I proprietari sono stati molto cordiali ed accoglienti, inoltre ogni giorno l'alloggio veniva ripulito. Pochi servizi. Noi eravamo nell'alloggio collocato più in alto. L'alloggio è sprovvisto di un piano cottura e per raggiungere i primi bar/ristoranti bisogna fare ogni volta affrontare una strada ripida e sterrata per scendere/risalire. Inoltre manca un servizio di lavanderia e l'alloggio è sprovvisto di lavatrice.

The photos show the sea view terrace but the apartment is a different building next to the suites but it’s not walkable you have to drive. So beware of false advertising. It is about an 8 to 10 minute drive to the nearest beach.
- Keela (6/5): Pleasant - Amazing view and sunset. Apartment was clean, basic kitchen facilities and good size bedroom. Restaurant Eni next door was amazing!!! We had the use of the patio but not sure if that was solely for our apartment (4) or just no one else there to use it, so lucky for us. 10 minutes walk to amazing beach. We didn't get the apartment we expected, the photos and description on here are very misleading. This was our 5 days relaxation part of our honeymoon tour of Albania and we didn't get what we expected. Very disappointed!! We were in the second building which isn't as remote and is directly on the road to the beach so lots of passing cars. Wifi didn't work at all. Host didn't speak English so exchange was difficult. Previously asked if we could pay on card and was told yes but on arrival only wanted cash.

- Rachel (7/5): Beautiful location with stunning views;remote location with no option to cook or restaurants around. - The view and location is perfect! I have been to Pasqyra many times and love this area of Albania. The price was decent (out of season), and the room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely need a car to reach the location, but it's an easy 15-20 minute walk to both Pasqyra beach as well as Shpella e Pellumbave. The kitchen had very little equipment for cooking; since there are very few restaurants around in the village, it was rather annoying not being able to cook if you didn't want to drive somewhere else to eat. The bathroom also had the typical "albanian bathroom smell" where the drain or sewage made the whole bathroom smell and it was hard to sleep since the bedroom didn't really have any windows or ventilation. It was unclear where to meet the owner/receptionist for the keys to the room. I had to drive to the top of the property which is a dirt road with no lighting and very unclear how to arrive at the hotel--only to be told I had to drive back down to a different location where the room was.

- Candice (1/5): it’s a scam!!! do not stay here you are not getting a hotel or a 4 star anything - nothing that relates to the property the people that own the property are not responsible for the beautiful views they are simply taking advantage of it by scamming guests into thinking they are staying at a 4 star hotel don’t believe anything on the website or on here it’s a lie There are a few things that I believe future guests need to be made aware of if they choose to stay here. Firstly on their website they are referring to the apartments as a 4 star hotel. This place is not a hotel there is no reception no help with anything, no tourist information, no help with taxis all things you would expect as standard when staying in a 4 star hotel. a cleaner took our payment and then left without any information what so ever. 2. The photos on booking.com only refer to two of the properties. We based our vacation stay upon those photos with a balcony and that is not where we ended up staying when we arrived. It is also listed as having a balcony on both the website and booking.com and there was only one price option and the apartments are dramatically different in quality. 3. Due to the website stating it was a hotel we left a message asking a few questions before we arrived none of which were answered. 4. Inside the apartment was decent enough at first glance but on closer inspection the outside steps lead to a pretty dangers load of rubble and not a roof top terrace as advertised (see picture attached) the room was dirty with stains and hairs on the bed. Basics like the kettle did not work properly and we had no way of messaging anyone associated with the “hotel” via booking.com there was a number attached but due to the language barrier this was extremely difficult to navigate. Two days into our 5 night stay the shower stoped having hot water we contacted the number provided and received a message saying it would be sorted! We then had to keep messaging to get a response. We finally got a call from an extremely rude person who just said we are at the property and the water is fine! Again this was not true as we were at the property. We had the sum total of two hot showers in a 5night stay. On the website it states many untruths one of which is there there is a 24 reception this is a lie!!
- Caleb (9/5): Best views in the area. - Its all about the views. Clean and confortable place, with the essentials. Perfect for a couple nights and a visit to Pasqyra beach. Make time to rest and enjoy the solitude of the terrace/porch if you are staying in the junior suite. A single lane road gives access to the area and to the property. Mostly paved, just go slow and you will be fine. Takes a little time if u want to go to town for a meal. Didnt stay long enough to try the nearby restaurant.

- Júlia (10/5): Great stay! - The owner is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make us comfortable. The suite is new and well equipped, comfortable beds and spotless clean. Location is further from the city, but perfect if you want a more quiet location, walking distance to a nice beach and the restaurant next door - Eni - was also great (highly recommend the grilled feta!). It is a bit difficult to get there the first time as google maps doesn’t get the smaller streets, but once you know it, it’s easy to find :)

- Laura (1/5): Negative Review for Santa Olive Apartments in Ksamil - Nada Negative Review for Santa Olive Apartments in Ksamil Unfortunately, my experience with Santa Olive Apartments was very disappointing. We had booked an apartment weeks in advance and were excited about our stay. However, just 10 minutes before our arrival, we received an unexpected call informing us that our reservation had been cancelled without any clear explanation. This left us in a very difficult situation, especially after a long journey. We were forced to find last-minute accommodation during peak season, which turned out to be both challenging and much more expensive than we had planned. The worst part was that we received no compensation or assistance in finding an alternative place to stay. The lack of professionalism and the way we were treated was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free holiday.

