• Joyce (7/5): Very welcoming but not quite perfect - This hotel is in a great location, just 150 metres from Earls Court tube station. The staff are all welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were in a deluxe room on the third floor ,which was very spacious. The breakfast is plentiful and varied for both hot and cold options. The bed was comfortable and we loved the quality toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner , body wash) and fluffy towels. Appreciated the coffee machine and tea making facilities in our room Hard pillows. I found them too firm but the housekeeping staff found others that were much softer when I made a request. I appreciate this is a personal choice. Although there is some space to hang up clothes , there is very limited shelving and no drawer space. We were staying for three nights and would have appreciated the option to put some clothing items in a drawer. There was no space around our bathroom sink , either at the side or below, to store our own toiletries, toothpaste toothbrushes etc. The photos of the bathroom indicate a vanity unit but we only had a sink. So we kept our toilet bags on the floor. All the doors along our corridor ( third floor) shut very loudly. This is a design fault and beyond the control of the staff.
• Natalie (6/5): Gute Lage, aber Lift nach oben - Die Zimmer waren stilistisch recht schön eingerichtet, aber nicht praktikabel. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, um mit der District Line Haltestelle „Earls Court“ die Innenstadt zu erkunden. Die Haltestelle ist quasi um die Ecke, sowie nette Pubs. Das Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum sowie Kensington Palace sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Frühstück in Ordnung aber durchgehend identische Gerichte. In ein kleines Zimmer ein überdimensionales Bett zu stellen nimmt Bewegungsfreiheit. Auch die „Schrankwand“ war nicht ganz smart. Von einem Hotel der Marriott Kette erwarte ich mehr Stil und Funktionalität. Insgesamt würde ich für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt ein anderes Hotel auswählen.

Hotellet framstår nytt og fresht, med fine, rene rom. Komfortable senger. Nydelig frokost og hyggelig bar. Personalet er veldig hjelpsomme og genuint opptatt av gjestene sine. Kommer garantert til å velge dette hotellet også ved neste London-besøk. Lite å sette fingeren på, dette er et veldig bra hotell.

Despite the check-in experience, we were delighted to have met George as we left to pick up our bags. He was friendly and helpful. We had expected this level of service on arrival. Check-in was a hassle. We requested a quiet room and were given the opportunity to see the rooms. However, before we could do so, another staff member intervened and changed the arrangements. The choice was removed, and we were allocated a basement room. That room was totally unsuitable - no window, but worst of all was the strong smell. Although we eventually got another room which was satisfactory, it took some time, and it was not done in a gracious manner.

• Magdalena (3/5): Horrific Stay – Basement Room, Noise, and Poor Service - The room was clean and a good size. Upon my arrival, I came across the reception in the bar. A bunch of Indian individuals work here, rude and aggressive to each other. When I came to this bar, I saw a very thin woman who was aggressive towards her male colleague. He checked me in. Before he did, he was asking for help from another Indian woman who was ignoring him. I had to step in and ask her to help. It was a horrible experience. The Indian women working there are really rude to their colleagues and angry -looking - behaving , making you want to leave this hotel for good. When I said I had requested a room on a higher floor, he told me that I could stay in the basement, where there is no lift and you have to go two floors down. My room, 01, was by the toilets. There was no window, only fake light imitating windows. For the night, I was unable to turn off the LED mirror in the bathroom. People and staff slammed the door to the basement all the time. It was impossible to sleep and rest—they literally slammed it very loudly. The room felt stuffy. It was a horrific stay for a few days, with no sleep at all. I would not recommend staying here, especially when they offer basement rooms with no windows.

The location is great, the staff was OUTSTANDING, the room was super nice and comfortable, and they have one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a lot of other places! It’s a very classic one but super solid and qualitative! We celebrated my birthday and when we got back to the room the wonderful ladies from reception had sent a little delicious chocolate cake and wrote me the sweetest note! This is the place to be in London! We are DEFINITELY coming back!

• Jean (10/5): Couldn't have been better - Nicest hotel we have stayed in a long time- had obviously had refurbishment fairly recently. Good design as well as clean and fresh. All the staff were friendly. Our room was comfortable ,very quiet on back of building a few floors up. Really convenient - nearby restaurants, 5 min walk to Earl's Court west to Heathrow, east to Central London. Will stay there again Nothing. Just fine
