• Jan Schack (6/5): Når du bare skal overnatte... - Forholdsvis rolig beliggenhed i 14. arr. tæt på metro. Mangler lydisolering mellem værelser og etager. Værelset er lille, men praktisk og rent og badeværelset er udstyret med et upraktisk badekar. Parkeringskælder er et plus.

• Catherine (8/5): - J'ai trouvé la procédure du "check in" bien longue. Dans l'ensemble la chambre était propre sauf si on regardait la moquette parsemée de nombreuses taches sombres. Crainte de marcher pied nus. Pourquoi ne pas mettre des revêtements lino de bonne qualité qu'un simple coup de serpière rend à nouveau éclatant. Coup de chapeau su serveur du bsr qui m'a servi un petit encas en fin d'après-midi.
• Jean Luc (4/5): Chambre visuellement très bien mais à fuir !!!! - Clim en panne et après intervention d'un technicien, fonctionnait difficilement et tellement bruyante que nous l'avons coupé. Baignoire inutilisable car pas de bonde d'origine, donc impossible à fermer. Douchette avec pommeau pas d'origine donc impossible à accrocher à la tige murale car plus grosse que le crochet. Boutons du WC si dures qu'ils défoncaient les doigts.

• Peter (6/5): - C'était mon premier séjour dans un Ibis. Apparemment, il y en a plusieurs catégories. C'est un Ibis rouge, avec salle d'eau dans la chambre. Ils ont eu la bonne de créer un sas entre la porte de la chambre et la porte donnant sur le couloir. Donc, on n'entend pas les crétins qui braillent comme si le couloir était les vestiaires d'un stade communal. Mais isolation insuffisante entre les étages. Dès le réveil des voisins au-dessus, plus moyen de dormir. Il n'empêche que le secteur est bien fourni en petits restaurants sympas.
• Marie-Pier (6/5): - The hotel was in a good neighbourhood because a lot of supermarket, restaurant and café were close. The metro/subway was only seven minutes away too which made it easy to come and go everywhere we wanted. The room was ok. For an average Canadian/American person it is really small but it is how it is in a small hotel in Europe. The bathroom was very small too but overall OK. There was a lot of damages like the toilet paper holder was broken, you can see the walls and everything was not done properly but since we didnt stay in the room most of the day during our trip it didn't really bother us. The negative thing I have to say is the bathroom smelled like sewer most of the time and since the room is very small, it was smelly all around. We didn't have a mini fridge which was a bummer for our food that needed to be cold. Didn't really interact with the staff except for the Check-In and Check- Out. Overall, if you don't have standard, this is good. If you want a spacious room and plan to be in the room more often or if you have more than 2 people, this is not for you. We will not return to this hotel,

Obligé de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte avec beaucoup de bruit à l’extérieur. Aucun geste commercial, même pas de bouteilles d’eau offerte. Climatisation en panne pour au moins une semaine.

J’ai demandé dès le jeudi un petit lit pour le samedi. On m’a dit oui , le samedi matin ayant un doute j’ai redemandé. Vous m’avez bien prévu un petit lit pour ce soir on m’a dit oui , on est rentrés samedi soir heureusement à 20h et pas plus tard Pas de petit lit dans notre chambre, je descends à l’accueil ,«désolé ça a bien été noté ils ont oublié, et nous n’avons plus de petit lit. pour nous excuser nous vous offrirons le petit déjeuner de demain matin. OK très gentil le petit déjeuner mais nous avons dû dormir à trois dans le lit , et avec notre petit-fils, qui n’est pas habitué de dormir encore dans un grand lit, donc à cause de ça, j’ai mis que c’était bien et non excellent

J'ai demandé le vendredi si on pouvait prendre le repas du soir à l'hôtel, la reponse a été "oui". Hors, cest réservé au groupe, c'est désagréable quand on le découvre à 20h30 et qu'il pleut. Côté écoresponsabilité, il est précisé que si on souhaite le changement de serviettes, il faut les placer dans la douche. Je les ai accrochée au porte-manteau, elles ont été changées systématiquement.

Staff was very helpful and moved us to another available room but not a family room because they were fully booked. Our toddler had to sleep in a travel cot which was quite small to what she is used to but we had 2 good night sleep (compared to the first sleepless night)! Room very clean but quite small overall. The room was very basic. No coffee/tea access, no climate control that worked. It was difficult to sleep because the room was hot and no fan was available. Breakfast was mediocre. We ate dinner there one night and the menu was very limited; items on the hotel channel were not on the actual menu. A TV frozen dinner would have been better. They did have a very nice terrace with comfortable seating and the front desk staff were very nice.

Le personnel fait ce qu'il peut mais ne peut pas faire de miracle et il est intolérable de faire attendre jusqu'à 10 personnes juste pour le check in car le réceptionniste est seul à assumer l'heure de pointe.
• Laura (6/5): Okay stay but will not return to this hotel again. - This hotel was pretty bare bones. On the Saturday we got there, a party was heard down the hall. I checked it out and was amazed that they were able to get 6 people in one room...read into this comment that the rooms are small. Check in staff was friendly, location was good, easy access to the subway and bus lines which were necessary because of a subway strike. COVID testing nearby.

• Brice (10/5): - We live in Paris very close to this hotel. We stayed here for a week since we had an emergency in our apartment. It was such a nice stay during a stressful time. The staff was so accommodating to us, our dog, and our needs. The bed, shower, and breakfast are great too!

There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel looks fairly new, the staff speak English. The room is a little bit on the small side but very clean and comfortable for the price you pay.
• Elizabeth (4/5): Okay, not mind-blowing - There was a heatwave that hit Paris just as I got there and the hotel's AC did not work on the 5th floor, where my room was. I couldn't open the window enough to let any slightly cooler air in at night, either, and sleeping was impossible, even though I was given an oscillating fan by the front desk. The breakfast was tasty, but the number of tour groups and the resulting breakfast rush meant the staff was constantly running back and forth trying to keep up with the demand for coffee cups and silverware. The neighborhood isn't altogether charming, but Rue DaGuerre is pretty and quaint.

Also a walk away to other metro line but the 4 is much closer and will get yoi vitrually any where you want to go in Paris. It is a little further away from the center so dont assume every shop speaks english, a little french goes a long way. Say Bonjour and the staff will be a lot nicer. The room was nice but small and thats ok because if your like us you will be out most of the day anyway. House keeping everyday and i recommend the breakfest. It was a small selection but very well done food. Overall would stay again, what sold me was the area. Far engough away from the bustle of Paris but close enough to be in central paris in 10 to 15 mins tops.

• Michael J (2/5): - Got to hotel and they only had 2 rooms left instead of the four confirmed rooms. 2 pairs had to go and stay in another hotel for 1 night and then the rooms we were left with should have been twin rooms but one was a double. Not good on a lads trip! It took them over an hour and half to sort this, with no proper explanation of how they had overbooked. At least another two couples were told the same when they turned up.
