The robe and slippers were nice as was the stocked minibar. The breakfast was fabulous and the location of hotel was convenient. I did have a problem with the pillows. I thought they were much too firm.

• Bruce (10/5): When in Rome - The breakfast was superb. Salvatore the host at breakfast was exceptional, gracious,, always smiling, making us feel incredibly welcomed. The reception team was equally as helpful. Very difficult to get change at the front desk. Would never break more than a 5-Euro bill. Difficult to unpack due to lack of shelves and drawer space. Hangers in the closet cannot be easily removed which made it difficult to hang clothes up.

Le spa est complet, le rooftop est très bien et l'emplacement est top. Il manquait une vraie machine à café dans la chambre, c'est regrettable d'avoir à disposition du café soluble en sachet. Le spa est payant!

• FD15CAP (10/5): Amazing Hotel - Decided to visit hotel in response to an ad for their Romance Couples package which consisted of a couples 50 minute massage, candlelight rooftop dinner at hotel restaurant, bottle of prosecco upon arrival and daily breakfast buffet. Package included a deluxe room or junior suite. Checked in and was advised no suites were available so we were given a “triple room” at the rear of the hotel. No view and the room was on the small side but clean and well stocked. Aside from the room being on the small side, everything else at the hotel is perfect. The staff is friendly and could not be more helpful. The massage was perfect and the breakfast buffet is out of this world. Dinner at the rooftop restaurant could not have been better. A few tips: Book your massages and dinner before you arrival to insure you get the days/times you wish. Hotel is a 10 minute wash from Trevi Fountain and a 20 minute cab ride to the Vatican. Check to make sure the location works for you. Enjoy!

So they gave me a no show and once checking out they charged me one xtra night

• paavery (10/5): Terrific Hotel and Great Location - Wonderful hotel in prime location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Artemide. We felt pampered from the luxurious robes to the bedding and sizable bathroom and spotlessly clean room. While in the heart of the city, it was perfectly quiet at night. The breakfast buffet was one of the two best breakfasts I have ever had. The breakfast alone was worth the stay. It was also really convenient to many sites and the train station, although you'd never know you were fairly close to the train station. The staff was friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Having never been to Rome before I was nervous with the plethora of hotels available and ChatGPT guided me perfectly to this hotel. The hotel is great - perfectly located (10 mins in each direction walk to all the main sights) and the staff provided super service - nothing was too much! The stunning rooftop was a great touch along with the free mini bar! We will definitely return

It is hard to find a spacious hotel in Rome centre so all in all great hotel on excellent location. Staff is very helpfull and kind, especially during breakfast... always spreading positive energy. Walking distance to all the main sights and I even walked back from Saint Peter’s! The breakfast was great every morning and they have a barista for coffee, espresso and so on. Hotel is spotless! Everyone at the front desk and the bell hops are very nice and helpful. You can’t go wrong with this choice and I can’t wait to come back!

The staff was truly next level—professional, welcoming, and consistently going above and beyond to make our stay seamless. The location is incredibly convenient. It’s close to the train station, which made arrivals and departures easy, and also within a comfortable walking distance to many of Rome’s major sites, restaurants, and shops. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, with a great variety and high-quality options—such a nice way to start the day. A special thank you to Ivan, who made everything run so smoothly. From dinner reservations to organizing our airport transfer, he handled every detail with care and efficiency.
• OcalaGator (10/5): Very Nice Stay - This hotel is in downtown Rome with cafes and shops close by. It’s very easy to get lost due to poor road name signs so be careful when venturing out. We walked to Trevi Fountain but it was up and down hills. You can take Uber or Taxi anywhere. The hotel lunch/dinner restaurant was pretty good but I wouldn’t really recommend it. The rooms were large and very quiet. The bed was great. (Firm) Employees were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Even though it is located on a busy street, our room was impressively quiet, which made it very comfortable to relax and sleep after long days exploring Rome. The rooftop bar was a lovely place to unwind in the evening, and the free minibar that was replenished every day was a wonderful bonus. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection and high-quality food. A special thank you to the hotel team for the lovely surprise of a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would happily stay here again when visiting Rome.

