• nada (1/5): - The proximity to the train station. The receptionist said its a shower box i ended up with bath tube couldnt take my shower i have a foot enjury had to walk the corridor! They made a habit of making ppl wait! Each time that i had an inquiriy or wanted to get my bags. So this will be the last stay in this hotel.

• hfamily (7/5): Hôtel vieillissant - trop cher - très bon petit déjeuner - L'emplacement pour moi était top Les chambres sont propres grâce au personnel Le petit déjeuner était parfait. L'hôtel est vieillissant, des moquettes, couloirs étroits, on dirait qu'on se trouve dans un vieux ferry avec cabine. Je suis conscient que Paris est cher mais le prix de la.chambre est trop onéreuse.

• Khalil (10/5): - Le personnel est aux petits soins , à notre arrivée, ils nous ont offert de petits cadeaux de bienvenue à la réception ainsi que des madeleines, une attention qui fait toute la différence. Les chambres sont spacieuses, élégantes et très confortables. Tout était impeccable du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour en famille à Paris.

I, my wife and our 11 years old daughter spent 4 nights in April in this hotel, and, unfortunately, it was not a very good experience. We stayed in a Privilege Room with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed which was extremely small for 3 persons. Very little furniture in the room, not even a real wardrobe. We put our clothes in a sort of closet, this one also very small, and on a chair. The bathroom also very small and very uncomfortable. Still, I must admit the room and the public spaces were very clean. The breakfast was poor, both in quality and variety.

• Tanja (10/5): Perfektes Hotel für ein paar Nächte. - Die Lage und die Nähe zum Bahnhof. Das Personal am Empfang und der Herr bei der Kofferabgabe war sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und witzig. Die Betten waren gut und die Matratze für mich ideal. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Hand held shower in Room 148 was hard to manage, kept swinging out into the bathroom.

• Keith (10/5): Exc - The convenience of being so close to Gare de Lyon. Unfortunately we had our passports stolen on the Paris metro and we couldn't progress to our final destination of Rome. We had only booked in for one night but had to keep extending our stay while we awaited emergency travel documents to head back to the UK. The staff couldn't have been anymore helpful in ensuring we could keep our room beyond our booked period of stay. Nothing to say here.
