- seasider2020 (8/5): Lovely old town location - Check in staff pleasant and friendly. Checked in efficiently and found the room easily. Bit small perhaps but clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked well. Room was quiet. Breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold foods and despite the time of year, we were able to eat outside on the terrace. Lifts speedy and efficient.

- Gayrat (1/5): - Никому не рекомендую. Заставили ждать пока освободится второй номер. При зтом даже не сообщили как обещали, дали второй номер только после напоминания. Оба номера фактически без окна! «Окно» выходит в бетонную коробку в которой все грохочет 24 часа в сутки! Видимо работает вентилятор с вибрацией. Шум ужасный. Слышно при закрытых окнах. ВНИМАНИЕ - я уверен что в гостинице есть хорошие номера, но в тех номерах которые сняли мы спать вы не сможете!!! Номер спланирован так что передвигаешься в нем буквой Z. Кровать прямо у двери. Любой шорох за дверью слышно! И самое главное. При чек-ауте попросил на ресепшн воды выпить лекарство. Мне просто сказали что воды нет. Да! Нет воды…. Так что пусть вас не вводят в заблуждение скидки. В Стамбуле много других достойных отелей за эту цену! Буду рад если этот отзыв поможет кому-либо избежать негативных эмоцийя.

- Ramona (1/5): Terrible Experience – Never Staying Here Again! - Nothing I honestly can’t believe this hotel carries the Radisson name. The entire place smelled awful from the moment I walked in — like damp mold mixed with something rotten. The room was dirty, with stains on the carpet and dust everywhere. The bathroom was disgusting, clearly not cleaned properly, and had a horrible odor coming from . For the price they charge, this is completely unacceptable. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend the Radisson Istanbul to anyone — there are far better and cleaner places to stay in the city!

- Helen (7/5): Great location but limited facilities - The location of this hotel is fabulous. So close to the grand bazaar and walking distance to many of the key sights. The tram is super easy to use and right at the top of the road. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a very good spread with many options and lots of variety. My room was small but the bed was comfy. There was no space in the room to put any belongings on shelves so I ended up putting things on the corner chair. The wardrobe needs shelving in it. I was really disappointed with the gym as it was so basic and very outdated. They need to extend it onto the patio at the front and update all the equipment. The hotel decor felt outdated and could do with renewing. The pool was also disappointing as it wasn't any good for swimming because it was so small.

Her şey harika, ancak sorun saat 7:15'te odaya girip bizi uyandıran temizlik görevlilerinden kaynaklanıyordu. Tekrar uykuya daldığımızda, 0pet saat 7:40'ta kapıyı çalıp bizi tekrar uyandırdı. Böylesine itibarlı bir otelde böyle bir şeyin olması normal değil. Selamlar ve başarılar dilerim. Budimirka Isaić Ɓajčetić.

Buena ubicación, cerca de Tram (5 min) el cual permite movilizarse a gran parte de sitios importantes de la ciudad. A 10 - 15 min caminando de Mezquita Azul, Santa Sofía, Cisterna Basílica. Muy recomendable. Nada.

Staff were all friendly and very attentive. - Location was great as it was close to public transport, multiple restaurants, and Grand Bazaar. Breakfast was very good and plenty of options to choose from. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooftop restaurant's outdoor patio with great views of city and Sea of Marmara. Room air conditioning was not producing cool air on warm days, it was as if just the air handler circulating room temperature air. A bit pricey hotel restaurant and bar for the area. Gym definitely needs updating (very old equipment).

Özellikle sabah saatleri kamyon vs gibi araçların yolda çalışmaları, ya da yükleme indirme yapmaları yüzünden çok gürültülü ve ne yazıkki saatlerde uyanılıyor. Bagaj taşıyan kişiler, kahvaltı servisi yapan personel nazikti ama resepsiyon görevlileri daha dostça davranabilirlerdi. Temizlik konusunda, fena değildi ama ikinci gün havlum değiştirilmemişti. Araç kapı önüne park etme olasılığına sahip olmadığı için taksiden indikten sonra ya da binmeden önce 50-60 metre ağır bagajla yürümek zorunda kalınıyor. Otelde adı İngiliz pub var, ama servis edilen bira draft değil, şişe biraydı. Bu olmazsa, bu bara İngiliz pub denemez.

- Aleksandr (9/5): - The location is really good — right in the old town, close to major sights and the famous bazaar. The surrounding streets are full of life, with constant trading and market activity. It’s definitely part of the charm, but it can get quite noisy in the mornings. A tram line runs nearby, and the metro (green line) is about a 15-minute walk away, which makes getting around the city quite easy. The hotel is starting to feel a little dated and could use some renovation. Soundproofing isn’t ideal, and the AC and bathroom vents could use more attention from housekeeping.

- ArunSK3 (10/5): Excellent stay at the Radisson President - Stayed with family for 4 nights on a holiday. The location is so convenient with the tram station & grand bazaar couple of mins walk away. Other main attractions are also walkable within 15 minutes or so. The hotel and rooms are very well maintained (though some elements could do well with a refurbishment). The staff is just excellent and extremely helpful & prompt. Couple of times we called up the reception to report some minor issues, they attended to it instantly even if it was late in the night. The breakfast spread is pretty good too. Will definitely stay again. High five to the wonderful staff and their service.

Transport is good as there is a tram stop at the top of the road. Soundproofing could of been better. I was getting a early flight but woke up a couple of times as I could hear people talking in the corridor. Apart from that not much else.

It was my birthday and Yusuf surprised me with balloons and a fruit platter and couldn’t have made my day more. Basak was quick to resolve something for me and nothing was too much trouble. - christele (7/5): Bien placé mais mal insonoriser - L'hôtel n'est pas loin du tramway et à 15mn à pieds de la Mosquée bleue, du palais topkapi, la citern basilic, basilique sainte Sophie tout est regroupé un même site. Vous avez à disposition des bouteilles d'eau dans votre chambre mais aussi à la réception. Le petit déjeuner buffet est généreux . La terrasse est agréable Ce n'est pas le chic d'un radisson. L'hôtel est un peu vieux, la réception a été refaite et la terrasse aussi. L'eau de la piscine intérieure est très froide et le jacuzzi brûlant. Il faudrait revoir les températures. L'isolation et l'insonorisation des fenêtres et des murs sont totalement à refaire. Même les fenêtres fermées on entend tout, et je ne parle pas des conversations des voisins, nous aurions pu converser facilement sans ouvrir une porte. Le problème de ce manque d'isolation est l'appel de la prière du matin, vous n'avez pas besoin d'un réveil, vous avez l'impression que la personne est dans votre chambre.