- Ioana (10/5): Spectacular view, great accommodation - Review is for Junior suite apartment (located in upper villas). The view from the extremely generous terrace is spectacular and breathtaking. The suite is brand new, well structured , with upper-end, comfortable furnishing (including for the terrace). The location is secluded, on a climbing narrow road in the hills that goes to some beaches - which is an advantage for those who likes quiet, not crowded places but having a car is highly recommended. Hosts are very welcoming and helping. When I booked it appeared a bit expensive (even comparative with double/triple rooms same property) still, after experiencing the stay, I am definitely rating value for money at 10 ! -

- Thijs (6/5): Great property, bad service - The facilities are great and modern. Besides the views are spectacular and overall locations is good too. The service however was incomparable to the facilities. We requested to pay by card days before arriving, which was confirmed to be no issue. At arrival however the card machine was broken resulting in us having to pay atm and exchange rate fees to get cash just for the booking. After discussing the situation by text and demanding a discount we got a few euros back. This situation next to the overall annoyed attitude of the staff gave the stay a bit of a dark edge.

Good value for money! - The location is on a secondary road with is narrow and has slopes, so it's a bit far from the mess of the main road, which is great. There's a beach nearby, at a reasonable walking distance (with a lot of slopes and stairs). Nice views over cliffs and beaches nearby. There's also a small restaurant nearby, with a rooftop for chillout and see the sunset. Very nice! A bit hard to find because the GPS led me to another location nearby, which actually was another unit run by the same owner, but he told me the studio I have rented is further down the hill, so I had to move (he took his car to lead me upfront). But it's ok, it's also part of the adventure!

Location of apartment doesnt match one provided here - it is next to Eni bar kafe nearby which is even better in terms of accessibility. Original location is much harder to access and there is no place where to turn around if gate is closed.

The location for us was perfect, close enough to some action but we could simply enjoy the view, privacy and our own company. We also got a kettle should - to enjoy morning coffee. Everything you would expect in a good hotel: great quality towels, shampoo, tooth paste etc. This place was as we expected. Few meters down a local restaurant you can enjoy meat, fish and simple yet tasty salad. Very friendly people around! Not a drama, but you might be asked to pay with cash. You can deal with it in Ksamil, ATMs available and exchange places to get EURO. The accommodation is not easy to find, simply drive to the top of the hill. And yes, a car is quite crucial in this part of Albania.

There are a few different buildings so our view was not quite as good as we were expecting - maybe our fault for not reading properly but if you're after a great view make sure to book in the main building. - Vllavijon (10/5): What a sunset. - The view is literally CRAZY. Watching the sunset while eating on the terrace was an amazing experience. The road to the room is a little bit harsh but it was really worth it to be honest. Good internet connection and nice place near the city (5-10 minutes by car from Ksamil). The little path to the room is kinda cute with lots of flowers. The owner lives in the small little house and was nice to us. We got some guests, don’t forget to close you windows when you got out so the insects don’t come in because apparently the like the view too aha.

It is outside the city, with not much around and hard to find, the owners do not speak italian or english or german. However for guests who do not need crowded cities, it is extremely beautiful and with everything you might need.

I would 100% book to stay here again if I returned to the area. you need a car to stay here as nothing is really accessible by foot however I’m happy to have to make a short drive when I’m staying somewhere as amazing as this.

Directions to the apartment would have been helpful in the booking reservation. It’s quite tricky to get to (the road is steep and bumpy) but I would definitely recommend it. It is beautiful.
- Bob (8/5): Very good - the view is spectacular. we stayed in the apartment which only had a small terrace and not the one you see in the pictures. the apartment is cleaned daily. the cafe next to the apartment is hosted by some great local people. the owner makes the food on her own. they barely speak english but this makes the experience more worthwhile. the road to the apartment is quite tricky and a gravel path. the road passing by is also a passthrough to a popular beach so there are actually a lot of cars. you also need to make sure you bring your own breakfast and foods because there is on supermarket nearby. the amount of cutlery is also limited in the apartment.

- Marc (3/5): The 2nd building rooms are not worth it - it was clean The advertising of this accomodation is misleading. The views shown and 40/45 pictures are for the 2 suites, all the rest of the rooms are IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION a short drive away, without the view, the room or space portrayed in the photos. In this second site, our room faced a public dirt road directly. There is also no window in the bedroom, it smelled of humidity and the kitchenette does not have any pans or cutlery. Its hard to get there, there is no breakfast. The name of the room in booking is “One bedroom apartment with balcony sea view - 2nd building” and it did not have a balcony and certainly not the views in the pictures.
