Había un enchufe que no servía. El baño no es muy moderno aunque para mí estuvo bien. A la hora de checkout, se tiene que esperar algo para el elevador.

Easy 5 minute walk to all the main sights and food was plentiful. Room: Very large room, spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms: Clean and amenities were supplied. Carpet/curtains looked a bit dated, but otherwise was a pretty good place to stay.

Os materiais e equipamentos dos quartos necessitam ser renovados e atualizados aos tempos modernos e preços praticados.

- Henrique (9/5): Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel with character, ideal for a short stay in Macau. - Great central location, just a short walk from Senado Square and the historic centre. The room was comfortable and the in-room jacuzzi was a nice surprise, especially after a long day exploring. The décor is traditional and slightly old-school, but it suits the character of the area and gives the hotel a distinct atmosphere. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. A solid, well-located base for visiting Macau.

- Annie (8/5): They need to make some improvements. - The hotel is close to a lot of businesses and restaurants. They charge for surcharge for each day you stay there when you check-in. The front desk clerks in the morning shift need to be more friendly to their customers. They need to get a new vanity in the bathroom because it is too old.

We were unfortunately assigned smokers rooms even thought none of us smoked. We didn't book a smokers rooms. Smell was horrendous in one room made us quite dizzy. Staff was extremely helpful in helping us clear the smell but just be wary of the room smell.

Combination of buffet style and a menu with staff selecting a table and then hovering to take an order although there was plenty of choice in the buffet. The shower in my room was quite old and hot/cold taps difficult to adjust.

Senado Square is within walking distance, so are the Catholic churches. There are also many public buses available near the hotel if you want to get around the city.

Funcionários muito cordiais e prestáveis a atender todos os nossos pedidos. Limpeza impecável. Pequeno-almoço muito caro e com pouca diversidade. Se se optar por pagar um extra pode-se ter acesso a comida chinesa do tipo Dim Sum.

Next day, we asked for a different room, but we tried 3 different rooms to find one without smell. It was stressful. Some of the staff at front desk not very nice. Cleaning ladies were super nice. 😊

- Daisuke (7/5): Worth considering as a city-center option - Great location to hang around the old town of Macau - most of the touristic sports are within walking distance. You can take the free shuttle bus to the ferry terminal from the nearby hotel (Lisboa). The hotel is not very modern but decent enough to provide a comfortable stay in the city. None

- Nommyshot (7/5): Location is great - luck of the draw on how noisy your neighbours will be - bring earplugs - The location was great, easy to get to eateries and all the transport hubs. The room was spacious enough for a family of three. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. How loud it gets, we were on a floor with very very very loud guests. There was constantly kids shouting and running along the hallways. Then the neighbouring rooms were either having a debate competition of who could speak the loudest in a confine space or just yelling to speak to someone on the other side of the world. Room needs to be more soundproof for what you pay to stay at the hotel.
