- Ineke (8/5): - Freundlicher Empfang. Sympathisches Personal. Ohne massenabfertigung. Zimmerausstattung sehr angenehm es duftet nach Zirbenhoz. Das Zimmer war ausgewiesen damit, eine Klimaanlage zu haben. Es war ein warmer sonniger Tag als ich angereist bin Punkt volle Sonne ins Zimmer Punkt Zimmer stark aufgeheizt. Die Klimaanlage hat nach anstellen ein sehr unbefriedigendes Ergebnis erzielt. Dank einer kühlen Nacht, und dank dem, dass man das Fenster öffnen konnte , liess es sich im Zimmer aushalten. Meine Nachfrage an der Rezeption ergab, dass die Klimaanlage nicht zum kühlen sondern nur zum wärmen dienen würde.

- Katrin (7/5): Nettes Hotel mit sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre, leider sehr teuer. - Mein Zimmer war klein, aber gemütlich und sehr sauber, die Lage sehr ruhig mit sehr guter Anbindung durch die U-Bahnstation direkt vor der Tür und das Personal wahnsinnig nett und freundlich. Bei dem hohen Übernachtungspreis hätte ich mich sehr gefreut, wenn ein Wasserkocher oder eine kleine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer gewesen wären. Die Bettdecke war sehr schwer, und das Kissen wahnsinnig dick und hart.

- Roberto (7/5): Una buona soluzione ad un passo dalla metro - Ambiente curato, la camera era una DeLuxe di fatto una tripla, materasso ottimo e frigobar a disposizione gratuitamente… Il bagno non ha una grande areazione, si forma molta umidità, i rubinetti avrebbero bisogno di manutenzione, la doccia era quasi inutilizzabile con l’acqua calda, o bollente, pochissima, o fredda, da migliorare insomma.

In meinem Zimmer habe ich mich wohl gefühlt, die U-Bahn Station (mit Aufzug für den Koffer) befindet sich unmittelbar vor dem Hotel. Der Safe ist kompliziert zu bedienen, man benötigt eine extra Anleitung.

- daniel (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt in einem sehr netten und schönen Hotel - Alles wie immer sehr schön. Das Hotel ist wirklich empfehlenswert und wir werden sicher wieder kommen . Sehr sauber und wirklich nettes Personal. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut und sehr ruhig. Direkt neben der U5, mit der man in ca. 5-10 min am Karlsplatz oder Odeonsplatz ist. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer und wenn man einen Kaffee aus dem Automaten im Frühstücksraum will zahlt man 3-4€. Ist nicht wirklich schlimm allerdings wäre es im Sinne der Kundenfreundlichkeit zumindest eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer zu platzieren oder einen Kaffee morgens anzubieten.

Fremde Haare lagen auf der Matratze und die Dusche hätte mal wieder entkalkt werden können.

- Mike (10/5): Spacious modern comfortable rooms and great location. - Room was spacious, bathroom modern, and bed was comfortable. Hotel was clean and well taken care of. Welcome drinks for free in the mini bar was a nice touch. On site under ground parking was convenient and safe. The location was right next to the metro station for easy transport anywhere in Munich. The metro to Old Town was very quick. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you! N/A

- Anne (9/5): - Lage, Zimmer und Personal waren top. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der U-Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof und nur eine Haltestelle entfernt gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Mitarbeiter*innen an der Rezeption waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mir wurde auf Anfrage extra ein ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten raus gegeben, und ich habe dort sehr gut geschlafen. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit einem bequemen Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Kofferablage und Minibar sowie einem modernen und gut belüfteten Badezimmer. Verdunklungsvorhänge gab es auch. Und alles (bis auf den Boden, s. u.) machte einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Das Zimmer hat sich auch bei ausgeschalteter Heizung sehr schnell aufgeheizt, sodass es auch nach längerem Lüften schnell wieder warm und etwas stickig wurde. Die Klimaanlage habe ich allerdings nicht genutzt. Bei der Reinigung hätte gern die Ansammlung von Staubmäusen einmal mit weggesaugt werden dürfen. Und die Minibar beleuchtet nachts das ganze Zimmer, wenn man nichts davorstellt oder -hängt. Insgesamt würde ich trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten das Hotel aber weiterempfehlen!

- Hans-Dieter (7/5): Sollte ich wieder in München übernachten werde ich wieder ihr Hotel wählen. - Ich hatte kein Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und man könnte hier auch mehrere Tage wohnen. Fällt mir im Moment nichts ein.
