- Carla (1/5): - Nothing Disabled bathroom was horrible. Dinner buffet is overpriced - 2 choices of meat and 3 choices of sides is NOT a buffet. Not even a roast. Vegetables were so raw, baby marrow still crunched, impossible to eat.

The couch on the pics looked great but quite flimsy in person. The view was the worst from the balcony. The surroundings overall are not so great.

- Janeline (4/5): I am sure that the hotel could do better if it lower it's prices and got more guests. - The staff were friendly, and it was quite clean. Checking in did not take us to long. There was a nice hairdryer in the bathroom. Unfortunately, there wasn't really anything we could order on the restaurant menu for dinner. The hotel was very empty and dew to their not being many guests, facilities in the hotel was not really available. We had to leave the premises to go buy cooldrink, which the driver of the hotel was only willing to do at an unreasonable cost. We could only get basic SABC TV channels and the fridge in the room was not working.

- Daniel (6/5): - I arrived late and had to be at the bus station at 6:30. I chose this hotel just because it had breakfast included. Even though I told them I needed an early breakfast, I had to leave without having had breakfast because breakfast only started at 6:30. A lot of hotels offer early breakfast in a paper bag with basic items for guests who need to leave earlier. They didn't do it even at my request.

- Gladys (10/5): - The hotel as a whole, the peace in it, the staff was amazing from the security to the reception, the cleanliness and the breath of fresh air received in the room I wish the breakfast can be eaten where it used to before going to the meridian room, I wish we got a body wash in the bathroom, I wish we could get plates, utensils and glasses upon arrival instead of us having to go ask for them in the reception, and please improve on your tv's into smart ones. Also the bar fridge is not good to keep things cold cause my ice cream melted whilee in the fridge, so please improve on that as well, above all we loved everything

Some electrical appliances like the kettle, fridge and hairdryer didn’t work. The kitchen tap didn’t have hot water.

We did not get some towels and we had wished that there was a mat to step on once we stepped out of the shower but besides this we were happy with everything. I was told Jonennesburg CBD is dangerous at night. The hotel is located in CBD so movement was very restricted at night for security purposes.
- stephanie (3/5): Vacances gâchés - Juste la taille des chambres Il n’y a pas les services annoncés sur le site Pas de bar , pas de snacking à la piscine , pas de bar ni transat pour se poser , le bar du rez de chaussée est très sombre n’a pas de bière et 1 seul vin a proposé !!! Bien sûr le plus cher au prix de France et lors que partout ailleurs c’est 3 fois moins cher . Le restaurant a proposé la carte que 1 soir ensuite buffet et ça pour moi c’est rédhibitoire .quand vous devez quitter la chambre à 10h quoi faire !!!?? Et bien vous vous ennuyer à la réception .en plus c’est impossible de sortir à l’extérieur , du coup il y a 2 repas où on a pas mangé, super les vacances . Je suis parti la dernière nuit pour un autre hôtel , moitié prix quartier sécurisé et piscine dans le jardin très agréable 😡
