- Laura (8/5): - Lokatie, mooie ruime kamer, koffie hoekje. De bedden was raar opgemaakt dekbed overdwars en als je beweegt, beweegt de andere ook met je mee. Bed was niet echt stabiel. En wat we apart vonden standaard wordt de kamer niet schoongemaakt we moesten zelf aangegeven wanneer we deze schoongemaakt wilde hebben. Zelf zou ik het anders overbrengen naar de klant.

- Nikhil (9/5): - Everything was good, excellent room and facilities, helpful and courteous staff. Convenient and well connected location. The entrance to the hotel is quite confusing for the first time, it is through a shopping alley and at the end there were always homeless people drunk and passed out on the floor no matter what time of day, this was very unpleasant and the local authorities should look into this as this was quite unsafe.

The in-bath showers has a high step up and the flat floor of the bath is narrow and could be precarious. Breakfast is good, replenished frequently. Would appreciate some bacon next time! Sure you had bacon one time before. With location on Mariahilfegasse you cannot go wrong, so central for everything and a 2minute walk to the u-Bahn The room is a bit outdated and we were not comfortable with the man who hangs around in the passageway through to Mariahilfegasse.

- Anat (10/5): - חדר ענק מחולק לסלון וחדר שינה. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. המיקום על מריה הילפר מעולה אבל פנימי ושקט. הרחובות בצד השני מקסימים ושווה לשוטט בהם. צמוד לתחנת רכבת תחתית. החדר נקי אך לא חדש והעיצוב פשוט ופרקטי. נקיון כל 4 ימים. אם רוצים יותר יש לבקש בקבלה ערב לפני. היינו מאד מרוצים מהחדר גם כך.

Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et vraiment excellent, le personnel très sympathique et très professionnel. Tout était vraiment parfait et les amis à qui nous voulions faire découvrir Vienne étaient heureux, tant au niveau de l'hôtel que de la ville en elle-même. Je ne réponds que pour moi mais je ne vois pas ce qui pourrait être amélioré. A mon avis, ne changez rien, soyez toujours avenant et professionnel, nous reviendrons.

- Marco (8/5): Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo per visitare la città - Camera molto ampia e silenziosa, con acqua e biscottini di benvenuto. Pulizia ok. Struttura comoda per visitare la città, è vicinissima a una strada piena di negozi e a poca distanza a piedi dal quartiere dei musei. Nei dintorni c'è tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno: fermata metro e tram, supermercati, centro commerciale, ristoranti e cafè. Il collegamento che porta all'ingresso della struttura dall'interno della stazione della metro non è bellissimo per la tipologia di persone che lo frequenta (che comunque non hanno mai dato fastidio). Inoltre, il passaggio di sera è chiuso quindi non lo si "affronta". Tra l'altro questo passaggio è un plus che permette di tagliare i tempi per arrivare alla metro e alla via principale ma tuttavia non è l'ingresso principale dell'hotel (come dichiarato anche da loro). Se lo si vuole prendere lo si fa per comodità personale ma l'hotel non ha responsabilità.

- Donato (9/5): - Colazione ottima e abbondante, la posizione dell'hotel era comoda per muoversi con i mezzi, l'ambiente è stato tranquillo. La pulizia della camera era ogni quattro giorni e noi non l'abbiamo mai avuta dato che avevamo un soggiorno di sole tre notti.

- Andrea (8/5): Super! - La stanza era enorme, pulita e confortevole. Avevo chiesto 2 letti singoli ma ce ne hanno dato uno matrimoniale, ma non è stato un problema. Letto e cuscini davvero comodissimi. Molto apprezzati anche i wafer e l'acqua di benvenuto in camera.

- Bernhard (5/5): Das Hotel hat die besten Jahre hinter sich- ich buche nicht mehr dort - Die Lage ist grundsätzlich sehr gut. U wenige Schritte entfernt. Ich komme bereits seit vielen Jahren immer wieder in das NH Wien City. Was soll ich sagen: Die Einrichtung hat den zenit schon weit überschritten, Zur Begrüßung warten dann am Abend die Obdachlosen vor dem Hoteleingang, Zigaretten Kippen wohin man schaut und ein Gestank in der passage (zugang zur mariahilfer straße) das es einem den Magen umdreht. Aber der Zugang ist dann eh von 22 Uhr bis ca. 10 Uhr geschlossen. Sodass die gute Lage des Hotels relativiert wird. Und dann der neueste Schmäh des Hotels : wir haben uns der Umwelt .... deshalb Zimmerreinigung nur nach Wunsch des Gastes .... Ich sehe das als weitere Gewinnoptimierung auf kosten des Gastes zudem ja auch ausserhalb der Zimmer nur sehr spärlich gereinigt wird. Das Hotel vermittelt leider keinen guten Eindruck mehr. Preis/Leistung geht gar nicht. Da gibt es rundherum bessere Möglichkeiten. Ich werde dieses Hotel jedenfalls nicht mehr buchen.

El hotel nos explicó que esa es su política. Consecuencia, no volveré a escoger NH NUNCA La oferta era con desayuno incluido, reservamos dos habitaciones para dos adultos, y al llegar al hotel resulta que el desayuno es solo para uno de los huéspedes de cada habitación, por supuesto con el correspondiente gasto inesperado. El hotel nos explicó que esa es su política. Consecuencia, no volveré a escoger NH NUNCA
- Sandra (8/5): Bra läge, nära till shopping, uban och många fina attraktioner! - Stora utrymmen, badkar finns så skönt att bada efter en hel dag vandring, två styckna tv i varje rum. Kylen var super bra att förvara drickor. Läget mycket bra och nära allt shopping. Det luktar gott när man kommer in till hotellet receptionen men kanske för stark doft! Bäddsoffan på rummet var väl använd och lite halv dålig. Städning var fjärde dag om man inte sa till om extra städ i receptionen..

