• Michael (10/5): - The room was modern and the facilities were excellent. We were all very happy to come home to this lovely apartment after a long day sight seeing. There were many shops and amenities nearby and the train station was too far and could be accessed mostly under cover via the shopping arcade. I don't really have any negative feedback, it was good value for money and very comfortable and met all of our needs.

• how (10/5): Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again on our next trip - We stayed for 5 nights at Comforts81 Shinsaibashi. I really liked the facilities and the room size, which was comfortable for our stay. The host was also very helpful and always available whenever we had any issues. The location is great, just a short walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street The only downside was that it could be a bit noisy at midnight, possibly due to lorries or nearby loading and unloading activities

Location was prime and the room was extremely clean. Perfect for my husband and I with our three children. We each had our own full size bed. I can’t think of something I didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

La posizione poi era ottima, in un minuto ti ritrovi nel centro di Osaka! La ventola del bagno era la cosa più fastidiosa, troppo rumorosa, ma facilmente isolabile dai letti.

Easy check-ins and friendly staff. Not much space to hang our clothes. Only 1 closet available but this did not impact our stay much.

• Heimgartner (5/5): Overall it was ok; the price definitely reflects the quality of the apartment, so I felt ok about everything. - I liked the location and the fact that it was an apartment with 4 beds; the shower was nice too; the staff let us check in early since the cleaning was done early; we were very appreciative of that. The dryer of the washing machine took forever to dry clothes, but I think this is the dryers in Japan are in general. Also the guests above us made lots of stomping noise between midnight and 3am since they had just gotten back to the property during those hours and it was very noisy.

The room is also very clean. but lat - This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in during my time in Japan. What's more, its location is extremely convenient. There are various subway stations within 5-8 minutes' walk from the hotel. There is a restaurant right downstairs. The rooms are extremely clean and the service attitude is particularly good. After checking out, there is also a luggage storage service. You can spend the whole day there and then come back to retrieve your luggage. Most importantly, I bought several items in the refrigerator but forgot to take them out. When checking out, I informed the front desk that I needed to retrieve the snacks from the refrigerator. However, they still failed to give them to me. But the hotel refunded 2000 yen to me. Very few hotels do this. It's because it was my fault and I didn't take them out. I'm very grateful for staying in your hotel. This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in during my time in Japan. What's more, its location is extremely convenient. • Elizabeth (8/5): Great location! - Location was right outside of the busy traffic of the Shinsaibashi shopping street. Only an 11 min walk from the running man and very central to everywhere we needed to go. The staff were friendly and accomodating.

• yiching (7/5): 地點超級好的公寓 - 地點非常非常方便, 離心齋橋超近, 逛累了買多了可以馬上回去, 步行兩分鐘內就可以到大創, 兩三家便利商店, 往南船場走還有一家兩層樓的大超市(KOHYO), 環境算安全, 街邊也乾淨. 行李可以免費寄放, 備品也可以自由取用. 床很好睡棉被也夠保暖. 沒有書桌, 餐桌, 衣櫥或者儲藏櫃, 只能坐地板靠著coffee table吃東西或者站著吃, 低樓層面對馬路的房間晚上還是會聽到聲音, 沙發床都凹陷了應該可以考慮換新的.
