Great restaurants that are walkable. Underground nearby made everything easy. But first and foremost the staff here at the hotel are superior! We were able to check in early to our room which was so helpful after a long flight. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again and will also recommend it to our friends! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Truly appreciate your help and kindness!

The staff are all wonderful, the hotel and bathrooms are spotless. This hotel is perfect it's walkable to most tourist spots in London, and public transportation is just around the corner! The coffee shop in the hotel lobby is also a plus! We will tell everyone who wants to stay in London to book this hotel! :)
- ashley (10/5): Perfect location - Page8 is extremely well located for easy access to all the sightseeing and a ton of great restaurants. Would absolutely stay there again. We also got in very early (9am) and were planning to just drop our bags, but we were actually able to check-in and get the room that early, which was really nice after flying for 9 hours. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful too.

- ANGEL OSVALDO GARCES (8/5): - Overall had a decent experience, but there were some issues in the room that affected my rest. One night, the smoke detector went off unexpectedly with a loud noise, waking us up even though there was no smoke. In addition, its flashing green light was pointed directly toward the bed, which made it difficult to sleep. The speaker Marshall worked inconsistently — sometimes it turned on, and other times it didn’t. On the last two days of my stay, the blackout blinds stopped working properly and remained halfway down, so the room could not be fully darkened. These problems made it harder to enjoy the nights at the hotel. I think with some maintenance and attention to these details, the stay could be much more comfortable.

Manager Afife and front desk specialist Salmon went above and beyond, and my stay at Page 8 totally exceeded my expectations.

- OSCAR (2/5): - Title: $500 a Night for “Flexibility”? Don’t Count On It. I always thought a hotel charging over $500 per night might understand the concept of hospitality—or at least basic flexibility. Silly me. Here’s the story: I originally booked Sept 8–11 at Page8, right in time for the Coldplay concert on the 8th. Then—surprise!—the show gets pushed to Sept 12 because of the Tube strike. Not exactly my fault, not exactly the band’s fault either. Life happens. So I politely asked Page8 to simply shift my booking to Sept 10–13. Same number of nights, same guest, same money (actually more money for them, since prices were higher). Their answer? A resounding “NO.” Apparently, the “flexible, guest-first” approach stops at their marketing slogans. The result? I had to make a second reservation (11–13) on top of my original booking, leaving me stuck with overlapping dates, unnecessary costs, and a logistical headache. Nothing says premium boutique experience like being nickel-and-dimed into paying twice for the same stay. Bravo, Page8. 👏👏👏 For a hotel that likes to position itself as modern, chic, and “attuned to guests’ needs,” the only thing they seemed attuned to was their cancellation policy. Spoiler: it’s written in stone, Moses-style. If you’re spending $500+ a night, you’d expect a little bit of understanding when extraordinary city-wide events literally make it impossible to attend what you came for. Page8, however, is here to teach you “customer service”!
- Robert (6/5): - A good local hotel within walking distance of Trafalgar Square and The Strand. However it is hugely let down by its own food facilities, the cafe in the building is tiny and they do not offer breakfast priority to guests and allow others to come in and take the limited tables. Some not even to work or meet up and just watch TV Shows on laptops. Guests should be able to enjoy food in the hotel first and foremost since they pay for the facility (hotel). The staff service is mix and match and one was of no help at all. Rooms have a smell - and they didn’t fix this, and are set to cold when you walk in by the housekeeping team! Will not be back again.

- Zelda (10/5): - Lovely boutique hotel! It’s in a prime bustling location next to the strand, national gallery, Trafalgar Square etc, but once you walk in the city melts away. My room was super quiet, the space was designed efficiently, all the staff were lovely, and I felt safe walking in the area at night as a solo woman traveler. When you come back from a long day of exploring make sure to get an affogato takeaway to enjoy in your room!

The hotel was in a great spot, central to shopping, restaurants, and theaters yet the interior of the hotel was so quiet and peaceful. The room was a good size and very clean with a beautiful bathroom. The little coffee shop in the lobby offered delicious pastries, coffee, and tea. I would absolutely stay here again.

