- Michel (7/5): Bon hôtel mais un point d'hygiène serait à faire et un rafraîchissement de la salle de bain. - Emplacement idéal. Chambre bien isolée et propre. L'état de la salle de bain : joints de la douche détériorés et bac de douche jaune à certains endroits, brosse à WC remplie de bout de papier toilette (entretien à revoir). Petit-déjeuner simple mais correct. Cependant, pour cette chaîne d'hôtel, un jus d'orange pressé et frais aurait été appréciable plutôt qu'un jus industriel.. Peinture qui s'écaille dans la chambre et couloirs de l'hôtel.

- Ukeme (2/5): Disappointing - The staff was friendly, the false advertising of amenities wasn’t their fault. It also wasn’t there fault on how the hotel management handles issues with the building. I don’t like the false advertising of this hotel with the amenities they provide. The breakfast was not a lot of options and should be free. I recommend you do not buy it ahead of time.(or at all) During my stay during Christmas week, I was told by hotel staff that the building heat did not work..after I complained. I was told the amenities that I was looking for either they didn’t have or didn’t work. This hotel didn’t even had the decency to provide extra blankets. Instead they only provide extra bedsheets which were super thin. The parking was also pretty bad. Very limited parking for 6 floors of guest. At most there’s 15 parking spots Please I recommend the go to another hotel. This looks nothing like the pictures

Ogni giorno mancava qualcosa in camera! Gli accappatoi scomparivano ogni giorno e dovevamo chiederli sempre; si era fulminata una lampadina ed è stata cambiata dopo due giorni, un giorno ci hanno lasciato la pezza per pulire sul tavolo. Insomma un po’ sbadati ma disponibili e simpatici!

Die Lage des Hotels ist super - zwei U-Bahnstationen in Gehweite, auch Busse sind leicht zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt.
