Our room was at the end of a very quiet corridor and I was genuinely astonished at how quiet it was for a hotel in London. I heard nothing all night! You cannot get a better location, 2 minutes walk (probably less) to Trafalgar Square. We really enjoyed the pastries (Croissants, etc) at breakfast. They were some of the best we have had in a long time but the cooked breakfast didn't impress us quite as much. Not really a negative, it was a perfectly good breakfast but everything else had been outstanding. So only mild negative we could find.

- Nadine (10/5): Excellent. Highly recommend - I liked that they had a washer and dryer for the guests to use. We were traveling Europe for 6 weeks, so this was VERY helpful. They also had ice machines on every floor and water bottles to fill up with each day. I definitely would stay here again. Not much room to move around, but that is pretty typical of Europe. The toilet would have a smell like an outhouse for some reason. If we left the bathroom door open it wasn’t as noticeable.

- Long (9/5): Great place to stay in Central London. - Location was excellent, with Trafalgar Square visible from our window. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice .Free tea and coffee in the lounge is a nice touch. The basket of goodies in the room (sweets, snacks, drinks etc) looked great but was very expensive.

- Thomas (8/5): The hotel is in a great location, but the service isn't always guest-focused - The hotel is in a truly excellent location, right on Trafalgar Square, within walking distance of the West End, Westminster and Buckingham Palace. The rooms are designed with business travellers in mind and are very clean. The architecture at the entrance is impressive, whilst the rooms themselves are rather plain. A particular highlight is the lounge, which features workspaces and free coffee all day long. In summary: we were satisfied, The service in the hotel is not very guest-oriented. The nine floors are served by just two lifts, which are also heavily used by numerous maintenance staff and cleaning personnel during the morning rush hour at breakfast time. This inevitably leads to long waiting times. Fancy a snack at the bar after the theatre in the evening? No. A drink, yes, but the kitchen is already closed, so of course there are no more crisps or peanuts either. Anyone who then fetches peanuts from their room is told by the very bar lady who had just said she couldn’t serve any more peanuts that you’re not allowed to eat snacks from your room at the bar.

- Els (8/5): Qua ligging is dit hotel echt top. - Ligging van het hotel is top, vlakbij Trafalgar Square en verschillende metrolijnen dus alles is met de metro of te voet makkelijk bereikbaar. Hulpvaardig personeel. Restaurant, waar ook het ontbijt wordt geserveerd, is killig en donker doordat het gans binnenin is en volledig door marmer omgeven. Wel mooi op zich maar niet echt gezellig.

- David (6/5): - Location was great. Clean. Great food. Some of the facilities when we consider the price are dated. Very comfortable bed. Tv worked sometimes as on / off button was difficult. Very tired sofa in bedroom.
