- Lorraine (8/5): My mom and I had a great stay at the hotel. - The hotel is in a great location, which made it easy to get to places. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The facility is clean and comfortable. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors on both sides. Although there’s a small room to sit in, there’s not a real lobby.

Museums & major tourist attractions still close. Also convenient to public transport. David at front desk was friendly, helpful & accomodating. Rooms could use better pillows & a fridge. The positive aspects of hotel & neighborhood definitely outweigh a lack of fluffy pillows. I would definitely stay here again.

- Papapie3 (10/5): Amsterdam tra i canali... - La posizione è ottima perché in una zona tra i canali, residenziale e tranquilla, ma vicina al Centro e a venti minuti a piedi dalla Casa di Anna Frank e da Piazza Dam. A pochi passi c'è una fermata del tram, con cui vai dovunque in meno di mezz'ora, e la fermata dell'autobus che parte ogni quarto d'ora per l'aeroporto. Nota di merito particolare al concierge italiano David, accogliente, disponibile e sempre gentile, che ci ha dato delle dritte eccezionali su come gestire il nostro viaggio ad Amsterdam. Grazie!!! Il bagno era piccolo, ma pulito e funzionale, anche se qualche punto di appoggio in più sarebbe auspicabile.
