- YuHsuan (10/5): Good location and enjoyed my stay - The room seems to have underwent some revamping; it looks fairly new, and there were thoughtful toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste, mouthwash, some of which are normally not provided by hotels unless you ask them. The complimentary bottled water was also a great plus. The bed was very comfy and the towels and bathrobe were thick and soft. The hotel is also close to the Exposition Park and several restaurants. Soundproofing not as good; can hear noises from the street at night, but usually hotels in downtown area are like this.

- Madrigal (6/5): - Property was very clean. Front desk concierge who “helped” check us in was rude. We checked in around 11:45 pm. He was rude when he said the system was down and he didn’t know what room to place us in. Had to wait 10 minutes for him to find a room, whole time he held no eye contact and after he checked us in and gave us room keys I said thank you and he did not respond.

- Joanne (8/5): Good location, reasonably priced, nice staff. - Room was a bit dated but clean and functional. Compared to some other similar hotels I stayed, I was happy with USC hotel. Breakfast had good selections, offered hot food options which was nice. My family was very pleasant with this. I didn't use the swimming pool but it looked clean and nice, there were other families hanging out as well. Check in process was quite delayed; but this was addressed by the front desk staff and I appreciated that.

- Corey (8/5): Comfortable, clean, with a nice vintage touch - This was a comfortable and clean hotel with lots of space and pretty much all the services you could ask for. I was particularly pleased with the Eames Lounge Chair which added a great vintage touch and found the mattress comfortable. The TV had fairly limited viewing options and functioned very slowly. I also found all the sports branding a little too much (it's fine in the corridors but keep the bedroom free from advertising).

- victoriavilbar (10/5): First time at USC hotel - Our room was clean. Though the bathroom is a little bit smaller. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Maybe the lobby sofas needed some fresh and updated upholstery. Otherwise, I highly recommend staying here.

Room we stayed in was a bit older - bathroom was outdated and room had a large air blower for air con - blowing cold air at you.

- Cuauhtemoc (4/5): It started great, check in was great. She was very friendly. The air conditioner situation ruined it - The hotel wasn't far from the event we attended. In the middle of the night, the wall-mounted air conditioner began making an extremely loud and alarming noise, which forced us to turn it off out of concern that it might explode. This left us without air circulation or cooling. We contacted the front desk, and we were informed that a maintenance ticket would be submitted. However, no one came to address the issue.

- Camper26418191126 (10/5): USC Hotel, a great experience! - The staff were great all around. Kenneth and Angel went out of their way to accommodate us. Our flight wasn’t till later in the evening and invited us to stay by the pool for a while till it was time to head for the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All in all it was a great experience. We will certainly be back.

Perfekt für Downtown und USC Events! - Sehr gute Lage zur University of Southern California, Downtow gut erreichbar und direkter Anschluss an die Freeways in alle Richtungen! Zimmer funktional und gut eingerichtet. Frühstück sehr gut. Pool auch vorhanden, haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Auto kann für 40 $ sicher im eigenen Parkhaus stehen. Perfekt für einen geschäftichen oder auch privaten Aufenthalt. Guter Service, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

- Mylien (3/5): Need improvement. - Being that it was close to USC campus was the real draw in staying at the hotel. The hotel is outdated and in need of a facelift. The bathroom, room decor, and overall facilities do not reflect the value charged. The tub surface was peeling, which added to the feeling of neglect. My room faced the main street and was extremely noisy, making it difficult to relax. While the staff was friendly enough, I expected a higher standard given the hotel’s connection to USC and my experience as an alum. Unfortunately, it fell short of expectations.

- Kevin (8/5): Clean, convenient, cozy. Best spot for BMO. - I loved the proximity of the hotel to the venue of BMO stadium. That and the cleanliness and general facilities is what brought us there after the motel we stayed in our first night. We want a place that's safe, clean, feels cozy enough, and isn't too far away, and that's exactly what we got. While we saved some money the first night, my partner and I agreed it wasn't worth it and are just going to stay here the full trip next time. There are legit only two things I wish were different. Bigger refrigerator with a freezer box, and a microwave, at least in the lobby. I don't agree with reviews about staff friendliness, you get what you give. Show up with a smile, don't expect the world, they're fine people.

I've been staying at the Hotel since September 2013 and have never been treated this way.

- Inbal (9/5): Outstanding hotel and service. Highly recommended - We jad 2 rooms for 7 nights. The staff was super friendly and helpful; The room was close to perfect: big, comfortable beds, enough lights, variety of channels on the tv, the room had every little thing you can think of; It was clean, elevators were fast; parking was easy. We ordered room service every morning and the food was great. It's been a long time since I enjoyed a hotel in the US so much. A few small things: The bathes themselves were a bit crowded, we had 2 rooms and in both of them we noticed the shower heads were placed too low. Also, the water pressure was not consistent when showering. Second - we spent 7 nights there but only got 2 complementary water bottles upon arrival. We had to refill our bottles every day in the gym. It would be nice to have some more bottles mid-week. The last thing that bothered me - I've requested an early check in in 2 different emails and got no response. When I called after landing - they had rooms ready and allowed us an early check in, so why not inform us beforehand via email and make us happy earlier? Other than these 2 small things - the stay was amazing.

I liked the energy of the area, the cleanliness, the facilities and the proximity to restaurants and places of interest, how friendly and friendly they are with pets. I also liked that there are many workers who are Latinos, and that helped me a lot for good communication and understanding of situations that presented to me No complain
