• halima (6/5): not great - Location is very good There was a really bad smell in the bathroom not sure if its a drain issue. Sink smelled really bad i nearly vomitted couple times. The shower also did not drain all the water. I had a disabled friendly room however the shower not draining the water made it difficult for me to manouvre in the bathroom, and risk of falling was very high as i kept slipping.

• Pippa (7/5): Great location if you don’t want to be in the middle of London without any hassle of commuting in and out - We weren’t sure of the location but it is a 10 minute walk from Canary Wharf so ideal for the Elizabeth line straight into London and getting tube back from O2. Personally had no issues with anything

• Martin (9/5): Fantastic team, perfect stay!! - Staff are a credit to the hotel, so helpful, welcoming, informative and friendly. The room was comfortable and pristine clean. Well done folks!! Breakfast was full of choice, but the cooked offering was consistently cold and the scrambled egg was not pleasant at all I'm afraid, even at 0630.

• Katie (4/5): Overpriced - The location was good, about 10/15 minute walk from Elizabeth/jubilee line. The bed was comfortable and the curtains blocked the light well. Everything was clean on arrival. Shower tray very slippery when wet, fell over badly when showering. The air conditioning didn’t work and the days we stayed were hot, we asked reception and left for the day. When returning the front desk didn’t know whether or not anything had been done, when we went to our room someone had obviously been in the room and left the heating on all day so we went back to a hot room with still no air conditioning. We also didn’t have a working tv, same again as above. Receptionist didn’t know anything about it being fixed. When tried on return it turned on and then wouldn’t work at all apart from the off button on the back. Found it overpriced for the state of the room and lack of air conditioning, tv etc.

• Stephanie (5/5): Would never stay in an ibis again - Good location Our toilet didn't flush and there is no phone in the room so this meant having to go back down to reception, twice because the first time we were told someone would come up and never. The member of staff from the front desk who did eventually come up was rather rude! They swapped our room eventually. There was no iron in the room, they had an ironing room but the iron was rubbish and a complete waste of time! Not to mention the room wasn't clean and was filled with empty plastic water bottles everywhere that people had clearly used to fill up the iron. There were some contractors working in the corridors and their stuff was everywhere we had to step over it every time we had to walk through there

• ENCARNACION (5/5): - El desayuno es sencillo pero está bien, hay un poco de todo. El lugar está limpio y la decoración es moderna. Reservé dos noches y como las habitaciones eran diferentes tuve que cambiar de habitación, podrían habernos dado la misma para las dos noches. La habitación es pequeña, el barrio horrible, es un hotel solo para ir a dormir porque alrededor no hay absolutamente nada, tampoco hay buena conexión con el O2 arena. El personal atento, pero un poco despreocupado, les pedimos para llamar un taxi y me dieron una tarjeta para que llamara yo. La habitación es muy pequeña. Había un ruido de cañería en el baño, que solucionaron, pero nos hizo perder tiempo. No volvería ni al hotel ni al barrio.

• Hanna (9/5): - Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man eine Veranstaltung in der O2-Arena besucht und trotzdem gut in die Stadt kommen möchte. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich in Ordnung. Es ist einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Es steht täglich Tee und Kaffee mit Wasserkocher bereit. Das Hotel konnte nichts dafür, aber über unseren Aufenthalt war die direkte Tube-Linie gesperrt, weshalb wir nicht direkt vor der Tür einsteigen konnten und deshalb musste ich mit operiertem Knie länger laufen als geplant. Das hätte ich gerne vorher gewusst. Die Einzelbetten waren etwas schmal, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

• Sophie (4/5): - * The towels provided in the room were dirty on arrival. * The bed linen on the sofa bed had a very unpleasant smell, similar to sour milk, making it unusable. * The water from the bathroom tap was discoloured and had a strong odour resembling eggs, which was extremely concerning. * The electrical sockets in the room were not working. When a member of staff attended to fix this, they removed a panel in the bathroom wall, causing debris and stones to fall out. * Although some of the debris was briefly swept aside, we were assured the area would be properly cleaned while we were out. We informed reception when we left; however, upon returning, the mess had not been properly cleaned.

• Amy (7/5): Pleasant and comfortable. Possibly a little expensive but no complaints regarding facilities - Room was clean, comfortable and functional for our purpose. Not many staff seen but those we did encounter were were friendly and courteous. A good location for the O2 but wouldn’t recommend for solo travellers due to the secluded underpass between the train and hotel. I would not have felt comfortable walking there alone. Hotel is easy to find and close enough to the venue without being in the midst of the chaos.

• Lisa (3/5): underwhelming - Front desk man was helpful and friendly Room smelt of strong sick and sewage, kitchen oven wasn't working and no food available (oven broken), breakfast was sparse and we were told we hadn't paid for it, after being left to believe we had on booking, called ahead to ask if free car park, told yes, but on arrival not the case. Generally vey poor hotel, I found bed ok, but partner said like sleeping on a slab. Bathroom dirty and like a porta loo.

• Kirk (8/5): A great base for a O2 Arena visit. - The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A good location for an O2 trip. Room wasn't a bad size. Breakfast is a reasonable price and good quality. Some of the room's electricals were a bit questionable, Door Key slot was coming away from the wall, and the Desk light's power lead was hanging out the fitting with too much of the outer sheath removed, so the internal cable were exposed, (although the copper was not exposed so still safe)

• Daniel (8/5): Jederzeit wieder 😊 - Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen zu den öffentlichen Nahverkehrssystemen (Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, DLR 2 min zu Fuß, Jubilee Line 10Min zu Fuß, ElizabethLine 12Min zu Fuß). Das Frühstück war ok. Das Zimmer war geräumig (für eine Person groß, zu zweit absolut ausreichend). Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Hotel ist für Touristen und Business-Trips sehr zu empfehlen. Einzige Minus-Punkt, das Hotel ist 100% cashless. Bezahlen geht nur mit Karte.
