Parte del personal de recepción podría ser un poco más simpático y estar atento a las necesidades Por otro lado, hay cuestiones ridículas tales como que no te den un toallón grande para la piscina (la ridícula excusa fue que no querían que la gente circulara en shorts). Puede mejorar!! - La ubicación y el excelente trato del personal Pedí que arreglaran el extractor del baño que no funcionaba y no lo hicieron. Si solucionaron la jabonera que estaba rota. El televisor, el sonido no estaba bien. Creo que ya es tiempo de cambiarlo por uno nuevo. Y no tiene frigobar. Siempre es bueno cuando uno llega a la noche tener agua fresca para tomar.

Zimmer sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, kein Wasser steht zur Verfügung mit welchem man den Kaffee anrühren kann, kein Kühlschrank, Decke fürs Bett wurde wohl noch nie gewaschen, nur ein Leintuch reicht nicht. Aus meiner Sicht eher ein 3 Sterne Hotel.

- HELOISE (8/5): - Gosto da localizacao, cafe da manha, e o custo beneficio vale a pena. O atendimento deles e bom, atenciosos. Podemos deixar as malas caso nao seja possivel ainda ingressar ao quarto. O cafe é um dos melhores de buenos aires, ja fiquei em hoteis superiores que nao tinham cafe assim. Medialuna quantinha, e bastante variedade de coisas. Ja fiquei outras vezes no Gardi, nao gosto do chuveiro deles. O box nao fecha, o chuveiro como e de chuveirinho preso em cima fica meio solto, acho bem ruim. Da outra vez foi igual. Acabo ficando la porque gosto de outros beneficios. A agua e quente mas o problema e o chuveiro e box. Outra coisa sinto falta de ganchos pra pendurar casaco qdo chegamos da rua, principalmente em dias chuvosos. nao custa nada, tem espaco e seria muito util para o hospede. Dessa vez houve muito barulho no corredor que fiquei. Alem disso num domingo a tarde estavam limpando com aspirador o hall do andar. Pra costume argentino foi bem inconveniente pela siesta.

- Natalie (1/5): Sent to a different hotel with no compensation - When we showed up, they gave us our keys and we went up to our room to find it had never been cleaned (still had towels on the floor, the beds unmade). When we notified the staff right away, we were told they had no more rooms available and were walked over to a hotel around the corner. Instead of this 4 star hotel, we were brought to a hotel with an ancient elevator, two twin beds that were zip tied together, no seating area, no pool, and significantly worse conditions. Despite this change, we were offered no refund or at least a refund for the difference in cost for these two hotels. The hotel we ended up staying in was bookable for half the price we paid to "stay" in this one. Despite the apologetic woman at the front desk, this is pretty poor customer service to not offer anything in compensation.

- Pedro (1/5): EXPERIENCIA PARA OLVIDAR - Llegamos de un vuelo de 13 horas desde España a la hora local de las 22.30h y hora España 02.30h de la mañana. Según llegamos comienzan las sorpresas: nos dan las llaves de las dos suites y al llegar a las suites nos damos cuenta de que no abrían. A todo esto los niños estaban dormidos tirados en los pasillos dada la hora que era. Una vez nos vuelven a configurar las llaves entramos en las suites y estaban tal y como las habían dejado los anteriores clientes al hotel. Camas deshechas, basura por los cuartos y el baño sin hacer. Para colmo de males pedimos una cuna que tampoco estaba. Finalmente accedimos a alojarnos en una de las dos suites (dado que cabíamos) y tras una hora de espera nos hicieron las camas, montaron la cuna (mal) y nos quedamos en una de las dos suites sin que el baño se limpiara. Al día siguiente indicamos que no queríamos la otra suite (de la que no hicimos uso). Después de darnos muchas vueltas y enviar correos a pesar de que nos dijeron en recepción que nos devolverían el dinero de la habitación QUE NUNCA OCUPAMOS. Incluso les dijimos que ofrecieran la segunda suite la segunda noche por si alguien quería ocuparla. UN DESASTRE DE HOTEL, para no volver. No vengan! Nos pondremos en contacto con Booking una vez volvamos a España para presentar una queja formal

Ni cerca es un 4 estrellas, es un 2. Solicitamos que nos cambien de habitación porque la que nos habían dado tenía tapada la bacha del baño. empezaban a salir pedazos de yerba, un asco. Las habitaciones son muy grandes, pero muy mal decoradas, parecen pabellones.

Le prix assez élevé par rapport aux prix pratiqués au nord de l’Argentine.

- Beatriz (1/5): Ha bajado mucho su categoría. No lo recomiendo. Me sentí estafada. - La ubicación está bien en el microcentro. El personal es cordial. El lugar ha cambiado mucho en el último tiempo. Había ido a este hotel más de 4-5 veces hace aprox 2-3 años .. está muy deteriorado. No huele nada bien. Humedad y tabaco. Me dieron una habitación donde las camas eran de mala calidad, no tenía ni respaldo. Un mueble donde se apoyaba una tele anticuada que se hacía pedazos y estaba manchado, parecía armado de restos. El aire acondicionado no andaba. Me sentí realmente estafada. Habían retirado también los frigobar. Varias luces apagadas. Un ascensor roto. Las fotos de la habitación están claramente alteradas. La ropa de cama se notaba de mala calidad. Ropero viejo y con mucho olor a humedad. La habitación muy pequeña. Viaje con mi madre y mi bebé de un año. Les exprese mi incomodidad, me contestaron que no había otra habitación disponible aunque quisiera cambiar la misma por una mejor. Me comentaron que el hotel había bajado mucho la calidad desde la gerencia. Me cobraron la estadía completa. Sali de inmediato a buscar otro hotel en la zona con mi mamá y mi bebé . Los dejé en otro lugar y volví a buscar las maletas ya que veníamos de un viaje largo y deseábamos descansar antes de seguir la vuelta a casa. No volveré a este lugar. No lo recomiendo.
- Joaquín Tesei (8/5): Excelente por su relación precio servicio - La habitación es muy cómoda y espaciosa. El desayuno completo, el baño limpio y la ropa blanca nueva. La atención del personal fue muy amable y atentos. El check in es muy tarde. En el baño de mi habitación (no sé si es en todas) no tenía dónde colgar las toallas, parece una tontería pero es muy incomodo. Los enchufes son todos 3 patas, es necesario alguna opción multienchufes.
