We felt like privileged guests who's standing and every requests were treated as important and fulfilled with excellence. Room and guest services, concierge, all of the staff but especially house keeping and maids were excellent. I would recommend this hotel as a wonderful stay in the center of florence, with a location well suited to visiting the historic Florence and main shopping streets yet surprisingly quiet. The grand Hotel Adriatico is definitively over-performing its 4 star class.

- ΙΟ. (3/5): - I stayed at this hotel for the second time. First time I rated the hotel with 9 stars because I thought that what happened next was just a mistake. I chose it for the second time for its location and for its polite staff. The first time after I left I faced a problem with double charging in the room. After talking to my bank, I contacted the hotel and they informed me that they had no idea. Finally I disputed the transaction with my bank and managed to get my money back. I said that it was a mistake and that these things happen and that it doesn't matter. So now the second time I chose the same hotel, exactly the same thing happened. I contacted my bank again who informed me that they had charged double the amount. I contacted the hotel and again they didn't know anything not did they try to find out what the problem was with their billing system. I finally understood that this is their policy. They are unprofessional and try to scam their customers. Be very careful if you choose to stay there.

- Alan (7/5): A low end 4 star hotel with little or no elegance. Friendly enough - Location was very good. Not far from train station and attractions al within walking distance. Local area has many small shops and supermarkets for water but not all sell alcohol as they are halal. Bit dated. Stated iron in room but all that was present was an old trouser press. For the most part staff were good but the Monday morning breakfast was a bad experience. The person running the service seemed flustered curt and staff not as attentive as other mornings. We got no tea or coffee until we were about to leave when it did come they brought no milk so we left with no drinks. This was only one morning but it was our busiest day we started having to find and buy our own morning drinks.

- Marion (9/5): Wunderbares Hotel in Florenz - Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage für einen Florenz Urlaub. Schöne Zimmer, wunderbare Betten. Köstlicher Espresso zum Frühstück. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Zum Duschen musste man in eine Wanne steigen. Kleine Spritzschutzwand. Nach dem Duschen stand das Bad „unter Wasser“. Tat und auch für das Reinigungspersonal leid. Da das anscheinend immer vorkommt, war die Tür von der Innenseite unansehlich. Aufgequollen und gerissenes Türblatt.

Не было тапочек в номере, не было зубной пасты, всего 2 маленькие бутылочки с водой за 9 дней ,сантехника не совсем с порядке , проступала вода в ванной комнате на полу . Не поздравили меня с днем рождения .

- Shmarissa (9/5): - The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the hotel is in a great location. It is close to the train station and other great locations. The cleaning staff did a great job on our room it was nice to come back to after a long day site seeing. The bed was not very comfortable.

- Fradi0905 (9/5): Sehr tolles Erlebnis, gerne jederzeit wieder! - Die Zimmer sind schön, geräumig, sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Das Personal ist topp und sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Tolles Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Super Lage, alles sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen, was es an Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt.

- Cdninthisworld (10/5): Perfect place for 4 days in Florence - The Grand Hotel Adriatico is well situated walking distance from the tram, the train station, and the river making it a great location to get around. The hotel staff are courteous and efficient. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Having breakfast included was a great value with lots of shops and restaurants close by to pick up produce and other provisions for the rest of the day. There are a lot of tourists so booking entry tickets is advised. So much to see without going into places made the most of a short trip.

No noise from the street. The hotel is quite old and its best years are long gone. The rooms are evidently dated and not much soundproofed. Mattresses should have been changed years ago. The breakfast choices are very limited.

- Mia (10/5): Wonderful stay, great parking option - The staff were great to our kids and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. We also liked that they had a parking space as we drove to the hotel. Everything was great.

- Claudiane (9/5): Ótima acomodação - Gostei da recepção, do café da manhã com várias opções, da localização bem próxima a estação de trem o que nos facilitou com as bagagens, cama confortável, quarto grande, secador de cabelo, banheiro espaçoso. Escorre um pouco de agua na altura da portinha da banheira, mas nada não contornavel e o ar condicionado que não funciona, a temperatura é ambiente, mas o tempo favoreceu e ficou tudo perfeito.
