• Middleton-green (7/5): - Easy access to everywhere we went. The fact that the lady after showing me what we can ask for, denied me a coffee maker, telling me they serve coffee for breakfast. I told her we dont wake up early and I prefer to have it in room. She smiled and wrote down the breakfast times. Don't offer extra things for the room if you're not going to give it to us anyway.
• Gregory (10/5): - Super clean and great room. Yvette, the desk clerk was awesome. My 2 kids and I had a blast in the pool. Could have had some bananas, apples or some fruit. As well as a waffle machine.. Bkfst was granola bars and very stale (out-dated 4 days) muffins

Fridge was noticeably dirty from a mile away. Trash under bed. German cockroaches crawling over table where you eat. Peeling cabinets. Gross shower. Entire place smelled heavily of mold. • Carlos Matheus (2/5): Not clean - They give oats in the breakfast. Staff was kind in general. Free parking. Very dirty. The 3rd floor smells really bad. The “breakfast” is just coffee, some oats, and muffins. We were supposed to stay for 11 days, but thankfully we were able to move to another place after one week. Initially, we were supposed to stay the full 11 days, but the staff said that 11 days was too short a period for the room to be cleaned. That just reinforces how dirty the hotel was. We also asked for something to clean the dishes, and the staff gave us a single cloth to use for the entire stay. I couldn’t believe it.

• staceylV2590QY (10/5): Home away from Home - The location is good and peaceful, it’s a very family oriented property and the rooms are spacious and clean. Housekeeping is so helpful and I appreciate the care they give. The atmosphere is calm and inviting. I appreciate having the pool, laundry and free WiFi while I’m here, the price was fine for our stay. We relocated from Baltimore, MD but felt instantly at home with the friendly staff. There was never any problems with noise, it’s a family place so expect it sometimes but never any late noise while we were here. I’d recommend coming to the 1776 Pembrook Drive property if you need to stay for awhile.

The front desk was rude and the room smelled bad. I asked for a view of my vehicle so I could keep an eye on my kayak in the back of my truck. They did not do that. I want a refund Dirty and felt very unsafe. I expect a refund. I called booking customer service within a few hours of the experience to complain and no one has called me back … more than 48 hours and no response

• Peter (1/5): Hell! - The pool in the pic is NOT the pool in the property! False advertisement!! Pool was dirty and it was CLOSED all the time we were there!! We called everyday about the pool cleaning and no one had an idea! Hallways smelled musky, room bathrooms were dirty and moldy and you have to wait for towels to be washed to get them back. No exchanges! Found cigarette buds when I unfolded the couch bed! And no sheets! Had to call for them. You couldn't pay me to go back. There were beer bottles on the property, hobos and dog poop all over. Worst vacation ever!!! I could've overlooked the nastiness had the pool been a distraction but looking down from the 3rd floor to the pool made this vacation even more intolerable. I checked out early just to leave this place and took my kids to a place with a pool. This seems like a last stop shop before homelessness. AWFUL!! DO NOT BOOK
