Friendly staff. The carpet in the bedroom is very dark so it could look so much better if it was lighter in color.

• XavierK807 (10/5): One weekend in Paris - We choose this hotel due of his central situation in the heart of Paris. The hotel is located in a little quiet street but with limited parking for your car. I would recommend you to park just around the corner in the parking of the Place Vendôme. Once back to the reception, we were warmly welcomed and our room was directly available. The hotel has limited capacity with nice decorated rooms. Our room was great, very clean and a street view. In the morning we enjoyed our breakfast in the basement, not very big, but cosy. The buffet was not the biggest one, but the choice was of great quality! For Paris, I can absolutely recommend this hotel…..
• Ahmet Ramazan (3/5): This place isnt worth of ypur money.. - Location was nice There was construction at the facility during our stay, and there was so mıch noise, it made our stay very uncomfortable. And the rooms are much smaller than seen on the photos. At our last day, we were just 5 minutes late for check-out and resepcionist lady were so rude with her warnings considering hotels discomfort of noise, she was so rude and mouthful about 5 minute lateness. I do not recommend this hostel kind of place to anyone

• PeterG873 (10/5): Lovely stay - Polite and friendly welcome. All staff interactions were brilliant. Booked a Deluxe Room and I think received a Deluxe Room but it was much bigger than expected. I thought we had been upgraded to a suite. Welcome quality chocolates and biscuits with note. Welcome drinks in the app at a simple but relaxing bar downstairs. The property was great. Small (21 rooms), named after the author Stendhal - each of the rooms is named after one of his books. Location is brilliant - easy walk to 4 metro stations that cover many different lines so we were about to get anywhere we wanted without changing lines. This includes several train stations and airports. Very convenient for getting around. Room was incredibly quiet and ours faced an inner courtyard, but the street is fairly quiet and wouldn’t be an issue at night. Wifi excellent, aircon ok. Plenty of restaurants, attractions and shops nearby. Breakfast room was small, breakfast was simple but very high quality including freshly cooked eggs. All staff super friendly. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

• keith (8/5): - This is a smallish designer hotel just off the prestigious Place Vendome. Rooms are not large but done up nicely and the bathroom was pretty roomy. Lots of eating places nearby and two metro stops within 5 minute walk.
• crdaus (4/5): Over priced Pensione. - Small boutique hotel - more of a Pensione - but well located. This is a 3 star hotel masquerading as a four star. I’ve stayed here before, but this time the wear and tear is beginning to show. My room was tiny with limited storage, poor lighting, and the bathroom poorly ventilated. Also, window looked out onto a noisy construction site. Fancy toiletries and coffee making machine does not justify the ridiculously high tariff which seems to be almost double what is was on my previous stay two and a half years ago. Paris is expensive but this is ridiculous.

Sensibly priced by local standards - it's a 3 min walk to the Ritz at €1,000 per night

Not really a hotel - limited facilities - but very clean, friendly staff and far more cost effective than nearby hotels. This was my 2nd visit and it won’t be my last

• ianwebb75 (8/5): Great location and good service. - The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to all the main sites. Rooms are on the small side, but quite clean. Bathroom was clean, but the bath tub/shower is quite high, so if you had knee issues or mobility issues, it may be a bit of a struggle. Breakfast each morning was great, served quickly. Had an issue with a leak in the bathroom, but was rectified quickly and efficiently. Bed was comfortable and allowed a good nights sleep. Overall a nice stay and would happily stay here again.

• european-traveler101 (10/5): Pleasant hotel - We only stayed one night. One issue was the noise. In the middle of the night, we heard banging and drilling (or was it moving furniture?) above our room. When we told the front desk in the morning, the person said that the neighbors across the street do work at night. But our room was not facing the street, instead it was at the back of the hotel. Otherwise, it is nice to have a double door between the room and the hallway to limit noise from the hallway. Our deluxe room was spacious, the rain shower was great with good products (clarins). The bed was king size and very confortable with a selection of hard and soft pillows. The hotel is also environmentally minded (avoiding plastic and using recyclable pods).

• 550carlosl (10/5): outstanding hotel ! - Many times in Paris and just bthe first time we stayed at this Hotel. It was a wonderful expereience and could not be a better place to enjoy Paris. The location is superb, just ba few steps form the magnificent Place Vendome and the Opera Garnier. The service was exceptional and the rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. we hope to come back to this hotel during our next stays in Paris!

• 755colleenw (10/5): Great small hotel in a great location. - The rooms were well decorated. Super comfortable bed with soft linens. Selection of pillow types was nice. Great for a stay in Paris. Location conveniently located near opera and vendome area. Some trendy bakeries nearby. Personal notes in the room were nice with a little welcome gift. Only downside was the tub was very high and hard for my handicap father to use.

The room was the nicest thing about the breakfast - exposed brick walls in a cellar. The English Breakfast tea that was served to us tasted horrible. The fruit in a cup tasted sour and unpleasant. The granola wasn't nice.
• Thomas (10/5): An excellent hotel - A quaint (in a good way) little hotel in downtown Paris - really little, since they only have 21 rooms in total. The staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The local neighbourhood has plenty of cafes and bistros, so no need to go hungry or thirsty, and many of the sights in the centre of Paris (the Opera, Galeries Lafayette, Jardin des Tuileries, the Louvre, etc.) are within easy walking distance. Well, if I had to mention something, it's the fact that (in my room, at least), the toilet and the sink/bath were in separate rooms - something I'm not used to, and which therefore seemed a bit inconvenient.

• WingWingOne (8/5): second visit, nice small hotel - Second visit in 2 years timen ,and not much has changed. Staff were again very friendly and helpful. It's a small hotel, only 3-4 rooms per floor. The rooms were ok, good size for center Paris. . Bed comfort was very good. Small bathroom with bath and rain shower above the bath. Single sink. Toilet in bathroom, this should be seperate in this hotelclass. There was a little hall, which was useless as there were even no clothhangers in there. The decor of the rooms is very warm and cozy. Minus: Elevator is centrally located to the 4 rooms, and next to our room. So you can hear the elevator going up and down all the time. Wifi was good We didn't take breakfast as there are plenty of good places nearby. Location of the hotel, walking distance to Tuileries, Opera, Printemps, Louvre. And 500 m from some important metro lines. Overall, apart from some minor comments, we had a very pleasant stay in this hotel that is located perfectly.
• MartijndD1971 (10/5): Lovely boutique hotel - Second visit. 2nd times as good as the first. Got the same room, which I appreciated. Lovely room in terms of decor/design, all works fine, no noises, close to all major sights (not of interest to me as this was a business trip). Check in could be more efficient but I was very late so all good.
• mvuy (10/5): Great stay! - Great Accor hotel with great service. We truly enjoyed staying at this hotel due to the prime location and comfort. Room is bigger than most boutique hotels in Paris, it was clean and chic. The bed was a real king bed, it was huge and probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I also love that it’s walking distance to shops and a lot of good restaurants. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant to talk to. Will definitely stay in this hotel again when I’m back in Paris.

It was a small boutique hotel with only 21 rooms so not very crowded and cosy atmosphere. It would come down to personal preferences. Did not have the breakfast as thought it was a little expensive. Room sizes typical of Paris hotel accommodation unless you want to pay for 5 star.
