Internet was exceptionally slow which made the working from the hotel difficult, wouldn’t mind but when booking they advertised high speed internet. We had an ant infestation. Pero cuidado - Como todas las veces que me he alojado, el brutal tamaño de las habitaciones y el espectacular y espacioso baño siempre son de mi profundo agrado. Sin ser especialmente bonitas o sin estar prácticamente decoradas, personalmente las habitaciones me aportan una sensación de "estar en casa" muy particular, y me encanta. El ventanal y balcón con esas vistas siempre espectaculares son de 10. El spa nunca ha sido nada del otro mundo pero cumple, así como el gym. Las zonas comunes sí que tienen un gusto exquisito y son igual de espaciosas. Desayuno bien aunque sin ser un alarde. Ubicación inmejorable: evidentemente los hoteles en las montañas tienen más encanto, pero para estar en plena ciudad tiene un aura de "aislamiento" y de "estar apartado" que es única y muy muy conseguida. Sientes que estás mucho más lejos de la ciudad de lo que realmente estás, y a la vez bajas andando a la zona comercial en 5 minutos. Brutal. Restaurantes a la altura, sin ser un escándalo, y Servicio de Habitaciones eficiente y amable. Por desgracia, y aquí está el cuidado, tras un par de años sin venir, he notado el inevitable paso de los años más que otras veces. Una vez llega el momento, se empieza a acelerar mucho, le pasa a todos los hoteles, y cada día hay más 5 estrellas que las mantienen pero en la realidad las han perdido. Este es mucho hotel aún, pero en las habitaciones se nota tremendamente. Los suelos (tarima) están reguleros, por no decir mal, el baño igual, la bañera, las mesas, las TVs, muebles, el spa... Probablemente sigues sintiendo que está a la altura, pero deberían de empezar a tener en mente una renovación importante, hay detalles que empiezan a ser impropios de un 5 estrellas. El internet, a diferencia de otras veces, fue PAUPÉRRIMO, y una molestia importante. Las cortinas eléctricas no funcionaban. El parking, aunque en Andorra es normal, es de pago.

- Kim (8/5): Luxury spa hotel - Luxury hotel outside of town. Nicely situated. Rooms very elegant with a balcony. Indoor pool, gym and spa facilities free (treatments extra). Valet parking (but €20 per day). Two minute walk to shopping centre & lift to take you downtown. Lady at reception with glasses very welcoming and helpful. Her English was excellent! Indoor pool & steam room facilities looking tired, ie paint scraped off in pool and tiles dalling off in steam room. No hot water in changing rooms.
- Andrew (10/5): Everything I had expected - When reviewing a 5 star it’s worth reflecting on the objective quality rather than just how nice the time there was for me! The rooms are large, comfortable, bathrooms with separate showers and bath, and other good features like double sinks and a jacuzzi. Everything was spotlessly clean. The sheets and bedding were soft to the touch. The bed had a soft topping, but was good and supportive. The spa area was very pleasant, large enough indoor pool. Suana and Jacuzzi. Steam room probably needs retiled. Breakfast is both an excellent setting looking over the garden, and has a very wide range of quality food. The full range of fruits, vegetables, meats and cheeses. As well as cooked and menu items. Staff are attentive but unobtrusive. Hotel is about a 10 minute walk up hill from town centre. If you are arriving on the Andbus from Barcelona you can book a minibus to the front door for an extra 3 euros- which is very worth it.

- Elisa (7/5): overall good - The restaurant was delicious and the staff were exceptional. The meat was excellent and the appetizers were exquisite. Overall, the property was very elegant and clean, and I really appreciated the attention and care from the staff. Unfortunately, the spa was quite disappointing and would definitely benefit from better maintenance of the facilities.

M'han cobrat la reserva per dos llocs diferents sense informar-me prèviament de la duplicitat. És un tema de gerència i direcció d'hotel, que, tenint la categoria que té, deixa molt que desitjar.

From Cesar, Tiago and all the others who tried everything to make our day easier, kudos go to a truly 5 stars front desk team. The hotel has good facilities, great views, super front desk and overall a great experience What makes it fall short of a 10 rating is its breakfast, both food and staff. The breakfast is sadly not even close to a 4 stars level, and the staff operate like a local tavern - noisy and unhelpful

- Takhir (9/5): - The hotel is very stylish and beautiful, with a strong sense of design and concept. Rooms are spacious and have a solid renovation base with quality finishes. The beds are excellent, with a great selection of pillows — very comfortable sleep. We also appreciated the high-quality towels and toiletries. Overall, the hotel feels premium and comfortable, with a strong foundation and great potential. Some elements of the interior and facilities feel slightly outdated and could benefit from renovation. The SPA area needs refurbishment (pool, sauna, hammam), and some equipment was not working, including the ice generator. The restaurant menu felt somewhat limited. There was a lack of atmosphere in the common areas — for example, live music in the lobby would be a great addition, especially since there is a piano.

Breakfast room was a little hard to find but the food was delicious, very fresh with lots of options including champagne and fresh orange juice. The staff was always available to help and happy which made our experience incredible. I wish we could stayed longer....

- Mayana Lopes (9/5): - O quarto é bastante confortável. Excelente banheiro. Amenidades para nós e para as crianças. O café da manha foi muito bom. A maioria doa atendentes foram solicitos e atenciosos. O Concierge tem dicas muito boas. A acessibilidade. Para ter acesso ao centro da cidade, tinha uma saída pela piscina para descer por um estacionamento de uma grande loja, mas para chegar tinha escadas, lama no pós chuva... Como eu estava com bebê, precisava carregar o carrinho, pois não havia rampas. Também não há opções de atividades para crianças, a piscina interna que é a do SPA, tem horário limitado. A piscina externa fecha no inverno.
