The breakfast was outstanding, with fresh baked goods daily, fruit, yogurt, meats, cheeses, and hot options. The mattress was comfortable, and the room was large and well appointed. If you want close access to the Central train station, it is about a 12 minute walk. The nearest tram is 2 minutes away, and 2 Metro stations are 8 minutes away.

- Ezgi (10/5): Clean, efficient and lovely - The location is very convenient. The facilities are renovated and satisfactory- cleaniless level is very good. The staff are very polite and helpful at all times. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again. There is nothing I didn’t like.

The room is not large, but nicely decorated, two windows on two sides (unfortunately, the view is not very special), the bathroom is large and nice except shower is small. The bed is very comfortable. The location is not bad, but you should work quite to low to reach anything. It is the only problem which I found. But the taxi to train station costed only 10 euro (35 min walk with the bag was not much pleasant)

- Emily (8/5): A lovely stay! - Really enjoyed this hotel! The rooms were really nice, clean, and large. The staff was also lovely! The location was central and great if you are arriving by train. That said, it wasn’t the ‘cutest’ area in Milan if that’s the goal. They had a gym which was appreciated, but I would have loved some dumbbells ;)

- Alejandro (9/5): - The room was very well decorated, clean, good work space and excellent bed. Nice ample bathroom as well, not so common in italian hotels. Staff where friendly and I had a hand written wellcome note, old fashioned, but i like that.

- Camilo0472 (10/5): Un lugar con el lujo de Milan y un valor correcto!! - El hotel es delicadamente decorado, tiene muchos detalles, muy buen gusto en todo, los espacios son maravillosos y la zona increible si te gusta estár cerca de restaurantes, la movida nocturna y conectar con el metro al resto de la ciudad. todo fue maravilloso!!!
- Kristen (10/5): Would highly recommend! - Fabulous property, close to train station and amazing bed, spacious room. I loved that check in was at 2pm because I was just getting in after a long overnight flight. I arrived early and found out my room was ready and even got a free upgrade to an executive room. I had a kind letter from manager and gift when I checked in. I like that it is on a quieter street away from the chaotic traffic of Milan, as well. Nothing. No fault.

- Mehran (10/5): I would most definitely stay at this hotel again. - Very clean, helpful and courteous staff, new bed, awesome breakfast. Location is very convenient.
- Alibayeva (9/5): - Good hotel in the given area, good restaurants around, you have a different options for breakfast (Gelsomina), dinner in Bottega Farina or great pizza for lunch. 15 minutes walk to the Milano centrale and around 20-25 minutes to the main streets like Montenapoliana. Gustavo and Simon at the reception were great and helpful. In general I am satisfied, location, cost and quality are excellent.

Friendly staff at reception, ordered as a fixed price big van for the airport. Location is central, but on a calm road.

- Natalia (7/5): I won’t stay in this hotel again - Initially my room was not good but after i complained i was offered an upgrade and my new room was clean and renovated I stayed during Olympics, price was very high for the standard room that turned out to be very small , outdated and without soundproof. I heard every word of my neighbor said . After numerous complaints I was moved and upgraded. I only chose this hotel because other ones were unavailable during Olympic Games