The breakfast is exceptionally rich, with the most delicious fruit pies, cheesecake, and chocolate pie I’ve tasted in Rome. There’s a wide variety of vegetables to choose from, as well as cheeses, fruits, cold cuts, and more. In the room, there’s a minibar with complimentary drinks (water, beers, juices), and on the table you’ll find wafers, crackers, peanuts, and more - all free of charge. Every evening, the room is cleaned and delicious pralines are placed right next to the bed. The location is simply perfect - on the lively Via Nazionale, full of shops, cafés, and restaurants. Within walking distance to the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, Via del Corso, the Spanish Steps, and more. You can easily reach Termini station from FCO airport by the fast Leonardo Express train, and from there it’s about a pleasant 10-minute walk along the main street to the hotel. • Ronit (10/5): המלון המושלם ביותר ברומא - המלון הכי מושלם ברומא. ארוחת הבוקר עשירה במיוחד עם פאי פירות, פאי גבינה ופאי שוקולד הכי טעימים שיצא לי לטעום ברומא. המון ירקות לבחירה, גבינות פירות נקניקים ועוד. בחדר יש מקרר עם שתייה חופשית (מים, בירות, מיצים) ועל השולחן חטיפי וופלים, קרקרים, בוטנים ועוד (והכל בחינם). כל ערב מנקים ושמים פרלינים טעימים ממש ליד המיטה. המיקום פשוט מושלם- בשדרת Nazional התוססת עם המון חנויות, בתי קפה ומסעדות. מרחק הליכה לקולוסאום, למזרקת טרווי, לרחוב Del Corso, למדרגות הספרדיות ועוד. אפשר להגיע בקלות משדה״ת FCO לתחנת הרכבת Termini ברכבת המהירה (לאונרדו). משם זו הליכה נעימה של כ 10 דקות ברחוב הראשי עד למלון. המיטה מאד נוחה וניתן לבחור כריות לפי טעמכם. במקלחת יש סבון, שמפו, מרכך, סבון אינטימי (יש גם בידה), מראה מגדילה ומוארת ופן. יש גם כספת עם שקע חשמלי בתוכה. המלון מציע ספא מפנק עם עלות כניסה של 15 יורו. תוכלו למצוא שם בריכת ג׳קוזי גדולה ומחוממת, חדר אדים, סאונה יבשה ולובי עם שתייה חמה. תקבלו ערכה של חלוק, מגבת, כפכפים ולוקר לשים את הדברים שלכם. במלון יש גם חדר כושר מאובזר במיוחד ומים עבור המתאמנים. האווירה במלון היא משפחתית וחמה. הצוות ממש יוצא מגדרו לעזור בכל דבר ולתת שרות יוצא דופן. עוד יתרון למלון - בגג המלון יש מסעדת בר (Ambriosa) שמגישה אוכל טעים ומשקאות אלכוהול מעולים! אין כמו לשבת על הבר כל ערב ולספוג קצת אווירה איטלקית של רומא. לאורחי המלון יש הנחה של 10% על כל התפריט. בקיצור- אין לכם מה להתלבט - זה המלון המושלם ביותר אין כזה
• foodie023 (10/5): Coming back to this hotel a second time was worth it - The Hotel Artemide is an excellent hotel. The rooms are well appointed, with everything one would need. The service provided by the check in/check out staff, the staff at the bar/restaurant and the breakfast staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is great as well. I've stayed here twice when in Rome and would highly recommend a stay here. It's a beautiful hotel.

Ванная комната очень просторная и в ней есть все необходимое. Нареканий нет. В следующий раз остановлюсь в этом же отеле! Нет такого. Единственное-это заселили ровно в 14.00, хотя я приехала на 2 часа раньше. Надеялась на более раннее заселение, указывала это заранее в запросе, но он не был удовлетворен.

• happytravelertx77 (10/5): A Great Stay at Hotel Artemide - Our family of four had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Artemide. We had two “connecting” rooms, which were next to each other behind an outer door. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. We all slept fabulously. Breakfast was delicious, as was the coffee. The location was great as well - close enough to walk to most of the sights but far enough away that it didn’t feel loud and overcrowded. The staff was wonderful - the ones that stood out to us were Ivan and Sebastian at the front desk and Salvatore in the breakfast room. They arranged a golf cart tour for us, which was a highlight of our trip. And their restaurant recommendations were all great. If you’re looking to avoid the overpriced chain hotels in Rome, we recommend Hotel Artemide.
• nicinicky96 (10/5): Amazing! - What a fabulous hotel this is, super comfortable with amazing breakfasts and a top notch restaurant/bar on the roof, they also had a great spa in the basement, a rare thing to find in Rome. What sets this hotel apart from the rest are the staff. Everyone we came in contact with were so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the breakfast staff, especially Sabine, who always made sure we had plenty to eat and drink, they even arranged a surprise cake for my friend’s birthday at breakfast which was a lovely touch. The roof top bar is a must, the bar tender and staff were always so happy and made amazing margaritas. The restaurant in the evening was wonderful, you have to book so make sure you get a booking while you are there, you won’t be disappointed. We were celebrating a big birthday and the staff made sure to make this as special as possible. We will def be back.
• 478jacquelinee (10/5): Wonderful Hotel - Our first time saying at this hotel and it did not disappoint. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the service is exceptional. Room was lovely and despite the hotel being on a busy street we didn’t hear any outside noise. Breakfast was delicious and the staff in the breakfast room were excellent. The location is also great, within walking distance of most of the main tourist attractions and the reception were also happy to arrange a taxi if necessary. We were celebrating my daughter’s 40th birthday and the staff made it extra special so thank you. Would highly recommend.

