• Christelle (8/5): - L'hôtel est très bien situé, pratique pour tout faire à pied. Boutique, resto, vieille ville etc... Hôtel très propre, bonne literie. Extraordinaire buffet de petits déjeuners. Belle piscine et 2 jacuzzi très appréciable. Dommage que l'hôtel soit un peu vieillot, surtout l'espace bien être. Le hammam à de la moisissure aparante , mobilier très simple en plastique. Pour un 4 étoiles ça manque de déco et de beaux mobilier genre transat, car il y a que des chaises. Et surtout dans la chambre on devrait avoir à disposition peignoir, serviette et chaussures de bain. Le personnel n'est pas très avenant et manque de sourire, pas super à l'écoute. Sauf une où deux personnes au petit déjeuner.

• Tatiana (8/5): Très bien dans l’ensemble ! Bien placé ! - Chambre familiale spacieuse permettant d’avoir une chambre parentale, une enfant et un séjour avec frigo ainsi qu’une belle SDB. L’espace détente comprenant spa, sauna, piscine, hammam, salle de sport le tout accessible sans supplément ! Le buffet du soir est bien. Parking adapté à une grande voiture, c’est génial ! Personnel agréable et à l’écoute ! Seulement 2 petits points : Avoir des prises dans les chambres serait un plus ainsi que des lampes de chevet dans l’une des chambres. Les cartes d’accès aux chambres n’arrêtent pas de se désactiver c’est un peu pénible, même en faisant attention.

Very helpful staff, a fantastic buffet breakfast, the room was tastefully decorated. Aircon that actually worked, minibar, great desk and views out the window. Paradise! Every sign was in three languages: Spanish, French and… Catalan! 😂

• Svendsen (2/5): Bad hotel - find another place to stay! - I travel a lot, and I was very disappointed. I found several hotels in the city and I choose this hotel for parking and high rating. This hotel does not deserve the high rating. We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor. It smelled like a stinking toilet in the hall outside our room, and inside the room was horrible. The beds was very uncomfortable. I will never stay here again. Unfriendly persons in the reception, they should find a new place to work, not involving other people.

• George (1/5): Je n’y retournerai pas et le déconseille à mes connaissances . - Avec la fenêtre FERMÉE , le bruit de la ventilation extérieure (celle pour la cuisine du restaurant de l’hôtel) était si fort et strident que notre nuit a été insupportable. Ce bruit a duré tard dans la nuit, et à partir de 5h30 du matin. Cela nous a réveillé et nous n’avons pas pu nous rendormir. Nous avions demandé un changement de chambre mais un homme à la réception a insisté pour que nous gardions la chambre, en indiquant que le bruit s’arrêterait pendant la nuit, et ne reprendrait pas avant 09h00 du matin, ce qui était un mensonge ! C’est inacceptable. Le prix est excessif pour une qualité d’insonorisation aussi nulle pour un hôtel soi-disant 4 étoiles !

• Joao (8/5): - Localização bem central, a 100 metro da rua das lojas e de bastantes restaurantes. Quarto limpo e confortável. Aceita animais de estimação (17€/noite). Funcionários simpáticos. Bom pequeno almoço, com bastante variedade. O estacionamento do hotel é pago 27€/noite, mas vale a pena, o lugar é reservado e sempre o mesmo. Para quem não queira há estacionamento público nas ruas circundantes do hotel e há um parque de estacionamento mesmo ao lado. Os quartos, apesar de confortáveis, estão algo desactualizados. A cama não era má, mas o colchão podia ser melhorado.

Постоянно размагничивалась карта от номера, каждый день. В Спа нет лежаков, пластиковые стульчики, куча народу.
