- Camille (9/5): - La taille de la chambre douce avec la bouteille de cava et des fruits offerts dans la chambre. Le verre proposé à la réception. La possibilité d'avoir 1h d'accès au spa (piscine, hammam, sauna). La proximité avec le centre d'Andorre la Vieille, environ 10 min à pied. La possibilité de se garer en zone verte dans la rue et les rues de derrière (gratuité durant la nuit). Le petit déjeuner copieux .
- Diana M (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Plaza Andorra. The hotel is truly splendid, offering spacious and very comfortable rooms. We especially appreciated the high-quality L’Occitane toiletries, which added a luxurious touch to our experience. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of champagne and a beautiful fruit platter waiting for us in the room — a lovely and thoughtful gesture. The breakfast was varied and featured high-quality products, making each morning a delight. Another highlight was the children’s room, which had a fairytale-like décor and created a magical atmosphere for the little ones. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!

- Guillaume (10/5): Satisfait de notre séjour, nous reviendrons dans cet hotel pour aller skier. - Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Navette gratuite de l’hôtel pour aller skier. Literie et chambre très confortable et moderne. Bon emplacement L’eau de la piscine du spa un peu froide. Un bain avec des jets style jacuzzi aurait été apprécié.

- Silvia (5/5): - El trato del personal, fueron muy amables en todo momento. Las instalaciones son viejas y descuidadas, principalmente los dormitorios. Lo peor de todo son los cuartos de baño, dejan mucho que desear para ser un hotel de esa categoría. El baño de mi dormitorio era viejo, con mal mantenimiento y con rincones bastante sucios. El hedor esa insoportable. Las cortinas del dormitorio estaban descosidas y con sensación de suciedad, junto con los rodapiés y madera en general parecía un dormitorio de hostal. No había sensación de limpieza aún estando todo limpio, una verdadera lástima.

- Gosche (7/5): Все не так однозначно, если смотреть при плохом освещение то ок, это 5*? - Местоположение, удобные кровати, вода горячая , холодная супер быстро. При заселение ни кто не предложил помочь с багажем, даже не предложили тележку для багажа. Под кроватями не убирали месяцами, упала детская игрушка под кровать, когда заглянули шок, слой пыли за месяца наверное, окна в плесени. Пульт от джакузи, покрыт грязью, слизью и плесенью, в джакузи остались черные волосы, то ли от предыдущих постояльцев то ли от уборщиков. В номере обнаружили комки волос на полу. Полотенца меняли, но не убирали номер, как дети оставили крошки на полу так несколько суток они и оставались от печенья по средине комнаты. Телевизор очень плохо работает, подвисает на нетфликсе что приходится ждать по 5 мин после каждого нажатия кнопки. Телевизор не подключен к сети. Воду не поставили в один из 3х дней, минибар не пополняют. Полы замокшие и вздутые , очень странное ощущение когда идёшь по ним и такое впечатление что они местами могут провалиться.

- Visistingmyworld (6/5): 50/50 opinion - Great location which it is next to the bus station. Our was not to a 5 * as the room look tired and need some maintenance. We stay in room 322 which the window doesn’t close properly, the toilet seat need to be change, the whole tap in the bath was nearly out of the wall, which each time we use it I was scared to pull it all out. Coffee cup was dirty 2 days in the raw. Also my concern is I ask for a new key as my other half was still out . I just gave them the room number and got a key. I offer to show my ID and say no need which I find that very strange as maybe I gave a room room or anyone could go to our room. Diner : unfortunately we couldn’t have à la carte in the restaurant as it was reserved only for people with diner inclusive . They were doing a buffet only every night. The hotel is missing some bar space area to chill.

- andylL514OF (10/5): Very pleasant experience. - We are a family of 4 (kids 14 and 12)) along with another family of 4 (kids 11 & 16) currently staying at Suites Plaza Hotel and Wellness in Andorra la Vella. We actually don’t have any complaints about the Hotel. The family rooms are large, spacious and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned daily, beds made and fresh towels. The food is good, with reasonable variety and for small snacks the pizzas are excellent. Unfortunately the spa and pool has to be pre booked, as done the hotel ski bus which only has a capacity of 5 for the ski slopes. The main bus station is only 5 minutes walk for half hour trip to Encamp/ Funicamp. All in all a really nice hotel with friendly staff, great Management and clean and presentable.