Everything was excellent, from the welcoming staff, the beautiful premises, especially our room that was so spacious and most comfortable bed and impeccably clean! Complimentary gifts were heartwarming for sure. The food in the breakfast buffet was abundant and exceptionally flavorful, delicious high quality ingredients, the staff though made this experience phenomenal with a desire to stay at this hotel many times!

• TravelerNorth (10/5): Rome trip February 2026 - We recently returned from our trip to Rome where we had the wonderful experience of staying at Hotel Artimide. We picked the hotel for its central location and previous reviews on Tripadvisor which gave it rave reviews. I want to tell you , the reviews were right! We were so blown away how lovely and friendly the hotel was on arrival. Our room was very nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely linens and soft sheets as well. The bathroom was also a good size and exceptionally clean. Great rain shower as well. The fridge had several items that are free and restocked daily. Juices, beer, water, prosecco. The hotel was very quiet at night. We never heard our neighbours through the walls day or night. Heating was no issue. The breakfast was the highlight of the hotel! It was a beautiful and bountiful spread with fruits, pastries, sliced meats, cheeses, hot dishes such as frittata, cooked veggies, various breads, and more. They made your coffee to order and it was the best espresso we had in Rome. The staff was super fun and really made sure you were happy. Many mornings they would also have a food surprise and bring to your table. The last morning they brought us fresh ricotta, it was amazing! We want to thank the great staff at the hotel and we cannot wait to return. Also easy for transport links, easy to Termini station and to the subway . Didn’t get to the spa, so cannot review that, but looked nice.
• T1077VRanned (10/5): Great family break in February - Lonely boutique hotel. Upstairs bar indoor and outdoor. Very nice and the sun shone for us up there. Ate in the restaurant and it was very good. Staff are extremely nice and breakfast was always enjoyable as staff were so attentive and food really good. We also tried out the spa and it was very relaxing. Make sure you book in advance. Very nice. This was our second time in the hotel and will definitely go back.

• MiggyMig1965 (10/5): Hotel Artemide - cannot fault - Returned to Hotel Artemidi for the second year running - together with friends who were visiting Rome for their first time. Wanted to make good impression, so Artemide was the obvious choice. As returning guests, the hotel were good enough to give us the same room as previous year, as requested - room 403 on top floor - very nice. Although the hotel is top notch, it is the staff who really make it - as is the case wherever you stay. We were warmly welcomed back and quickly checked-in, before luggage was taken up to our rooms, which had great views from the small top-floor balcony. Huge comfortable bed, ample storage, safe, tea/coffee making facilities, lovely bathroom with bath/shower over, slippers and robes - everything spotlessly clean and serviced daily. Also included fridge stocked with water, juices, beer and Prosecco - all complimentary/free of charge and replenished daily - very rare! Chocolates left in room every day - nice touch! Breakfast was the best we have had in Italy - everything you could want - all served by very upbeat staff, without exception. Coffee made fresh and served to table - no coffees machines here! Everything available was top class and delicious - could not fault anything. Hotel also had lovely spa (didn’t have time to use), and a huge roof-top restaurant, bar and terrace, which were very nice. Hotel was located on Via Nazionale, allowing easy access to Coleseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon - all 15 to 30 mins walking distance. Piazza Navona and Vatican a 15 euro Uber ride. Uber back to airport cost 45 euro. Once again, highly recommend Hotel Artemide.

Ma chambre côté cour offrait le calme malgré un emplacement très passant. L'hôtel est bien insonorisé, la salle de bain propre et très bien agencée. Le rooftop est magnifique et le choix du petit-déjeuner était varié et très bon. Le personnels d'accueil, du spa et du petit-déjeuner étaient tous, sans exception, souriants, attentifs et vraiment agréables. J'ai rarement été aussi bien reçu dans un hôtel. L'Artemide n'a fait que rendre mon séjour à Rome encore plus parfait. .
