- Patrick (10/5): - My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s location near Victoria station and close to many of the must see sights of London made it an easy choice. The beds were comfy and the staff was kind. The breakfast was a perfect start for our day. Couldn’t ask for more. We’ll be back.

- Tommy (10/5): - Tophams Hotel was an EXCELLENT choice for our three night London trip. The room is small, but contains everything we needed. The bed and pillows are inviting and encouraged a later wake up than planned. Location couldn’t be better as it sits a short walk from Victoria Station, a tube station with easy access to Heathrow Airport and connects to many tube lines, bus lines and trains. There is a Big Bus stop at the station also (convenient…. But I was very displeased with that service. More to come with my review of items purchased with City pass. We would definitely stay here again!!!
- Brenda (8/5): - Very nice hotel, friendly staff and walking distance to major transportation and attractions. Our room was a bit warm since the A/C wasn't working properly. We Didn't mind since we opened the windows and let the cool night air in. Continental Breakfast is provided at an additional cost and if you would like something cooked it's at another cost. I would still stay here again it's centrally located and the hotel is lovely.

I didn’t have much interaction with staff and they didn’t solicit feedback when I checked out. The room was nice but a bit too tiny to maneuver with convenience. The queen bed was actually a double and the room got too warm at times - so I used a fan. Air conditioning was not functioning.

- Claire (10/5): - We booked the hotel due to proximity to Victoria station. All staff we encountered we helpful and polite. The reception lounge areas are really welcoming. Our room was cozy but well presented, good storage and the mini fridge was big enough to chill our wine. Complimentary water. The bed was comfortable, great shower. Would recommend and stay again.

Air conditioning was a bit challenging. On the upside, very convenient to the trains / tube and walkable to many major attractions. Would stay again but with a larger room.

On a slight negative side: we did not care for the strong fragrance in the room when we first arrived. (Some people love fragrances, we do not). We had to open our windows to let it vent and set the sign to not clean room so as to avoid getting more of the fragrance. Our luggage even smells of it on our return home.

Extremely comfortable, quiet room on the second floor, and the hotel is in such a charming area of the city; it was so quiet, you’d have no idea that you’re just down the street from Buckingham Palace! Minutes from Victoria Station, we ate several times at the Market Hall by the station - the egg sandwiches are incredible! Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to London!

- Martin (8/5): Great location and clean, small rooms and noisy - Great location close to Victoria station but still in a quiet street. Hotel was clean and new. Nice look and feel to the hotel. Rooms however are extremely small. We also woke up every morning around 7 am from all the other hotel guests getting up. There is basically no noice isolation between the room and corridor and other rooms.

Was told they had a facility to use whilst we waited for an our, this was a single toilet with a filthy floor. Breakfast staff were rude, would never book this hotel again. Advertised as a 4* this is a 2 or 3 at best and that’s for the location

The room was impeccably clean and worth the little extra for the added space. We chose this hotel for its location to Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Underground; both were minutes away - it was an easy walk with luggage. Tophams is a perfect location for exploring the city and attractions at and near Buckingham Palace, about a ten-minute walk. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay!!

It is exceptionally convenient to Victoria Station, on a quiet street with many walkable dining and shopping options nearby. If interested in the tourist attractions, there are many within walking distance to explore the city - Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Westminster, Trafalgar Sq....so many options. The rooms are on the smaller side, but very well appointed. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are exceptional.

The room was on the small side, but wonder if that’s due to having a small staircase in it to lead to the bathroom (if it was all one level, would have been a good size). Additionally, the TV capabilities in the room were a little dated. Otherwise, a great stay and helpful staff.

I made a mistake when I booked on the bed size and they were super nice and got us into a room with the right bed. The hotel is nice and cozy in a non-touristy area very close to Victoria Station so it makes getting around super easy. Easy walk to the Buckingham Palace as well. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!

- Mona (10/5): Fabulous Hotel in Belgravia - Lovely hotel with very comfortable rooms, and almost spacious by London standards. Yea and cookies in the afternoon. Small cozy bar, but closes at 9:30p. Lots of coffee/tea options in the room with plenty of fresh milk restocked every day. Nice continental breakfast, but also a la carte options. Only downside is a la carte breakfast is quite slow. My last day after waiting 45 min for my omelet, and being assured multiple times it would arrive in 3 min, I finally gave up and left.
- Natalia (10/5): - Excellent stay and location! Very convenient- easily reachable from Victoria Station. Room is big for London's standards. Water pressure is amazing! Staff are welcoming. Only thing is we can hear the floor creaking above us....

- Victor Saddow (10/5): - Only concern was a very small shower space, but lovely bathtub. The entire staff were excellent. Thank you Jane for all your help! Belgravia is a wonderful area with a short walk to Victoria station and wonderful restaurants!
- Cem (10/5): Cozy - The hotel has a very cozy vibe. Reminded me of the homestay i used to stay at. So i liked it very much. The room i had didn’t have the best shower but overall it was good and comfy
- Paul (10/5): - Close to main station and subway. Also 5 minute walk to stop for hop on hop off bus.
- Madelyn (8/5): - We loved our stay at the Tophams Hotel. Rooms are a bit small. Luckily, we didn't need the AC as it never really came on and the hairdryer only worked on certain outlets or would switch. Only compliant I had was at 5:30 AM on our departure date, we were unable to get in touch or hail a cab and there was no one at the front desk to help. Needless to say, we were slightly panicked trying to get back to airport on time.
- Titawaty (8/5): - It is located on a good area close to the bus station, train station and a lot of dining places. The thing that made less comfortable was the floor creaking sound when the people above your room walk around. Otherwise, we enjoyed our nights there and doesn't mind going back.

Unfortunately the heat was sporadic and it dropped to 35 F two nights of our stay The night manager brought us a space heater to help. I’m a little scared of sleeping with heater going. But we warmed up room before sleep and then turned it on to get ready in morning
- Melissa (10/5): - Quaint and clean with a phenomenal relaxing lounge and bar area.
