From it s excellent customer service to it s facilities...needless to say , I had a fabulous time staying at Mariott Kl, my request for a late check out was granted without hesitation, couldn't make it for breakfast and they took the effort to literally packed breakfast delivered it to the room, this kind of service is above par excellence , being a frequent hotel patron in a 4 and 5 stars hotels over the decades , I find this hotel by Mariott simply exceptional, keep up the great work guys, you are amazing!!

I was told the deposit takes 1 to 2 weeks to refund through the pre-charged credit card. This means the holiday story has not finished yet after leaving KL as I need to check credit card statement on the refund part.

- Tseng (8/5): overall good - The experience of our stay was overall good! The staffs were nice and helpful. I didn't remember the staff's name quite clear but I would like to point out that the staff (maybe called Amelie?) cleaning our room was especially friendly and thoughtful! The fact that there's no laundry room at the hotel was quite disappointing. The fee for laundry service was also too expensive which made our stay a bit difficult. That might be something holds me back from re-visiting the hotel in the future.

- SunSport1066 (9/5): A good hotel in KL that would suit most people, couples, and families. - Everything was pretty good at this hotel as you should expect from a hotel with "Marriott" in the name. It's in a good location close to public transport / train. Plenty of good restaurants around the hotel serving Malaysian food. The hotel restaurant is fine. There was nothing we didn't like really. Everything was fine. Any negatives would only be nitpicking.

It was so nicely done that I assumed that rooms were newly inaugurated ...boy Abdullah was making an cleaning rooms in a great way. His hard work impressed me. Crystal clear potable water bottles were given as and when we wanted. Ample space for clothes hanging was available. We were efficiently given the items when we requested for any ... Sofa in room was good size and view of KL was out of the world from window. Security feature in lift and outside were great. Reading corner was a great facility with books. Staff was kind and welcoming. Only thing that I missed is a fresh fruit juices corner in breakfast and mango 🥭 sticky rice, pineapple 🍍 fried rice in morning. Cold coffee was also missed. Also a limited snacks and good options like Maatcha latte , mango sticky rice to remain available for late night enjoyment. Staff works hard for good image of hotel. Reception staff , I have forgotten the name of guy who checked us in, was also very efficient. I have recommended to my family and colleagues to go to happening KL and stay at this hotel. I am looking forward to probably visit again this year for some more days in their KL and Ipoh property. I hope I will get same warmth and good rates for a longer stay.😎 Last but not least in breakfast lounge , Mr. Arshad was very kind and I always saw him working hard with smile..i.dont know the name of guy who was on eggs station he made very tasty omelette as per our request. I have mentioned above. Mine was great experience.

The coffee machine at the breakfast buffet. Took a long time to prepare our coffee. No Malaysian 'teh tarik' served if one has no time to wait for coffee. The queue at the 'egg station' was long. They need to add another staff to prepare the omelette & fried eggs.

- Nor hidayah othman (9/5): - Staf yang sangat bagus. bilik selesa, luas, bantal banyak ye.. sofabed pun selesa.. xbunyi bising dari luar.. tandas bersih.. dijaga elok.. air kuat.. tu yang penting.. dekat dengan HTA, tu yang penting.. balik kursus.. buleh rehat dengan selesa kat bilik. breakfast bagi saya sedap.. banyak jugak pilihan.. menu bertukar hari2.. ade coffee machine lagi.. berbaloi dengan bajet rm570 inc tax dapat 3h2m with breakfast laluan ke parking basement sempit sikit.. kene hati2.. tapi ok je.. parking pn cerah.. kalau tertinggal barang kat kereta.. berani la turun sorang kalau tv ade netflix lagi bagus.. at least family members yg stay kt bilik xboring sangat

Don’t believe to the price from booking at reception you will pay +20% tax. You can book Hyatt or something definitely better for that price. - Amy (9/5): 很舒服，有機會會再回來住宿 - 空間大、環境乾淨、接待櫃檯也處理很快速，遠離鬧區，所以周邊晚上休息也很安靜，但晚上不建議走路步行（比較暗） 從機場過去要抓一點時間，因為中途會經過一段塞車段

- Denitsa (9/5): Very good hotel! - Very comfortable and clean good sized room with everything that is expected from a good 4 star hotel! Comfortable bed, good breakfast, very polite staff. I recommend! The only down side is the noise at night from the train that passes nearby.

- Noor (9/5): Overall, our stay was awesome!! Thank you all! - Clean hotel. Staffs were helpful and friendly. I like the way the hotel do their wake up call. They offered a second wake up call too. Location is convenient. About 5 mins walk to Titiwangsa mrt station and its an interchange. Easy access to anywhere by train, avoid getting caught in a traffic jam. A recommended hotel! We will come back when we visit KL again.
