- Konstantina (10/5): - The room was adequate in size, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The temperature in the room was perfect throughout our stay, making it even more relaxing. We also appreciated the small amenities such as the boiler for coffee or tea, along with the complimentary coffee and tea bags provided in the room. Everyone was extremely polite, welcoming, and always willing to help from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel was also excellent, situated in a great neighborhood with very easy access to both buses and the metro, making it convenient to explore the city. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris!!!!🤗

- Naòmi (10/5): Une bonne adresse à Paris! - J'ai apprécié la réception ouverte 24 heures, la gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel, les services supplémentaires rendus (ils ont gardé mes bagages pendant toute la journée et appelé un taxi). Ma chambre donnait sur le jardin, ce qui était un luxe. La situation géographique est idéale pour qui sait apprécier la présence des artistes dans ce quartier (Brassens y a passé plusieurs années), le quartier est multiculturel, ce qui nous valait d'excellents boulangers libanais à côté. La station de métro la plus proche (Plaisance) vous emmène souvent directement aux musées et aux théâtres. J'aurais aimé un placard, mais ce n'est pas grave.

Vicino metro n.12 e con fermate bus vicine. Avevo gia' soggiornato in questo hotel e ci sono tornata volentieri. L'illuminazione della stanza era carente (stanza singola interna, 5 piano), soprattutto nel bagno dove non c'e' luce sullo specchio e quindi è difficile truccarsi. Non tutti i giorni la bustina di te'/caffe' consumata era sostituita.

Honestly even the room was bigger than I expected of a Paris hotel. The ventilation in the room wasn't so great, the air was really stuffed, especially in the night. We opened the window to counter it but it also can get a bit loud from the street (when the window is closed it's not noisy).

- M T MICKI (8/5): - Wonderful quiet room with opening windows onto courtyard. Housekeeping found me a blanket, even though the desk said that was not possible. Housekeeping did not restock coffee and cream and front desk said that was because I had Do not clean room sign up, but that was not the case. Also, when I had the do not disturb sign up, housekeeping opened my door. Luckily I was not naked at the time!

- Ксения Мартуль (10/5): Сozy hotel, perfect Parisian atmosphere, and warm memories we will cherish for a long time - We could see the Eiffel Tower (and Montparnasse Tower) right from our room window! The location is fantastic: two metro lines (13 and 4) are nearby, as well as supermarkets, cafes, and coffee shops. There is also a lovely square, a park, and Montparnasse Cemetery within walking distance, along with the historic cafe once visited by Akhmatova and Modigliani. The hotel itself is small and cozy. The room had a very comfortable bed, a safe, and even bath salts, which was such a nice touch. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Even without booking breakfast, guests could always enjoy complimentary croissants at the reception and relax on the charming inner terrace. Thank you for the wonderful experience you gave me and my mother - we will remember our stay here very warmly. We missed having a refrigerator in the room, but it was not a big issue.

Comme je l'ai montré au personnel d'accueil, le drap qui couvrait le sommier était sale : de nombreux cheveux étaient cachés entre le matelas et le sommier, et une énorme tâche brune se trouvait sur ce drap de sommier, avec des petites tâches de moisi, ce qui est inacceptable. Après recherche, nous suspectons une (ancienne) invasion de punaises de lit qui aurait été traitée, mais ce n'était pas propre. Nous avons pris nos dispositions en rentrant et en traitant nos affaires pour absolument éviter tout désagrément lié à l'éventuelle présence de punaises de lit. De plus, la douche est très étroite pour quelqu'un de plus d’1m75. Chambre trop chère pour la prestation.

- Bahareh (3/5): Fake Deluxe Zimmer - Personal war freundlich, der Herr beim Check-in konnte allerdings kaum Englisch. Wir haben ein Delux Zimmer mit Stadtsicht & Badewanne gebucht. Es war das teuerste Zimmer. Dieses haben wir allerdings nicht erhalten. Beim Check-in sagte mir der Mitarbeiter, dass wir das Beste Zimmer haben. Es war sehr dunkel mit Blick in den engen, dunklen Innenhof. Keine Badewanne. Nur ein Minibad mit extrem kleiner Dusche. Obwohl ich schlank bin, konnte ich mich kaum darin bewegen. Der Mitarbeiter ließ nicht mit sich reden. Es gäbe kein anderes Zimmer. Sehr schade. Das Hotel hält nicht das, was es verspricht.
