Tratou de tudo rapidamente, ainda nos reservou um taxi para o nosso horario de madrugada, e preparou-nos uma box de pequeno almoço porque iamos sair muito cedo. A relação preço é boa. E a localização ótima. Inicialmente considerei que talvez não fosse boa ideia pelo facto de estar situado com muitas artérias de transito à volta, mas valeu muito a pena. O quarto tem o minimo, mas o essencial.... espaço e limpeza. A cama e almofada eram confortaveis. Para quem está de passagem por Napoles, é perfeito. Ambos os recepcionistas sabiam vários idiomas o que é um ponto favoravel no atendimento aos turistas. A sensação de sentir o chão a tremer pela passagem do metro, por vezes assusta, mas depois habituamo-nos.

The room had no minibar and its decor is very basic. The decor of the lobby is gloomy. The hotel needs a MAJOR upgrade of its premises. In short it is quite overpriced.

We had a room over looking the piazza, napoli and vezuv so it was great, but the are rooms with different view. It is hotel, not private property, so there was 24 h reception and luggage room which we needed. The location is a bit off the city main attractions, but perfect if you need easy access to the train, metro and car rental agencies, as it is located literaly next to the napoli main central station. The shower is a bit tight

• SilviaMP (9/5): GENIAL!! YA TENGO HOTEL FAVORITO EN NAPOLES - Nos encantó la ubicación. Es perfecta ya que tiene al estación de Napoles de trenes, hay autobuses lanzadera hacia el aeropuerto y tienes justo en frente la parada de metro. Cerca del hotel hay muchos sitios donde comer o cenar, incluso de comida rapida si vienes cansado de todo el dia. Tambien disponen de tiendecitas donde comprar recuerdos. El desayuno fantastico! Habia de todo! La habitación que nos tocó era super grande, y las camas super comodas, un punto a favor cuando vienes cansado de caminar durante todo el dia. Tiene una terraza arriba en la azotea que el mobiliario es super comodo y tiene unas vistas muy chulas de Napoles! Pues lo unico que no nos gustó y que encontramos a faltar es una nevera pequeñita en la habitación. y que no huviesen cortinas para poder abrir los porticones para que entrase luz

• Luis (4/5): - Das Personal war sehr nett und die Zimmer waren sauber. Es war laut und in den Zimmern war schimmel.. Die Betten waren unbequem und die Zimmer etwas zügig. Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen und dafür ist der Preis dann deutlich zu hoch.

• dayna2026 (2/5): Lovely Staff, Miserable Faciity - Stayed three nights total over two recent stays. My single rooms were ridiculously tiny; better described as closets. Hotel staff had to lift up the mattress in order to roll a large (not oversized) suitcase into one room—sixteen inches between desk and edge of mattress is not enough. Breakfast hit a low point when both of the coffee/hot water machines were not working and the scrambled eggs were cold.The hotel needs work.
• Fbuzzard (4/5): Awful - Check in staff spoke good English and were friendly. Bedroom was clean. Those are the positives. We spent three nights here, I would say one night may be ok in transit to somewhere else. This hotel is centrally located close to Naples Centrale train station. The area itself is dirty and noisy with lots of dodgy looking characters hanging about, I did not feel safe or comfortable walking back to my hotel in the evening. In the room, the electrics made a constant loud buzzing sound, the bed squeaked every time I even moved slightly and the walls were paper thin. The fridge in the corner made loud popping noises at regular intervals. I could hear people walking around on the floor above and having a conversation in the room next door. On the final morning I was woken up by the person in the room next door having a very loud FaceTime conversation! This was the three worst nights sleep I have ever had at any hotel. In the bathroom the shower head would only face the wall and not the person actually showering, when the head was placed back on the wall in order for the person in the shower to use soap etc, the water leaked directly through the corner of the shower cubicle and all over the floor. We were only provided with one large towel and a hand towel for two people.. Breakfast was awful, the juice was processed and sickly sweet, the coffee from a machine was really thick and there was no hot chocolate. The same tongs were used for meat, cheese, pastry, everything. There was no bread available. There was a small selection of pastries but these were not good. I would absolutely not stay here here again!

The historic center is about a 1 km walk away, lively and well-maintained in its main areas. While the square itself feels safe, the immediate surroundings can appear somewhat run-down. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦 We stayed on the 5th floor. The room was spacious with high ceilings, creating an airy atmosphere. The view over the rooftops and the small French balcony were pleasant, and the balcony door provided effective soundproofing, keeping street noise at bay. A few areas could be improved: - 𝐓𝐕: The size was adequate, but the selection of international channels was limited. Available options like CNN and CGTN were buried deep in the menu. - 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦: Small, with a faint unpleasant odor when the water was running, likely due to the drain. - 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭: The lighting was uninviting, and power outlets were scarce. • Pnin7 (9/5): As always, the B&BHotel chain offers comfort, good service and cleanliness at a a fair price - A very convenient location, quite near to both the central train station and the Metro. The staff was always there, friendly, and helpful. Superb view - 360° - from the top floor terrace. WiFi, as always, is easy to use and fast The neighbourhood is not the most attractive in Naples, but even if edgy it's fun. This is the only B&B hotel - in fact the only hotel or B&B I've ever stayed at in Italy - without a bidet, but still it's very clean and modern.

• Paula (10/5): Excepcional - Todo. La habitación amplia, súper limpio. El colchón y la almohada muy cómodos. El staff muy atento y amable. El desayuno de 10 con un montón de variedad y también con opciones veganas.
• MICHIYO (7/5): - 場所が駅近、HOTELの名の看板が目立ち、とても分かりやすかった。 部屋が広いにもかかわらず、小さい机はあったが、物を収納する棚がなく、3泊には不便を感じた。また、小さいテーブルも欲しかった。
• Victor (10/5): Perfeito! - Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei em termos de custos benefício. Obviamente não é luxuoso nem algo do tipo, mas o quarto tem um tamanho ótimo, o que eu fiquei tinha uma vista linda da sacada pra cidade e pro vesúvio. Apesar de ser de frente pra estação e pra uma rua mega movimentada, a porta da sacada veda muito bem o barulho. A equipe toda foi extremamente educada, atenciosos, gentis e muito queridos. A localização é ótima, na frente da estação central e perto dos bairros mais históricos, fizemos tudo a pé. Recomendamos demais!
• Evelirau (8/5): Good hotel - All in all I am happy about my stay. The hotel is in an old building which makes it a little less comfortable, but the location is good and the roof terrace is fantastic so all in all I am happy. I think something was wrong with my air condition unit, but it was not needed so it did not matter.