The central location was great for walking around central London, and the train station is very close for getting to destinations further away. The coffee shop in the hotel is great. I caution anyone who wants to take advantage of the laundry service as it’s done by an outside company. We sent some clothing to LaundryHeap and had a horrible experience with them keeping the clothes for days longer than anticipated and not having a legit phone number to get in touch with them. The hotel staff resolved our issue before we departed London. I will definitely return to Page8!

Our room was perfect, good size, clean, very comfortable bed, decent size powerful shower and a double aspect view of the streets below, with electric black out blinds on all windows. The room was very well noise insulated and you could barely hear the outside world in such a busy, noisy part of London. Another nice touch, was a small free mini bar in the room as it was a deluxe double. We will definitely stay here again when visiting this part of London.

- silbestre (10/5): - Location can’t be any better and the hotel is really nice. The room was nicely appointed and elegant. There was a big group of us that rented several rooms and we all had good things to say about the rooms and location. Regarding staff and service, I rated them 4 out of 5 stars. Two issues: we did not have an iron in the room, so I called reception and was told they would bring me one up right away. After ten minutes, no one showed up so I called again and they told me they were bring one up right away. Again, no one showed up. I finally went downstairs and had to ask for it and they gave me one. I don’t have a problem going downstairs and getting an item myself, what I didn’t like was being lied to and told it was being sent up, when it wasn’t. Just be honest. If irons are not allowed in the rooms, then a great alternative is handheld steamers for clothes. I’ve seen and used them at several nice hotels in Europe. The second issue we had was when the staff denied us entry to the hotel lounge with some takeaway food we had purchased at a nearby restaurant. This was late at night and decided we would enjoy our food in the lounge where the tables to eat are located. The front desk staff told us we had to eat outside of the hotel or in rooms. This was just wild; we couldn’t in our own hotel that has tables and chairs for their guest to eat at. It’s not fun and or convenient eating food in hotel rooms. It was too cold to wat outside. Fix these couple of issues to make it 5/5
- Lori (10/5): - Staff was the nicest we ever had. Easy walk to Abbey, place and traglafar square. Great coffee shop, bar and sandwich shop downstairs. Didn’t try restaurant upstairs. Room was clean and comfortable. Recommend this hotel to all, they treated us like we were at the Ritz. 10/10 in all aspects, recommend to all families, business travelers and couples.

- Leanne (10/5): - A very cosy and sophisticated hotel set just a street from the national gallery and on the edge of soho this was a great base to explore London and the west end shows! Room was generous for a double, everything you need! Staff helpful and the immediate outdoor area felt safe even when we returned back late with children. The hotel coffee bar is wonderful but small and by 8.30am all the tables were taken. The breakfast offering was nice and low key but again if you are staying at the hotel you might struggle to get a table! Overall a perfect luxury and stylist hotel in a great location - thank you

Now that the rooftop bar has been added, it really does have everything you need for a wonderful stay in walkable distance to all things you want to do.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely as usual - My 4th stay at Page8 and I don’t think I could stay anywhere else. It is everything I need and want in a hotel. The only blip in my recent stay was that I had made separate bookings for my stay because I wasn’t sure how long I’d be in London initially — and during check-in, I was told the bookings couldn’t be combined and that I had to re-check in and be issued a new set of keys. Found that perplexing but that staff was 100% sure that it had to be done this way. However, in the morning, I spoke to a fantastically cheerful lady and she was able to combine it for me! I suppose she’s more experienced.

- Thomas (10/5): - I was surprised with how beautiful and high-end this hotel appeared the moment I walked in. I’ve stayed in more expensive, “higher-end” hotels in the area, and I’d prefer Page8. The styling of the rooms is so detailed and beautiful. The bathroom is stunning, and the products are amazing. The rooms are bright, and while compact, well appointed with good closets, great AC, a little fridge (in a drawer), a kettle, and even powered blackout shades. While there’s no gym or anything, the coffee shop has lots of options (including some food), and the staff are friendly and available to help with any questions you might have. To summarize, I am excited to find my new favorite London hotel!
