It was quiet and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Please provide at least 4 four cups in the room. We were a family of four but there are only two cups provided. As it is somewhat of a self-catering option providing a little dishwashing liquid and a sponge or cloth would also be appreciated. We did not like leaving dirty dishes behind and had to rinse them off and reuse.

- William (10/5): Home away from home when travelling - Amazing staff, I have been using this hotel for the past 3 years when I visit a few times each year. It is actually condo full mini apartment flat with kitchen sink , microwave, fridge and plates etc. kitchen table. Nice balcony for each unit. They have family 2 bedroom suites with 2 bathrooms as a full apartment with kitchen and living room as well above foyer. Price is VERY reasonable. Park your car under your condo , nice set up. The abandoned mall used for paint ball activities behind the hotel is a little ugly and the small river smells sometimes. That’s the only down side. I still feel at home and will go back again. Staff treat me like family, they remember me and go out of their way to help. Top manager Brownwin and her entire team are very friendly and professional. It’s a very quiet location and for me is perfect when using Ubers to travel as a Canadian visiting . Safe, quiet , food is amazing, and close to Eastgate and Bedfordview main shopping malls with easy uber pickup.

The staff is really friendly and know customer care I have a room preference, not on the ground floor, this is where I was put. There was a brocken door that took city lodge 3 days to fix not to mention ants on the level I was given

The instinct of the hotel staff is not to be helpful, in fact very cold and uninterested at times especially the gladies at the Reception, otherwise it was good value for money. There were also mosquitoes in the room.

I booked a shuttle to the airport, which never arrived. However, the manager herself drove me to the airport.

Super friendly, helpful staff, beautiful reception, venue, dining room area, amazingly spacious suite!! :-) I would include a dish drying cloth and salt and pepper, possibly Nescafe coffee sachets. Unfortunately the outlook was awful-the building opposite has been neglected and is an eye-sore; its as if the hotel is in a bad part of the city. If fast growing pepper or viburnum trees could be planted next to the hotel property fence, this would create a beautiful vista and block the immensely ugly view, otherwise a fantastic facility with covered parking directly outside the unit with extra covered parking. - Kasongo (9/5): Wonderful peaceful stay - The space, comfort and overall facilities The first attendant at restaurant did not know what was on the food menu. Please check for my medicine in Room 1 (Flustat, Strepsils, Betamox, eucalyptus). I didn't find it upon my arrival at home.
