zu hören ist Die Frühstückszeiten sind extrem früh zu Ende. In der Woche ist das Buffet spätestens um 10 Uhr geschlossen. Wir haben zwei mal drum gebeten, dass unser Zimmer ordentlich gereinigt wird. Es lag noch Dreck vom Gast vorher im Vorflur vor dem Bad. Aber der Schmutz hat nur den Weg von einer Ecke in die nächste gefunden. Das Badezimmer war ziemlich "abgewohnt". Der Handtuchhalter am Waschbecken ist halb abgerissen und die Platte, in die das Waschbecken eingebaut war, war leicht heruntergebrochen. Die oberen Etagen werden gerade saniert. So wurden wir mehrmals pünktlich um 8 von Baustellenlärm geweckt, was ziemlich genervt hat. Auch sich nachmittags mal ins Zimmer zurückziehen, wenn man mal eine Pause vom sightseeing machen wollte, ging aufgrund des Lärms nicht.

- Luísa (7/5): Boa localização! - Localização boa e funcionários muito simpáticos. O hotel estava em obras o que não foi muito agradável uma vez que nos cruzávamos com trabalhadores das obras com frequência e a zona ao lado do elevador estava sempre com materiais de contrução. O pequeno almoço desiludiu muito. Apesar de haver muita variedade, a fruta era toda de lata e o pão tinha dias e estava duro.

Personal an der Rezeption eher unfreundlich bis teilnahmslos, wirkten sehr desinteressiert. Frühstück nicht gut, vor allem Kaffee nicht genießbar.

Die Ausstattung + (Minikühlschrank, Safe, Teekanne+, Wasserflasche), die Sauberkeit, die Freundlichkeit, das Frühstück, extra Raum für die Koffer/Gepäck (mit Regist. N), wenn man noch nicht/ schon ausgecheckt hat 👌 Die Zimmertüren fallen sehr laut ins Schloss... Und es ist im Flur sehr hellhörig - leider bei den meisten Hotels ist so. Also Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen ☺️ Es wird dort zur Zeit renoviert, man kriegt das aber kaum mit.

- Balint (10/5): Great location and price - Everything was perfect. Room was comfy, staff was super nice, breakfast was delicious and had many options. It's super conveniently located, close to the metro and tram stop. Also super close to Wiener Stadthalle, it's a 10-15 minute walk.
- Nikolaos (6/5): Decent but overpriced due to the Eurovision event. - The location was great, close to the metro station and the tram. The beds were nice and confortable. The bathroom was too small. The cleaning was basic and I would have expected a more pro-active approach (not to ask ourselves for more shampoo, clean glasses, towels, etc.). The breakfast was of rather mediocre quality (no fresh juice, no soft-cooked eggs) and the old man at the breakfast area was a bit rude.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Mh la stanza era un po buia e quando sul piano qualcuno chiudeva la porta vibrava tutto!

Localização boa dado que era perto de linha do metro A unica coisa que desagradou foi que a marcação foi feita neste hotel mas a alguns dias da estadia informaram que havia erro nas marcações e que iam transferir para outro hotel do grupo. O preço foi o mesmo mas a localização era diferente e mais distante dos locais que queria visitar.

- Athagr (3/5): - Die Lage ist optimal, in u-bahn und Bahnhofnähe Sehr laut, der Zimmer service macht täglich viel Lärm, die Türen von den Zimmern kann man hören und es vibriert stark. Teilweise kaputte Ausstattung. Öfter längere Wartezeit beim lift, da etwas im hotel repariert wurde. Sorry aber ich kenne es auch anders.

- Simon (9/5): Gute Lage, schöne Zimmer! - Für meinen Aufenthalt war das Hotel die perfekte Wahl. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und war gut gelegen für meine Unternehmungen. Es war geräumig, viel Stauraum und man konnte Fenster ganz öffnen zum Lüften. Das Personal war freundlich und erfüllte alle meine Wünsche. Anmerkung: ein Teil des Hotels befindet sich im Umbau. Ich habe dadurch jedoch keine Beeinträchtigung erlebt. Frühstück habe ich nicht genutzt. Eher negativ empfand ich (also sehr grosse Person) das etwas zu weiche Bett und die etwas niedrige Dusche. Aber das sind subjektive Kriterien, die andere nicht negativ werten. Zudem ist das Hotel etwas ringhörig. Die Türe schnellt zu, wenn man nicht aufpasst. Und die Nachbarn hört man.

Small elevators, basic room, nice shower, ok-ish breakfast. All fine, but so expensive. I suspect we were taken advantage of as it was Eurovision time we paid for location rather than for hotel facilities.

Bed was huge and super soft Room was cramped with little space for large luggage. Door to the bathroom is frosted glass so turning th light on overnight to use the toilet lights up the whole room. In promo pics has a coffee machine in room and on website it lists coffee machine available in room upon request however this is not true and only kettle with coffee sachets provided.

Si nu ne-a mai placut o domnisoara de la bucatarie(sala de mese unde se ia micul dejun), era obsedata sa se uite la fiecare in parte ce manca si cat manca(de parca ne contoriza), facand chiar unele remarci foarte urate si pe un ton neadecvat(chiar am considerat o nesimtire din partea ei) . Ne-am simtit inconfortabil.

- Angelika (8/5): Tolle Lage und schönes Hotel - Die Lage ist sensationell. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider ist es teilweise nicht sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein.

- Neva (8/5): Dobra kvaliteta za ceno. - Lokacija je odlična: blizu je Ubahn, s katerim prideš v nekaj minutah do centra, Sbahn, Mariahilfer Straße s številnimi trgovinami, restavracijami, lokali. Zajtrk je zelo dober, ob sobotah in nedeljah je na voljo celo do 10:30! Tudi pozna odjava do 12h je privlačen del ponudbe:) Hotel so ravno prenavljali, zato ni bilo možno parkiranje v hotelu, ampak v sosednjem hotelu Ibis, kjer je parkiranje stalo 20 eur na noč.
- Christoph (3/5): - Eigentlich nur die Lage Das Hotel ist zur Hälfte Baustelle; ich hatte eigens ein Hotel mit Fitnessraum gebucht, der aber aufgrund der Baustelle nicht nutzbar war. Das Bad ist sehr klein gehalten. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Personal am Frühstücksraum nicht zufriedenstellend

- Ivan (6/5): Too many stars and € for what it offers - Location is great, transport options, plenty of caffes, stores and reastaurants directly at the building Breakfast was okay at best Bathroom door can't be closed and the toilet/sink is really poorly serviced + the shower leaks The furniture has seen better days, some squeaks here and there and the closet door would open slightly every time I pass near it because the floor is a bit dented Generally overpriced for what it offers

- Raimund (8/5): Schönes Hotel in guter Lage, ideal für Besuche im Raimund Theater - Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, die Betten etwas durchgelegen aber wir haben gehört, dass alle Zimmer renoviert werden. Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig, besonders, wenn man das Raimund Theater besuchen möchte. Westbahnhof, U6 und U4 in der nähe. Betten und Kissen
