- Xiaoyan (10/5): A very comfortable and friendly place - The hotel staff were very friendly and thoughtful. We booked two rooms. They made the effort to find two adjacent rooms for us. After checking out, we realized that we left something in the fridge. However we got it back when we went back to retrieve our stored luggage. The hotel was more like an old fashioned hotel, which made guests feel warm and personal. Rooms were quiet, clean and well decorated. Beds were comfortable. Also restaurants and carrefour stores were just a few steps away. About 10 minutes walk to the Milano ponta garibaldi train station. Overall it was a very comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommend! Nothing

- LEILA (9/5): Très bon expérience - Il est très bien situé, les chambres sont belles et confortables. L’hôtel est rétro et accueillant. Le personnel est serviable et le Check in peut être fait tard. L’odeur des croissants le matin dans les escaliers étaient très agréables.

- Roger (7/5): Acceptable - This is an older place, well located right by a tram stop. There is a Carrefor supermarket close by. Rooms are smallish, and bathrooms even more so (the smallest shower I think I have ever encountered!). It's not luxury by any standard, but for Milan, I guess is not too outrageously priced. Breakfast was standard, with no cooked element (eggs etc). That might worry some.

A la fin de mon séjour, la personne de l hotel ne m a meme pas demandé comment s etait passé mon séjour...c était finalemenent cher pour ne pas pouvoir dormir...

- Elaine (8/5): Ótimo custo-benefício e boa localização. - Primeiramente a localização é muito boa, pois há transporte público bem na porta do hotel o que facilita muito a locomoção na cidade. Além disso a Estação Porta Garibaldi fica muito próxima, o que facilita se você vem do aeroporto de Malpenza, pois dá para ir direto de trem até as proximidades do hotel. Cama confortável e travesseiros ótimos. Quarto espaçoso. Atendimento na chegada foi excelente, pois o recepcionista se mostrou muito atencioso conosco. O café da manhã, simples e satisfatório. As senhoras do café muito atenciosas e cordiais. Gostamos bastante do local. O hotel está de parabéns pela equipe, são muito bons. A única coisa que chamaria a atenção é para o pequeno vazamento que ocorre na banheira quando a pessoa toma banho.

Apesar da boa vontade das pessoas da recepção lhes faltam conhecimento para orientação dos hóspedes que chegam de carro. ZTL sem autorização pode render multas de 100 euros.

- jose carlos (9/5): Bom lugar para se ficar em Milão - Localização boa. Há um ponto do transporte elétrico em frente ao hotel, que leva diretamente ao centro. Além disso, há um supermercado em frente e vários restaurantes próximos. Funcionários do restaurantes e camareiras muito gentis e cordiais. Apesar das pessoas da recepção serem solícitas e gentis, lhes faltam informações sobre como o hóspede pode resolver as questões de chegadas e partidas de carro. Por se tratar de uma cidade com ZTLs para todo lado seria conveniente e útil que os hóspedes fossem bem orientados para não ocorrer o risco de multas que podem chegar a 100 euros.

It is an older style building, rooms are not at all modern, though bathroom was fine, if small, and air conditioner was good. View from the appartment like in the movie. The vilage is charming and well worth a visit. Local restaurant Tipi Tipici - have to visit. Beds, facility and everything is top grade. J'ai apprécié la décoration à l'ancienne de ce petit hôtel familial simple mais parfait pour un court séjour ou si l'on est de passage. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable pour Milan, j'y retournerai bien volontiers. Un peu de bruit lié au passage du tramway notamment. L'accueil était professionnel, à défaut d'être très aimable.

- Aranzazu (10/5): Fantástica estancia en el Hotel San Guido. - Me gustó la ubicación, alejado del centro pero muy accesible y muy buena opción para ir al aeropuerto. Tiene tranvía n° 4 directo al Doumo, metro en las puerta que te lleva dnd quieras y andando a 8 min del tren. El personal muy atento y en especial la persona que atiende en los desayunos. Es encantadora! El desayuno también muy bien y opciones sin gluten. La amplitud de la habitación y la limpieza. La verdad que no dudaría en volverlo a elegir si volviese a Milán, te facilita todo y da tranquilidad. Todo muy bien, no tengo nada negativo.

- Corren (10/5): Good for an affordable weekend stay in Milan - Good location not too far away from the centre, ( about a 40 minute walk to il duomo/ 29 minute trip on the tram) with decent amenities and a very comfortable bed. We used the hotel as a base for exploring other parts of the city during our final on our Italy trip. Breakfast was also included in the price , staff were helpful and friendly. N/A
- Tanya (8/5): A pleasant step back in time. Rooms with actual keys! - Quaint hotel. All the mod cons but character as well. Rooms had shutters at the windows and full night windows which can be fully opened for a cool breezy. Breakfast was a good selection and all served quickly and efficiently. If windows are open tram noise can be a bit much but that’s not the hotels fault. No tea or coffee facilities in the room but that seems to be the norm in Italy.

- Nektarios (5/5): - The room although is old, it had good quality linen and towels. It was generally clean. I requested an early breakfast (6:45) as I had to leave for Milan marathon. The receptionist told me to speak with the morning staff. However, when I did, the response was quite rude. He said, “Don’t you see that breakfast starts at 7:15? That’s when the waiter starts work,” and refused to offer anything, not even a coffee. Although breakfast was included in the price, I wasn’t able to have anything at all. I understand that this is a 3 star hotel, but the attitude and lack of flexibility were disappointing and have nothing to do with the hotel’s rating.
