- Brigitte (6/5): Gute und ruhige Lage, gutes Frühstück, ein Aufenthalt in renovierten Zimmern ist empfehlenswert. - Sehr gutes Frühstück und ausgesprochen nettes Personal! Das Bett war groß und komfortabel! Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die renovierten Zimmer sind hervorragend, in den älteren Zimmern ist besonders das Bad überhaupt nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Den Aufzug muss man im dritten Stock wechseln, um in die oberen Stockwerke zu gelangen, und ist ab da alt und nicht besonders vertrauenserweckend.

- Angelika (6/5): Für einen Kurztrip völlig ok, weil die Lage zentral ist( 15min) zum Hauptbahnhof. - Das Housekeeping war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ebenso das Personal beim Frühstück. Empfang nicht sehr freundlich Frühstücksbuffet in Ordnung und völlig ausreichend.Täglicher Wechsel der Habdtücher. Das Hotel wirkt nicht wirklich gepflegt. Die Möbel im Empfangsbereich herunter gekommen, einfaches und älteres Mobiliar im Zimmer und Speisesaal. Aber ok.

Pleasently surprised with the quality for the price. - Great location - very clean room - comfortable - very nice staff - maybe the best room for the price in the entire area. Tiny elevators, I mean small. But obviously the older building was not designed for one so I was grateful they had one that worked. The building is dated as were the common areas of the building. But the room itself was excellent!

- 新闻范儿 (5/5): Hotel chain doesn't mean consistent quality - The receptionist was nice. Termini and metro station are within walking distance. Bed is good enough. It's an old building, so the wall is not soundproof. The TV sound and phone call next door was so clear. Flushing sound from upstairs could also be heard. I was assigned to a room on the first floor, so outside sound is very noticeable. The room is next to stair entrance,, so I could constantly hear people talking and walking with their luggage in the hallway. Cleaning staff drops their equipment by my door. Hallway noise disrupts sleep after 7am. Shower head had a bit of leakage.

All the staff is friendly. They will help you very promptly. They will help you out on short notice. Our second room we stayed in is smaller than the first. However, it was a very nice room.

Nice neighbourhood and close to some restaurants and a couple of bars. Easy to get busses and/or metro to reach centre of the cisty and outskirts. The personal was very attentive and helpful.

- Ruane (3/5): - I am a person who goes to the low score reviews first which is why I have ticked this box for my review. I had read the negative reviews on this hotel and I nearly did not book it because of them. However I have to say that I had a really positive and pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were really lovely and helpful. I knew I had booked a single room and would get a single bed and do when booking expect this if you book a single room. The was slightly larger than a standard single bed and the room was lovely and bright snf contained all I needed. I thought I would just use the room to sleep, however I had a very pleasant time reading at the desk beside the window and looking out at the world. For the price I paid I really could not fault the room, it was spotlessly clean and was bright and modern. l am so glad I stayed here and relieved I was not put off by the reviews There is a very good bus service near the hotel. Termini is a short walk though with bags it can feel longer than it is!! . The stairwell and corridor do need new carpets, there are aspects of the hotel that are quite dated, however it is not a sterile/ clinical space and for the price I would forgive an old carpet. There are no wardrobes in the room. This didnt bother me as hangers are provided…. Though some women may find this unsatisfactory depending on what they are trying to hang. However for the price this really is a minor matter. There is an adult cinema just around the corner from the hotlel…. The hotel cannot control that. I did not see anyone loitering and it wasn’t ‘ in your face’ but I am just letting women / families know about it. You can approach the hotel from another road and so avoid passing it, however I would feel it was remiss of me if I didn’t let people know. Just also to flag when I made my way TO the hotel ftom termini station I came a pleasant route, however when I departed for termini the next morning I went a different route ( separate to where the adult cinema is. I came across an small section of an area on this route that I felt uncomfortable in: it looked like an old hotel closed some time ago and thot squatters use the vacant property , there were a lot of people sleeping/ sitting on mattresses on the pavement in the surrounds of the closed up hotel . It was ten forty five in the morning. No one bothered me and it’s not the fault of the people who have no homes. I do not wish to show any disrespect or judgement on people who have no homes, I feel for them, especially after my lovely cosy night in the art deco hotel, however I still felt nervous as a lone woman who was obviously a tourist. So just research the route you take to / from the hotel. I suggest emailing the hotel in advance to ask their advice. I really enjoyed my overnight at this hotel. And wish to thank the staff because I am sure it is very discouraging when they read the poor reviews.
