- Kutluğ Kağan (10/5): Kesinlikle denenmeli - Otel konum olarak merkezi, bir çok noktaya bebek arabamız olmasına rağmen yürüyerek ulaşabildik, metro istasyonu, otobüs durakları otelin her yanında. Ulaşım olarak asla aklınızda soru işareti kalmasın. Gördüğümüz en temiz otellerden birisi, kahvaltısı çok ama çok iyi. Seyahat etmeyi seviyoruz kahvaltısı kesinlikle en iyilerinden. Kahvaltıda zaten size soruyorlar ancak masada bulunan qrcode üzerinden yumurta menüsünü görebilirsiniz. Odamız yeterli büyüklükteydi bebeğimiz odada sıkılmadı. Odamız 10 uncu kattaydı, odada vakit geçirmemiz gerektiği için terasa sandalye rica ettik, aslında verilemeyeceğini (terasın üstü açık, mobilyaların ıslanması ihtimali yüksek) ancak ellerinden geleni yapacaklarını belirttiler. Söyledikleri şekilde sandalye ve sehpa temin edildi. Otelin arka sokağının trafiğe kapalı olması da çocuklu aileler için artı, orada bolca vakit geçirilebilir. Çevresinde yemek ve içecek imkanı ve alışveriş merkezi olması yine büyük artı. Her anlamlıya çok memnun kaldık. Her şey çok iyiydi, sevmediğimiz beğenmediğimiz hiç bir şey olmadı.

They helped us with directions, restaurants, places etc... First grade. The breakfasts on the fifth floor is for the kings... The Breakfast room is very beautiful... We loved our room. - Enjoy1962 (8/5): Fantastic hotel in de heart of Berlin - Friendly and helpfull staff, beautifull rooms. We had a suite with balcony on the east side of the building. The beds are great. Comments? While waiting for the room to be ready we could go to the bar for a coffee/tea. Unfortunately we have been charged 12€ for 2 cups of tea made with a teabag... You should expect this to be taken care of by the hotel for a hotel of this level.

- moratv (10/5): Perfect Location & Stylish Bar - I’m so happy we chose to stay at the Mandala Hotel. it was super close to the train station, but also convenient (walkable) to a lot of the must see attractions in Berlin. The hotel breakfast was a splurge, but worth every penny. Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk helped us book a river cruise. We found the staff at The Mandala to be friendly and helpful. An amazing time in Berlin with the perfect accommodations!

Our special wishes as p.e. extra coffee cream in the room were fulfilled quickly and uncomplicate. The Barkeeper was perfect in his Job and helped us with our drinks choice. Nothing was to big ( or too small) to solve. They met and soled every request. I really can not fault anything. Fabulous location. room was well equipped and massive.. My 8 year old daughter got a basket from the Easter Bonney whilst we were at breakfast. 100% made her stay and therefore ours. Absolutely nothing a superb hotel and well led team. One of the best.

- NealII (10/5): How can I fault this hotel? Let me count the ways: - None! I simply can’t. The room was palatial, who needs a bathroom balcony, in addition to the main balcony? Me, I do now apparently. The location was fantastic, a minute from the U-Bahn, a minute from Cirque du Soleil, 15 seconds from Goodies (the best bad food you’ll eat (their words, but I can’t disagree)), and 2 minutes from one of the stops for the open top bus tours. The staff were all wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Sadly didn’t have a chance to experience the spa, so can’t comment on that, but I’m a big fan of The Mandala and would definitely come back.

- Izabela (9/5): Fajny, ale z dozą zawodu - Obiekt znakomity, to mój drugi pobyt, fajna przestrzeń, lokalizacja hotelu na plus, ale... Zamówiłam konkretny apartament parę miesięcy wcześniej. Niestety nikt mnie nie powiadomił - a upewniałam się mejlowo jeszcze przed przyjazdem - i dopiero na miejscu okazało się, ze mam inny i to z widokiem na ściany budynku zamiast na filharmonię. Mam pretensje o brak kontaktu. Było wygodnie, fajnie, ale jeśli jadę na koncert z zagranicy, to chcę popatrzeć na Berlin wieczorem a nie na ścianę budynku i moja opłata nie jest niższa niż innego gościa... A jakaś pracownica zdecydowała za mnie, że "tam będzie ciszej"... szkoda, bo mogłam wybrać inny hotel i nie być rozczarowana w dniu przyjazdu. Ale to sprawa charakteru pracownika, nie jakości apartamentu...
- monicamemmo (10/5): Amazing Hotel - I stayed here during a work trip and absolutely loved my room. The bed was fabulous and the room itself was spacious and very comfortable. My favorite part, though, was the balcony with a chair in the sun, where I could enjoy my morning tea before starting work.
- navidsario2026 (10/5): Amazing property - I spent a week at this beautiful hotel and from start to finish had a fantastic experience. Every staff member I came across was professional, friendly and friendly. Breakfast was included in my rate and selection was amazing as well as the service. Also had a spa treatment which was great and relaxing. Overall, I would highly recommend this boutique property in the best location of Berlin.

- JeaSenMil (8/5): Very smal lobby, excellent breakfast, lots of rooms with unfortunately only a barhtup. - HAving a only a bathtub instead of a shower in a 5* hotel is a total nonsense.
