When we were ready to go to bed, we discovered that our sheets had a stain that didn’t look good. We asked for new ones and they brought a new set.

- taurie (1/5): Overall, the stay was disappointing despite the hotels convenient location. - The only positive about this hotel is its convenient location near shops, restaurants, and UCF. Unfortunately, everything else about the stay fell short of expectations. We were moved from our first room after finding a stuffy smell, dirty floors, and ants, only to discover a shoe left behind in the second room. The head of housekeeping was dismissive and implied we brought the shoe ourselves, which added to an already frustrating experience. Although the front desk and general manager apologized, we will not be returning despite the ongoing renovations.

- Melanie (8/5): Comfortable - I loved the shampoo/ conditioner and body wash with the hand soap and lotion that right there simple but elevated the stay. Staff was very friendly which was very inviting. The beds were amazing extremely comfortable felt like I was sleeping on a cloud experience. I found the hairdryer and iron accessable and that was a plus for sure Had a minor toilet plumbing issue the second day nothing to elaborate on figured it was something with the pipes

It was dusty, the bathroom was not cleaned properly and the vending machine "stole" some money when we wanted to take some coke.

- Dorene (7/5): Great location, nice hotel with a few issues - The location was perfect, right on the corner of the main drags, very close to UCF. The hotel had a great vibe to it walking into the lobby and up to the room. We were on the 5th floor with a great view. Comfy beds, big TV, fridge, microwave, all things needed for comfort. It was a nice perk to receive two drink coupons for the bar, but we were unable to use them due to the time the bar was open. Unfortunately, we found and flushed two roaches in our room. The hotel did offer to move us to another room, however, this was at 11:30 at night and we were all settled in at that point. Although it was a great location, the noise from the street was a bit loud due to sirens and the proud muffler car owners! There is construction all around the hotel so it was a little tricky to get in and out of the lot onto the street.

- John (2/5): - Well, we had a hard time turning the AC on. The room and hallway smelled weird, and the bedsheets were still wet, like they weren't dried all the way. There was a used towelette in the bathroom on top of the shower curtain.
- David (5/5): If you like moldy smells, this is the place to stay. We will not be coming back to this hotel . - Good location near UCF. cleanliness of building. Disgusting carpeting and bad smell of mold in hallways and lobby. Bathroom design was one of the worst I've ever seen. You can't even open the door without hitting the toilet.
- Jane (4/5): Will not be back - The staff was very friendly Our window was on Alafaya and it was extremely LOUD - sounded like we were in NYC with cars and sirens etc. loud until around midnight
- Yoandry (1/5): Will never comeback to this place again. - Nothing at all. The hotel, since you get into the lobby, you can feel the high humidity levels and stuffy air. The room was stinky, and the carpet was dirty. The AC was very noisy, and my kids couldn’t rest or sleep properly. At 8AM we started hearing a hammering construction noise coming from the floor below. To summarize, it was a bad experience.
- Tracey (4/5): - The room smelled of mold and was very damp the night we checked in. Because it was late, we tried to make the best of it. The bed was nice, but everything felt damp. My sinuses started acting up. In the morning the situation was not improved. Next to the window in the corner, there was mold. When we went to the front desk, we were told they replaced all the windows, so maybe that is were the excess moisture was coming from. They offered another room, but it had the same smell, we did not see mold. We checked out early.

- Robert & Amy (9/5): We would stay again - Close to the location I needed to be. Easy check in. David was great at the front desk. That the pool was closed, due to the windows being replaced. Bed needs to be replaced. Carpet needs to be torn up and tile put down. Musty smell. Overall nice place!
- Elsa (6/5): - Stayed for two nights. Decent hotel. Beds were comfortable. Hotel could use a deep cleaning. I don’t usually look under beds but this time my glasses fell behind the bed and as I was looking for them in noticed layers of dust and cow webs it was nasty with layers of dust. Kind of made me a little uncomfortable but other than that it was ok.

- Ronda (8/5): Parent weekend - The hotel front desk staff are efficient, pleasant and patient and go above and beyond to be helpful. The hotel could use some updates as the carpet,bathroom vanity and fixtures are definitely showing their age. The bathroom was clean enough but the door and walls could use a better wipe down.

- Jason (10/5): It was a very relaxing day, other than the fact that I missed breakfast - Good i missed breakfast that I paid for thought it said 1030 was closing. I think at some point the hot tub would be a good idea for the winter months, but I think it was a nice property
