The beds were a little firm for us, but that's personal preference and everything else made up for that. The staff were really helpful and we would stay here again. The location was perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything Venice has to offer. The stairs were not an issue at all, as they were clearly mentioned in the Important Information section. The owners were an absolute delight to deal with — warm, welcoming, and attentive. This establishment should truly be a model for future B&B hosts. Highly recommended! Nothing

Είναι στον τρίτο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ - όμως με μια υπηρεσία αχθοφόρων για τις βαλίτσες λύνεται μια χαρά -ζητήστε το από την αρχή θα έλεγα Κατά τα άλλα κανένα πρόβλημα σε οτιδήποτε !

The hosts were very kind and helped us with everything we needed, from good restaurants to museum recomandations. The location is central, 3 minutes fron St Mark square, but quiet in the same time. Totally recommend it for a lovely trip to Venice.

Für uns war alles perfekt - Menschen mit Gehbehinderung könnten sich schwertun, da die Unterkunft im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug liegt.

Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. - Sehr günstige Lage für Unternehmungen, Vaporetto Anlagestelle fast vor der Haustür und ganz nah am Marcusplatz in einer kleinen Gasse. Die Inhaberinnen und Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbreit. Geben gerne Tipps. Das Frühstück konnte man am Vortag auswählen und in gemütlichem Ambiente verspeisen. 2 Dachterrassen vervollständigen den Aufenthalt. Hotel befindet sich im 3. Stock. Man sollte keine Beschwerden beim Treppensteigen haben. Nicht für Gehbehinderte geeignet.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring the city. Just a heads-up: it's located on the third floor of a charming old Venetian palace, so we recommend bringing light luggage and being in reasonably good shape to manage the stairs. Overall, a wonderful experience!"

Not three flights but six to our room. The lights on these stairs was timed and shut off quickly…so we had to navigate in the dark in the early morning and at nite! Very dangerous! Also I had a fall on an excursion… my cut was bandaged . Unfortunately blood soiled the sheet and comforter and Linens were left soiled and not changed! Only the bed was made!This is preposterous and not sanitari to say the least !

Un petit placard, une étagère supplémentaire dans la salle de bain seraient souhaitables. Mais dès le 2eme jour, sans demander, nous avons eu des cintres supplémentaires, preuve d'une attention particulière apportée aux clients.

We go personal attention and help with activities, water taxi and breakfast. Would stay again. Everything was great, but as mentioned in the description, it’s on the third floor with lots of steps. The attention to details, the excellent cleaning, beautiful design and colour of the room. Good breakfast. Very well positioned for visiting the main attractions and to reach out to the vaporettos water station. We will come back to Aquamare. Nothing to highlight here, except that you need to come during spring, not late June.

The location is perfect, especially if you’re short on time in Venice. Everything was clean, thoughtful, and beautifully done. Luana is a wonderful host who truly made the experience special. If you’re considering it, don’t hesitate, just book it.
• Jeffrey (10/5): A hidden gem in the center of Venice - Facilities were excellent. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Although not very large in size, still was spacious enough to be feeling very comfortable. Bathroom was gorgeous. Far above the standards that we have seen for Europe. The entire staff was lovely. Luana and Margarita made the experience very pleasant. They were Very helpful with arranging for Water taxis To get us from the train station to the hotel and back. Also, gave us good recommendations for restaurants in the area. Also, the included breakfast was very delicious and gave a good variety to select from. The only negative about the property is the fact that there are a number of stairs from the entrance up to the third-floor of the B and B without any lift. Obviously, carrying luggage was more challenging in those situations. But not much you can do about that.

Charming and welcoming small property with personal attention, lovely roof terraces & breakfast there too. Could not fault the location and helpfulness of Margarethe and Luana! For such a well appointed boutique bed and breakfast, there was a surprising lack of furniture and storage space for clothing. We were given more hangers, but there were no drawers for smaller items.

Marguerita was fantastic, pleasant, charming, helpful and always going the extra mile to make sure our first visit to Venice was excellent. She made several suggestions for restaurants as well as a suggestion to visit the mercato (early morning fish market). We took her up on some of her suggestions, including the fish market, and they all were exceptional. Our room and the common areas were all impeccable and very tastefully done. All in all a top-notch experience, highly recommend and we'll be returning! Nothing.

Wonderful, friendly hosts who recommended local sights and places to eat. Wonderful selection of breakfast foods, from eggs, to cereals and pastries. Beautiful roof terraces to enjoy a coffee or a spritz in the afternoon, and take in the magnificent views. Highly recommended, would love to visit again. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)
• Angela (10/5): A real treat in a great location - What a lovely little B&B, in a great location. The property was traditional, with lovely features with the beamed ceiling and wooden shutters. It was spotlessly clean and nothing was to much for the hosts. From sending photos of how to find the property (we arrived on a night flight) to advice on sightseeing. Breakfast was plentiful with always the offer of more. We would definitely return.
• Αθανασιοσ (10/5): An exceptional, customer-focused boutique b&b. Highly recommended. - Perfect room, Spotlessly clean facilities, Freshly made, served breakfast (to your preferences). Within 5-10 minutes on foot you can reach everything (most major landmarks, restaurants, bars, cicchetterias, shops) Easy access (2 minutes on foot) from S.Zacharias Alilaguna Station (arriving from / departing to airport). The description of the room and facilities was accurate in Booking, and we received clear instructions / guidance from Aquamare prior arrival. Last but not least, Luana and Margherita are excellent hosts and made our stay easier and more enjoyable (by suggesting routes, shortcuts, city-spots and restaurants, so we did not waste our time and avoided tourist-traps!) Luana e Margherita, ci vediamo la prossima volta a Venezia.