- Danyela (7/5): - המיקום ממש מרכזי בסמוך לקו המטרו. צוות נחמד ושרותי. אוכל טעים. חדר מרווח מאובזר עם מיני בר, קומקום וכספת. מלון שקט למשפחות. הזמנו חדר ל3 אנשים וכאשר הגענו בלילה הייתה חסרה שמיכה שלישית ומגבות. הספה הנפתחת פחות נוחה. טוש במקלחת היה שבור. כל זה טופל באופן מיידי אחרי פניה לקבלה.

- Sigal (3/5): Our stay at the hotel was very disappointing. - Great location. Nearby the metro station and the main shopping area. Our stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The property is outdated and extremely poorly maintained, the lobby and facilities look like they haven’t been renovated in decades, and the overall atmosphere is unpleasant. The level of cleanliness is low, giving a clear sense of ongoing neglect. In addition, personal security is lacking: there is no control over who enters the hotel, and it’s easy to access the elevators and move around freely without any staff supervision. The overall experience falls far below a reasonable standard.
- Gustavo Pelella (5/5): no volveria - hacia mucho calor y el aire acondicionado no estaba habilitado por la epoca, sufrimos muchisimo calor y teniamos que abrir las ventanas para que entre frio de afuera que hiciera tanto calor dentro de la habitacion y que no tuviera enchufes al lado de la cama de ambos lados, eso denota instalaciones viejas ademas la heladera no funcionaba y tuvimos que esperar 24 horas para que la cambien porque hay muy poca gente atendiendo.

- Chris_Baeriswyl (9/5): Hôtel idéalement situé avec un personnel à la hauteur des exigences, professionnel et très sympa - Le petit-déjeuner était particulièrement magnifique. Le personnel était à l'écoute et les produits étaient frais et vraiment excellents. La salle est grande et l'organisation du buffet parfaite. Chacun y trouve son compte sans stress. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, je pense qu'une machine à café style Nespresso (avec capsules) devrait être installé en lieu et place du café soluble. Lors de la réservation, j'ai commis une erreur sur la date. J'avais noté 3 nuits, du 16 au 19.04 mais, lorsque j'ai constaté mon erreur, j'ai immédiatement voulu changer et ajouter une nuit, Cela s'est fait dans les 10 minutes après avoir réservé. Je me suis heurté à un refus où je devais effectuer une nouvelle réservation. Je pense qu'il aurait été plus simple de modifier sans devoir refaire une réservation.

- Justin (2/5): Major disappointment - Location is obviously good. The breakfast was excellent. The room was terrible, with very old furnishing, dirt on the wall, dark and gloomy carpet and fittings, and no AC, ventillation, or temperature control.

- Jerzy Marcinko (9/5): - Jestem już któryś raz w tym hotelu i zawsze Jestem z pobytu zadowolony Lokalizacja obiektu znakomita,sniadania bardzo smaczne. Na pewno znowu powrócę. Znakomite jest to że można skorzystać na miejscu z parkingu Należy stwierdzić że wszystko co wcześniej wiedziałem o hotelu się potwierdziło. Jedynie trochę dłużej oczekiwałem na pokój. Brak ekspresu do kawy.

- Shahenaz (8/5): Pleasant stay - The location is very good close to shops and museums and underground. The breakfast is very good and a variety of choices. The room was a bit worn down. The window shades were broken. Staff tried to help us change to a better room, but there was no availability and by the time they found a better room, it was towards the end of our stay and we were lazy to move.

- Alexandra (5/5): - Η τοποθεσία το ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετική, πάνω σε κεντρικό εμπορικό πεζόδρομο με πολλές επιλογές καταστημάτων και φαγητού, και σε μικρή απόσταση από το κέντρο. Το ξενοδοχείο φάνηκε αρκετά basic αλλά αξιοπρεπές, το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, ακρετά ευρύχωρο και με μεγάλο μπάνιο. Δεν χρειαστήκαμε κάτι εξτρα. Το δωμάτιο χρειαζόταν έξτρα φωτισμό καθώς πέρα από μερικά σποτάκια στην είσοδο, στο υπόλοιπο δωμάτιο ο φωτισμός προερχόταν από τα πορτατίφ στα κομοδίνα, κάτι που δεν καλύπτει το μέγεθος του δωματίου. Κάποιες φορές χρειαζόταν να μένει ανοιχτό το φως του μπάνιου για λίγο έξτρα φωτισμό.
- Joana (5/5): - Great central location and friendly staff. Not up to NH standards. The rooms are old, and the bathrooms are in definite need of renovation. The hotel is clearly a combination of several buildings. The entrance via Mariahilfer Str. is horrible, and you have to go through a commercial gallery where we found homeless people lying down or smoking weed on more than one occasion. Entering via Lindegasse is way better/safer. The hotel staff was nice and helpful, but they are clearly understaffed. On three separate occasions, we went to the front desk and no one was there—just a sign saying, “We will be right back.”

Frühstück sehr gut, im Zimmer gibt es nur schlechten Empfang für das mobile phone. Man kann nur am Fenster stehend telefonieren. Garage hat enge Einfahrt, schmale Parkplätze
