Nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình, vui vẻ,... mình rất thích. Nệm êm, chăn ấm, yên tĩnh... mình có giấc ngủ rất ngon. nhận & trả phòng cũng nhanh gọn lẹ.... không có gì cả. mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời.

Easy access to trains, light rail and buses and shopping/restaurants etc. The breakfast exceeded our expectations -- quality and selection were fantastic. vincent (8/5): Très bon nous pourrons revenir - Emplacement excellent Nous avons du changer de chambres. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et nous avons été placés près de l'ascenseur chambre 804. On nous a mis ensuite dans la chambre 1122, très bien sauf que l'air conditionné ne marchait pas . Une personne est venue, cela n'a en fait pas marché non plus ensuite mais la température était très bonne une fois les bouches d'aération bouchés par les gros coussins. Lit très confortable et cette chambre était très calme Le petit déjeuner était très bon Le personnel très sympathique Mieux checker les chambres équipements

He even offered to help me but I didn't need that. Our room appeared to be meant for disabled people, particularly the bathroom. Loved the food in both restaurant and bar. Kids meals were excellent! The pool was way to cold for an indoor pool that was disappointing. We had a 20% discount for food and drink but had to tell staff every time and I'm sure this wasn't applied every time. A discount card would have been better to show staff. The beds weren't as comfortable as I've had at other Mecure hotels
VENUGOPALA (5/5): Ok for short stay but not highly recommended for families - Breakfast and spread Very pricey
Sally (9/5): Easy, convenient and positive - Convenience was the first point for choice. Near central station and all the public transport available definitely is a bonus. A very clean and well appointed hotel. Room was as expected and like major hotel chains, modern and with all necessary tools for the stay. Great staff and considerate service. Safe. Foyer was busy. The massive screen on side wall playing images , truely a mind bender for neurotypicals.
Julie (6/5): Great place to stay if you’re after convenient location to public transport and cbd. - Location is great. Good walking distance from public transport and shopping. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Very convenient. For a hotel that has been renovated, bathrooms are not great. Big gap in bathroom door. Water gets everywhere from flushed floors. Room lacking water in fridge and needed a more thorough clean. Breakfast was run poorly. Not enough available tables, waiting in long queue just to be seated. Coffee took 30 minutes. Kept running out of food and waiting too long for it to be replenished.
ilana (10/5): - Great location, nice room, comfortable bed. No bathtub, lights turning on at random times. Asked for a v pillow which is on the pillow menu, didnt get one.

Mel (10/5): Great value for money great location exceptionally clean. Would highly recommend. - Great location extremely clean. Great value for money. Staff was extremely friendly and exceptionally helpful. The cafe meal was outstanding. The rooms were extremely comfortable and would definitely recommend. I honestly could not say there was anything pacific that I did not like about the property .

Tess (10/5): It was a great stay and the weather was great this time! - We have been staying at Mercure every time we visit Sydney! It’s close to everything and convenient! The self service. It’s impersonal. The lobby could do with a furniture upgrade so it’s comfortable.