La limpieza, terrible .. las camas tengo fotografías creo que un niño pequeño las haría mejor, el tema toallas un desastre y baños sucios . Así estaban las camas hechas los dos días …. Sin Palabras . Lo único bueno a valorar es la atención en el Spa de la encargada que era maravillosa .

Located just steps from the bus station with direct connections to Barcelona, there's a public transport stop in front of the hotel, connecting you to the Funicamp gondola lift. You can also book a free ski bus. The hotel has a small swimming pool with saunas for afternoon relaxation. The food is excellent, with a wide selection and very tasty. This is our second family ski stay at this hotel, and it offers the best combination of 5-star quality, price, proximity to the city for afternoon excursions, and convenient access to the ski slopes. Warmest regards to Mok, the very nice hotel manager :)

Mais dans l’ensemble parfait , service chaud très bien .

- marc (2/5): No crwo que vuelva a hospedarme. No cumple con un 5 estrellas - La.ubicacion La espera en el chech in fue muy larga y solo tenia dos personas esperando. No te dejan entrar en el parking para hacer el check in y no había sitio en el hotel para aparcar por lo que tuvimos que dar vueltas hasta encontar un parking de pago, teniendo constancia el hotel que cogeriamos plaza en su parking, por lo que pagamos dos veces ese dia. La habitación estaba sucia, aunque no me extraña teniendo en cuenta que no tienen personal suficiente para atender la demanda. Según nos contó una persona del hotel solo tienen 5 personas para atender 140 habitaciones, salimos de la habitación a las 9.35 y regresamos a las 15.38 y no estaba hecha. Teniendo en cuenta que es un 5 estrellas..pues vaya.

Largas colas para acceder al desayuno o mucho tiempo de espera para coger el ascensor. Los pasillos estaban sucios y no hacían la habitación hasta las 18h. Las habitaciones bastante anticuadas. No es un 5 estrellas.

- pedrolY6333LP (8/5): Central location - Hotel is well located in the center of Andorra La Vella but not in the shopping/restaurants area. You still need to walk about 15min. Rooms are good, breakfast is ok. Missing common space in the hotel to be considered a 5 star. Then, no space for car (always full), very difficult, to say almost impossible to book the spa.

- Smpletraveler (6/5): Good hotel, overpriced - This hotel is a convenient option in the center of Andorra La Vella. However, this is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. I would rate it 3 stars. The hotel has some amenities, but not a complete set of facilites you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is good, but it does not have a full functioning restaurant. Service is not even. Out of 5 days, we did not have our room made, and we were out everyday, all day skiing. They advertise a pool, which is very small and has to be Brooke’s in advance. We could only use it 1 time.

- Anano Rosel (8/5): - La habitacion y el personal del hotel y en resumen instalaciones Tema horario limpieza de la habitación, pasan muy tarde al menos los dias que hemos estado y si quieres ir a descansar despues de comer te pasan para arreglar habitacion sobre las 16 h o 17 h y mas tarde no me parece normal, me imagino porque solo he visto una persona para limpiar por la mañana y otra por la tarde no lo veo nada bien

- Guesnon (9/5): Une escapade enchanteresse sous les flocons ! - Nous avons été accueillis admirablement dès notre arrivée à l’Hôtel. Une flûte de Champagne et/ou de jus de fruit a été proposée par le Directeur. L’enregistrement et le paiement de la suite familiale ont été effectués très rapidement avec un personnel aimable et très professionnel. Les enregistrements parking et piscine ont été programmés immédiatement. La suite est propre, confortable et ludique, bien chauffée et fonctionnelle. La literie confortable et la salle de bain luxueuse. Un réel plaisir !

Limpieza muy pobre basta solo con ver debajo de las camas, desayuno precio/calidad no es bueno, saturado de gente y había que esperar 15 minutos de cola para servir un café en las maquinas. Spa es un “mini” spa, y siempre con gente.
