La cena fue a la carta y aunque la comida estaba muy buena,los platos no son muy adecuados a niños. El desayuno buffet,correcto y completo
- Marianna (8/5): - Property was we situated in an area that was easy walkable to shopping and restaurants. Clean and nice staff. Breakfast buffet had a very nice selection. A/C was not working very well, reported situation twice but even with repair not very cool. Center of hotel is completely open so you can see from the lobby to the top floor, this also means the sound is free to travel....at times it felt like the people in the lobby were in our room. Parking garage is fine for small cars. We had to switch to an outdoor lot to better accommodate our rental vehicle size.

Propre en général, chambre familiale 4 personnes. J'y retournerais surement. Dommage qu'il n'y avait plus de place de parking car parking public 24euro/jour. Accueil et cheking tres sympathique

- Chizuko (10/5): 広くて清潔。立地よし - 受付は皆さんとても優しい対応で好感触。ロビーに水と小さなペストリー(甘いチョコクロワッサン等)が置いてあり自由に頂けた。心配りが嬉しい。部屋は広くて清潔でとても良かった。電気ケトルも綺麗でした。立地条件が良い。ショッピングのメインストリートにも近い。一本裏の通りで静かにすごせましまた。レンタカーでの旅なので駐車場について心配でしたがホテル地下駐車場を利用する事ができました。駐車場から部屋までエレベーターで楽にスーツケースを運べて、車に忘れ物を取りに行くのも直ぐです。駐車料金1泊20ユーロについては許容範囲かと思います。まだ利用するかと聞かれたらもちろんYESです。

Soap, shampoo & shower head on the opposite wall & all mounted out of reach. Hotel Exe Prisma shouldn't advertise as with "facilities 4 disabled guests" There's plenty of room for a roll-in shower. It's design and planning fail.

- ievr (2/5): Never ever again stay in EXE Prisma hotel - Never ever again stay in EXE Prisma hotel If you expect to receive a 4-start service in this hotel, can forget about it. Firstly, they informed they have a parking lot in the hotel, but after arrived they just say sorry, the parking is full. So, we had to find the space somewhere else. Not to mention, parking + location was the main pros in my decision to book the hotel. Secondly, 4star hotel should provide slippers and soap in the room, but those were missing. Soap finally received after our inquiry. Thirdly, if you expect to have toilet brush, please don’t. Your poops will remain in the toilet bowl, till the next room service. Some other minor fails – used out furniture in the room, missing flooring elements, broken fan just in the middle of the drying kids hair, tried to charge us with 4 breakfast each time including my 2 years old, and 4 years old kids, bringing dirty towels. Have to emphasize on dirty towels – better check for the spots every time when you about to use so called fresh towel. The last, but not least, we checked-out 1 day prior, but never received the refund for the last night. They offered the promo for our next stay, which will never happen. I will not get broke due to 150 EUR, hope the hotel will use my money wisely to improve their personnel clients-orientation and level of service.

- Maiko (6/5): - 真夏のとても暑い日に宿泊したが、部屋の冷蔵庫がほとんど機能していなかった。エアコンの効きが悪く、夜何度も目が覚めて体調を崩した。 ベッドのマットレスが固かった。 部屋のアップグレードがあったが、元々バスタブ付きの部屋を予約していたのにアップグレードされたやや広めの部屋がバスタブ無しの部屋だった。 アメニティはボディーソープ、シャンプー、紙コップと小さなポケットティッシュのみ。2泊したところペットボトルの水も含めてアメニティの補充はなかった。 部屋の掃除はちゃんとされているように感じた。

- Arsham (10/5): Nice hotel for a great country - The reception was a great experience. They have upgraded us to a Delux room for free as there were renovating the other rooms. The ladies at the reception were so friendly and comforting. The hotel itself is really nice and the rooms were spacious. The parking at the facility was right to the hotel, so you can go downstairs and park the car there for 18 EUR per night. The parking, however, was really tight, and especially because of the renovation there was not so much space to maneuver; but having the experience in the city parking, I assume in general in Andora the parking is designed that way as the land is precious here.

- M Teresa (8/5): - La habitación hasta las 16h no estuvo disponible. Es muy tarde (si la salida es a las 12, como muy tarde tendría q estar disponible a las 14h). La habitación hubo un error nos dieron de calidad inferior y 1 cama matrimonio, al reclamar muy amables nos pidieron disculpas y nos dieron lo q habíamos reservado. Calidad superior y 2 camas. Limpieza al abrir la cortina por la mañana en el suelo entre ventanal y calefacción había una botella cerveza vacía (no era nuestra). Dormimos 1 noche, no utilicemos ningún servicio del hotel. Cenar y desayunar lo hicimos fuera.

Muy buen trato al cliente te hacen sentir como en casa sobretodo en el check in y el camarero del restaurante muy atentos. Nos quedaron postres a degustar asi que volveremos seguro!

