• miranda (9/5): Redituable - Desayuno variado, nos ofrecerieron dejar las maletas después del check out y luego utilizar instalaciones (baño) dado que de ahí nos íbamos directo al aeropuerto y eso fue de mucha ayuda, de mucha consideración.

La camera ha bisogno di manutenzione, soprattutto nel bagno. La ventola di aspirazione non funzionava e la porta molto rovinata dall'umidità.

• Shane (9/5): Nice hotel close to train station. - Great location when arriving by train. Easy 30 minutes walk to main tourist sites. Awesome breakfast. Hard to mange the room a/c. Windows opened which was great.

• Cornelia (8/5): Empfehlenswert bodenständig - Preis-Leistung super. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, egal ob beim Frühstück oder an der Rezeption. Wirklich top. Das Frühstück ist gut und frisch. Zimmer groß genug und gut ausgestattet. Es ist kein top modernes Hotel mit jedem Schnickschnack aber alles hat funktioniert, alles war super sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist auch in Ordnung, man ist mit Bus und Bahn in 15-20 Minuten bei den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich kann es empfehlen.

• Robert (7/5): - Emplacement à 5mn à pied de la gare de Sants, parfait pour une étape d’une nuit avant de prendre le train, confort de la literie, propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bains Chambre très chaude, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, on a dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte jusqu'à 2h du matin sur rue passante, c'est bien dommage car la chambre était très bien par ailleurs Dommage aussi que le petit déjeuner commence à 7h30 le dimanche, c'est très limite pour prendre l'AVE de la Renfe à 8h15 pour rentrer en France ! Mais on nous a autorisé d’emporter des croissants.

• Uladzislau (10/5): - Отель был просто замечательный: хороший персонал, который все объяснил, чистота, завтраки. Не возникло проблем с дополнительным одеялом. Кровать была удобная. Расположение тоже отличное. Однозначно остановился бы тут ещё раз.

La dosificación de jabón tanto de manos como de ducha no me gustaron para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. El agua se estacancaba en la encimera del lavamanos

Doamna menajera super curat si a reactionat imediat cand am anuntat ca nu functiona priza de la tv ! Am ales hotelul aproape de gara si metrou pentru a ne facilita deplasarile (plecarile si intoarcerile din oras, drumul de la aeroport la gara si retur) Micul dejun slab si acelasi in fiecare zi (omleta (rece in prima zi) trei zile la rand , macar de mai schimbau pe ochiuri) ! Tv in prima zi nu functiona (priza defecta), s-a reparat, dar apoi tot nu functiona pe canalele locale (cablu) !

• Manuel (6/5): Hotel que no se corresponde con cuatro estrellas que figura, - La calificación de 4 estrellas no corresponde con el estado actual de las instalaciones, lo único por lo que seria interesante es por la cercanía a la estación de Sants. El personal muy atento El bufet desayuno algo escaso de productos, y concretamente ayer se tenia que hacer en una cafetera domestica. la maquinita no funcionaba y la empleada con muy buena disposición no pudo ponerla en marcha.

Esmorzar correcte (potser li falta una mica més de varietat però correcte) Tot ok... però si haig dir alguna cosa... trobo a faltar una mica més de llum al mirall del lavabo, especialment per afeitar-se.
