A luz do banheiro queimou e tive que pedir por duas vezes para ter assistência, mas foi rápida. Além disso, meu cadastro estava equivocado e por duas ocasiões me confundiram com hóspede de outro quarto. Também respondi o pedido no booking sobre cama extra para o meu filho e ignoraram.

• olga lucia (9/5): Muy buena opcion - El hotel es muy cómodo, por la cercanía al aeropuerto, además acceso al Mall, lo que facilita la alimentacion y las compras , pero los accesos al hotel son seguros en la noche. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y las camas comodas Podrían profundizar en el aseo, el plafón de l ducha está despegado no afectaba el funcionamiento pero la estético y es muy simple. El desayuno para el precio muy básico y sin alternativas saludables

• olga lucia (9/5): Muy buena opcion en Orlando - Me gusto mucho el tamaño de las habitaciones y comodidad de la cama, no se escucha nada de ruido, además tiene microhondas y una nevera de buen tamaño. El estar dentro de una centro comercial, facilita alimentación, diversión y compras. Además tiene muy buenos protocolos de seguridad, tanto en la puerta principal, como el acceso al centro comercial y a las habitaciones. El desayuno me parecio muy costoso y le faltaba comida saludable.

Adoramos jantar no Cricket Bar, todo a equipe é maravilhosa. Gosto muito da Academia e piscina Já me hospedei varias vezes no Florida Hotel, faz uns 18 anos que sou uma hospede fiel e assídua, porém desta ultima vez, fiquei decepcionada, a limpeza deixou muito a desejar, o quarto estava sujo, as roupas de cama velhas, o lençol tinha alguns furinhos, os travesseiros também precisam ser substituídos por novos, as paredes e vidros, assim como o corredor de acesso aos quartos sujos e sem cuidados. Até o trilho que correm as portas do elevador com sujeiras acumuladas e pelo jeito antigas. No Starbucks chegamos a matar dois insetos, que pareciam pequenas baratas, uma delas saiu debaixo do sofá e a outra debaixo da mesa, acredito que a dedetização seja necessária. O hotel precisa de uma reforma nos quartos e banheiros.

No milk provided for tea and coffee, I went down stairs and paid for a cup of milk from the bar for a cup of tea (it was later at night) and when I got to the room it was cream (not milk). Powdered milk sachets are not going to cut it.

Helpful staff. Starbucks on-site and opens early. Hotel only 15-20 minutes walk to drive to Orlando international airport.

The mall was great with lots of stores and restaurants inside. The Hotel security was top notch for the safety of the guests, they even have someone outside to open the door for you when you pull up to go check in. There wasn't really anything that I dislike with the one night stay that I had. There were loud noises coming from the floor above but that was about it.

The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Added bonus is the Starbucks and Chick-fil-A on site along with the mall.

• Kirsty (9/5): Great for a night. Wouldn’t want to stay longer. - The receptionist whom checked us in was lovely, caring and professional. Our rooms were as described. It is convenient to be at the mall if shopping is your thing! The receptionist in the morning of check out was quite rude. A stark contrast to the night before and really let our stay down. The pool was warm, but dirty and there were no shower facilities for the pool or gym so we didn’t use it as it would mean trailing through the reception lobby to get to our room for a shower!

• LindaGudrunar (10/5): Top notch hotel - I stay at The Florida Hotel regularly, for business travels. It's one of my favorite hotels for various reasons. Hotel staff is helpful with positive presence. Great breakfast, love the gym and the pool has good temperature - comfy bed and the hotel inside the Mall is a plus on a rainy day. I always look forward to the chicken wings on the bar menu upon arrival... my guilty pleasure :) See you soon!!

Great breakfast, and I always look forward to the chicken wings at the bar upon arrival, really good. Comfy bed, great gym and the pool has a good temperature. The hotel being inside the Mall, is a bonus - very convenient.

• stephaniewJ1586LP (10/5): Always a great stay! - The Florida Hotel is my first option when staying in Orlando. The location is centrally located with easy access to all of the major highways. I appreciate the warm welcome from the security, bell and front desk team upon arrival and their all very helpful when I require assistance. The modern design of the rooms is still warm and comfortable with a fabulous and comfy chaise in my king room. The housekeeping staff is very attentive and my room is always immaculate. I highly recommend staying here in the future. I know I will be! Oh and the shopping is a plus too at the mall that is attached!

The location was very convenient with restaurants and entertainment nearby. Everything I had from the hotel restaurants was high quality and delicious.
• Kathrin (9/5): Kurzer Aufenthalt zum Shoppen - Sehr schönes und zweckmäßig gelegenes Hotel. Wer shoppen möchte, kann nicht besser wohnen. Die Florida Mall ist direkt mit dem Hotel verbunden. Das ist ein wirklicher Vorteil, da Pausen möglich sind und keine weiteren Fahrkosten anfallen. Das Hotel hat zudem einen Starbucks, in welchem man ab 6 Uhr morgens Snacks kaufen kann. Es gibtbauch ein separates Restaurant, was bereits zum Frühstück geöffnet hatte, da waren wir jedoch nicht. Auch die Bar ist echt cool, die Gerichte auf der Karte gut. Fitnesscenter und Pool ( beheizt) sind Extras, aber gut zu haben. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Preis ist echt gut. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt eher oberflächlich, was besonders im Bad deutlich wird. Es gibt im Zimmer auch keine Infomappen etc.