- Eva (4/5): - El hotel para nada debería tener la categoría de 4 estrellas, es un hotel viejo, que aunque las habitaciones son amplias y esta muy céntrico le falta una buena inversión en renovación del mobiliario, el cual es viejo, muy golpeado y en mal estado, armarios y puertas. Los baños y estancias con muy poca luz. Y con pocas comodidades para los clientes como zapatillas, gorro de ducha, etc. Las fotos que se ven son acorde a las habitaciones pero no recogen la realidad de las instalaciones .El parking es pequeño, y de pocas plazas si llevas un coche grande esta complicado. El personal nos solucionó varios problemas que tuvimos por lo tanto es correcto. Pero no volveremos a este establecimiento, en una próxima visita familiar que hagamos.

- Dakota (8/5): Awesome Hotel. Very Clean - Very nice hotel in a quiet area of the town but still very close to the main shopping stretch. Staff was very friendly and spoke some English which was unexpected. Room was quite large and very clean. It had a separate room with bunk beds for kids and a separate bathroom. The on-site parking needed to be paid for which was unfortunate and the garage itself was extremely small and difficult to maneuver even in my tiny rental car. Definitely would stay there again and recommend it to others.

- Slowburner77 (4/5): Nice hotel but extremely rude woman on reception - Hotel is basic but clean and well located in middle of town. Unfortunately one staff member in particular was extremely rude and unhelpful. Most likely the manager, totally unwilling to go out of her way to be in helpful at all, a real attitude problem. I would suggest you send her on a course to educate her in the basic customer care. To summarise if you’re looking for service with a smile don’t stay here. Other than that it’s a decent hotel.

- Charlotte (4/5): Disappointing, I stayed elsewhere my second night. - This was a “free” night. The receptionist who greeted me was far from welcoming. The family ahead had their bags carried on a bell trolley, I was merely directed to my room. The room was a huge family room, 2 bunks, a double bed and 2 bathrooms. It was tired, certainly not to 4* standards. I felt it a totally inappropriate room to give to a solo woman booking last minute. It reminded me of society’s expectations upon me. I could just as easily have been escaping a violent partner, I may then serve as another lesson in guilt. Most likely, it was given to me because of the tired condition of the fixtures and fittings and that I wasn’t a paying customer. I collected my tokens like others! And it meant I had no intention of paying for the breakfast, room service or any other discretionary purchases. The next morning I was woken by housekeeping, well before checkout time. The electricity then went out in my room. The receptionist that recoded my keycard so that I could shower was at least charming and helpful.

Large rooms, newer building although the furnishings in the rooms could use a little bit of updating. BUT, they actually give you free water and juice in your room. Can you believe that? A hotel that doesn't want you to pay 9 Euro for the bottle of Evian they shrewdly place in your room every day? Full disclosure, this may have biased my ratings to the upside a tiny bit.

- Peter (10/5): Very nice hotel - This was a great choice for our one nights stay in Andorra. The lady at reception was excellent and spoke very good English. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rooms that had 2 bathrooms and a separate room with bunk beds for our kids. The location was good to visit the shops and there is ample parking in close vicinity.

- David (8/5): Excellent htel at a value for money price. - We and a couple of friends stayed there overnight. Their initial response on opening their bedroom door was exactly the same as ours. Dismayed exclamation of "They are bunks!". There were two bunks with a toilet and shower room off, and wall mounted television. We then opened another door and saw..... a huge room with massive double bed, sofa and normal wardrobes, etc. Good Wifi, BBC news channel on TV. As usual with continental hotels, no coffee facilities in room but free coffee available 24 hours in reception. Restaurant closed for refurbishment when we stayed so cannot comment. Continental breakfast huge. Bread, croissants, pastries, pain au chocolate, sliced bread with toaster, jam, several cheeses, cooked meats, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, tea (several varieties), coffee (several varieties), fruit juices. That's what I can remember! Parking available at extra charge in hotel basement. Overall, an excellent stay.

The children's part of the room had bank beds and a door between it and the main bedroom. There were Tv's in both rooms. The staff spoke good English. The room was clean and in good condition. It was an easy walk to many shops and restaurants.

The air condition was mediocre and never really got the room cool. The location was perfect- very near restaurants, ferris wheel, parks, and the spa. Breakfast was okay, but they did have all you can drink free mamosas... you can't beat that.

- Mary (10/5): Best of Locations! - This hotel could not have had a better location. It was just around the corner from the main shopping area- blocks of high end shopping. There were lots of restaurants and cafes also. It was also just a couple of blocks from Europe's tallest Ferris Wheel ( a must-do). About a 10 minute drive away is Encamp, where a gondola takes you to the ski area if you are there in the winter. Caldea, the famous spa, is also walking distance from the hotel. We had a large room with a sofa. The bathroom was even a decent size. The room was also very quiet at night. The restaurant on site serves a very nice breakfast buffet for and additional charge. We had an Italian dinner there one night too. The hotel also has parking for an additional charge. We would stay there again.
