We enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the dining room. Both meals were delicious. Our boys loved the pool and we appreciated the family swim hours so we didnât stress about bothering other patrons. An added bonus⊠I left my cell phone in a taxi from the airport to The Intercontinental. The concierge was able to use their network to locate the taxi driver and confirm phone was in the taxi. My phone was returned to the hotel, then hand delivered to our room. This outstanding service, in tandem with the beautiful hotel, made for an excellent stay.

The breakfast is amazing and the bar staff is too. Especially Safi, who somehow remembers me even though Iâm months between visits. Highly recommend if youâre planning a stay in Dublin.

- rastarambo (10/5): Exceptional - Michael and I went to Dublin on Monday to stay with our son Dominic who booked a family room for the night .I donât really know where to start with our review. Annette welcomed us and this was the start of an amazing 24 hours . Staff porters etc were simply wonderful and it was nice for our son to see some of staff who worked with in the Four Seasons ! We decided to eat in the hotel that evening. Kostiantyn welcomed us with Paula and what a wonderful evening we had .dinner and ambiance were wonderful do much so we didnât want it to end.! Staff were absolutely 5 star in every way . They made us feel very special . I really look forward to so much returning there again . Please extend our sincere thanks to all the lovely staff .At breakfast we had lovely staff on and one was Kostiantynâs wife . Once again massive thank you to all members of staff . The fitness center had a number of cardio and weight machines as well as other free weights and equipment. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again on my next visit to Dublin.

He was friendly and personable with everyone and created a relaxed atmosphere with both guests and colleagues-. Safi shared his knowledge of cocktail making and suggested a number of options including several he had created himself. I opted for the Blueberry Haze, made with Hendricks Gin infused with fresh blueberries, Italicus and lime juice. I left wiser and excited to try out some new ideas in the future. I also tried the spa and found it to be a calm oasis - the perfect way to wind down after a busy day. A stay to this hotel is a must when visiting Dublin!

Bed and linen lovely, bathroom clean and modern. Gym is 24 hours: brillant and a good set up. Food & service: good selection and well made. Good sizing. Location: less than 1 hour walk to main city (handy if you fancy walking around) otherwise 20 odd mins by car. Not much to be honest.

Staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our luggage with reception staff on the last day when we checked out. We were disappointed to find that when we returned to pick up our luggage, they had just been left outside the front of the hotel. Not very secure? We used the spa twice - clean, good facilities and lovely staff. We ate in the restaurant twice - lunch and dinner. Both meals were outstanding. Slightly disappointed that there were limited vegetarian options. Cocktails were also excellent. Taxi 15 minutes to Temple Bar and 25 minutes to the airport. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

I had one of the best nights sleep ever, the bed was so, so comfortable. The bathrooms were equally as spacious & spotless. We loved the atmosphere. We felt very relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The superb staff took care of our every need. We dined at the hotel and the whole dinner experience was phenomenal. The delicious cuisine and beautiful presentation won us all over. Serious foodies would love this place. Our friend was celebrating her 60th birthday and we were delighted to have chosen such a superb hotel for our get together. A sincere thank you to all the wonderful management and staff of this beautiful hotel. We cannot wait to return.

The staff were unbelievable so nice and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The hotel is great for kids! It was decorated to beautifully for Christmas and the food was excellent. We had Christmas Eve lunch here and was gorgeous (Koztastinas looked after us so well). The rooms were perfect so nice and spacious and the breakfast is amazing (Erin was so lovely and attentive every morning) We will definitely be back!!
- thomascm755 (10/5): Recent stay at the exceptional Intercontinental Dublin - This stay was at the end of a seven week trip to Asia and Australia including exotic Bali. We stayed in five star hotels in every location. The Intercontinental Dublin topped them all. The room was exceptionally comfortable, the service provided by the staff at the restaurant and bars and housekeeping was excellent. The vocalist/pianist in the lobby lounge was a delight, the whole room enjoyed her singing. The attention to detail in every area was first class. It is indeed our favourite hotel anywhere.

- Granitefield (10/5): Wonderful stay with a few friends - As always, we had a wonderful stay in the Intercontinental where we met up with old friends for a short stay. We were warmly welcomed as we arrived on a wet & windy afternoon and escorted with ease to our bedrooms which were very large and spacious and I can safely say I don't think I have ever slept in a more comfortable bed with beautiful linen and plush fluffy pillows. We enjoyed a few drinks and dinner in the Lobby lounge, which was scrumptious and very relaxing, I would highly recommend the Prawn & Lobster cocktail it was delicious. Breakfast the next day was a feast, and we were so well looked after by all the staff and enjoyed both the buffet selection and Eggs benedict from the table menu. Thank you for a great stay it was first class and we will definitely return.

There was a lovely relaxed atmosphere in the dining room and everything was prepared to a very high standard . A very balanced food and drinks menu with great choice to suit every palate .Highly recommend for a great evening . We have been coming here regularly over the years and the food gets better each time!

- C4622VIrichardv (10/5): Wonderful Dublin Experience - My wife and I blindly booked 5 nights at the Intercontinental Dublin to see what the City of Dublin was like for the holidays. What a great experience. It started with Trevor greeting us at the door and the wonderful staff at the front desk. Orlinsa, the hotel manager warmly greeted us everyday to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays but even without that, it is a beautiful hotel. Don't miss the "Whiskey Bar", it looks like something you would see in the movies and the bartenders are friendly and generous. I would highly recommend the breakfast package. The assortment of food was great and filling. Jackie would great us every morning and seat us with a good view of the garden. We had a lite lunch on afternoon and dinner our last night and we were no disappointed. Our suite was spacious and beautiful. This trip was a gift my wife and I gave each other for Christmas and what a wonderful gift it was. If you are going to visit Dublin, I highly recommend staying at the Intercontinental.
- Stephen777_11 (10/5): A taste of luxury - Stayed at this hotel as a surprise for my wife for our wedding anniversary. Our experience from check in to check out was a first class one. The room was spacious and very quiet. All the usual in room facilities that you would expect. The food, both breakfast and dinner were excellent. We will definitely be returning.
